Ordered 2 colonel burgers and 10 dunked wings, chips are under done, they gave me hot wings instead of dunked. I called them, manager told me dont eat those wings, give it to the driver when he brings the right one. Hout bay kfc never cease to amaze me, if its not one peace short on a family treat, its always the other thing.

You think there is a drive through but that is only to place and pay for your order. Then you have to hope you find parking and then sit and wait for your order which will eventually be brought to your car, if they can find you. Terrible service and speed and a terrible inconvenience.

All I can say about KFC of Hout Ba Mmm yhoo they are cooking a nice pap and the chicken is so crispy and testing good, I cant wait to go again 👌

Exceptionally slow service in the drive through. We had to wait in the parkibg area for almost an hour before our order arrived.

When I visited on a sunny Sunday afternoon, it was not too busy but the staff were very helpful in putting my order together. The chicken was fresh and tasty.

Food was nice and fresh. However, lack of product info on the displays in the drive through leaves one to go to recall to get an order or hope the person taking your order can relate that to something in offer.

Not the best KFC in ape Town and parking is always an issue here. But typical KFC experiance. I have tasted better chicken at other franchises. Not sure why they differ as the all cooked the same way.

The store wasnt full inside compared to the drive thru however they still got our order wrong and had it not been for us to check before leaving the store we wouldve had an incorrect meal order.

Lady at the till gave me one price, and when I paid it, she told me a different price (R100 more than the price mentioned initially and witnessed by the rest of the people in the car) its okay if she made a mistake, but she insisted that she did not, and wanted to make me look like the fool even though everyone in the car heard her the first time. And when I did pay the price she corrected to, she took it like she was doing me a favour by taking my money

Stuff not friendly. I ordered 2wrappstar boxes and they charged me for 2extra twisters which i didnt order. I took the food back and the girl asked me what should she do with it. Was not happy at all. I ended up paying for the food i didnt order.

Chicken is always fresh and not oily like some other branches. They make you order before the drivethru directly to the person wearing the headset at times. Im not sure what thats about. But it seems odd considering the ordering screen and mic work.

The Drive through is terrible and Im pretty sure the staff steal your food. I have been multiple times to get food for my guys on site only to find the meals at the bottom of the bag are short of chicken and sides. They know you are not going to open and check everything in your car and you wont turn around once you reach your destination. It has happened to me more than once and it can only be the staff keeping chicken for them to take home.

We went to the drive through and we were in the line waiting for about 20 min and the line didnt move a 1 meter so we got out of the line and just left very bad service KFC Houtbay

Drive through system terrible. The worst I have experienced. Loadshedding just added to the negative experience. Power went off just before I had to pay. Staff were not appropriately trained how to handle such situations.

I believe the only redeeming quality of this fast food spot is that it’s conveniently located on the main road in town. The drive-through operators are unfriendly and seldom present as they’re often involved in the kitchen. Twice I have received orders that are incorrect or missing something. Rather try out other Hout Bay restaurants, they usually open just as late.

I had terrible customer service at the drive through at about 11 am on Sunday the 20th October. Abrasive and condescending interaction. No one has a good day everyday, but if youre in customer service you have to be friendly or at least mildly courteous. I really dislike this KFC.

Food quality wasnt that great...the sweet chilli sauce isnt rhe usual sauce and was very strong ...the drive through my car wheels got damaged and someone was allowed to wait almost a half by the order booth...keep up the flow of other cars behind and no one was there to manage it...french fries quality was below comparable offers

Worse KFC i had been to. Waited for ice creams. I decided waiting to long and asked them about my order and they forgot. Cant understand isnt the orders on the system?

If this KFC is aiming to provide the slowest WORST customer service , well done you are nailing it !After 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through I was lucky enough to be served with a mouth full of food.And then we wait again... as a local this is just so sad. Giving them the benefit of the doubt AGAIN after 4 months. Never again. Looking at this reviews - i think its time management steps up !!!

Absolutely terrible. Don’t even waste your time coming here. Their ordering machine hasn’t worked in over a year. The staff are rude and make you feel like you’re being an inconvenience by just being there. The food is way too overcooked. Nine times out of ten they’ll get your order wrong.If by chance you do go here though, make sure to check the receipt as i’ve been given the wrong change on numerous occasions. Don’t know why this place is still open.

Staff were handeling the food with their barehands.... We saw this because the Paystation happened to be by the kitchen. When i asked one staff member to please prepare the food with gloves, he said yes maam and proceded to ask the staff to wear gloves, the manager came to the window and said they allowed to handle the bun with their hands but not the other ingredients, i asked if my bun was not considered an ingredient? He then said well i have an order you can call custimer care... I cancelled my order

Slightly disappointed. Had a Streetwise2. The chips (fries) were disappointing. Not KFC standard at all. The drumstick were very very dark. I think they forgot to add the spices. Yes i can tell i eat Kentucky every week. A big plus is the bathroom and running water for handwashing. Will i visit KFC Houtbay again? Yes indeed.Edit. 7 June 2019.Bought a Streetwise two. Very dark chicken. Cold chicken. Chips / fries not up to standard. I am a Kentucky lover. Eat Kentucky more than once a week. I will not support this Kentucky again.
