Aint nothing better then freshly fried chicken non a Saturday afternoon

Oily chips and chicken that was fried half way as it was still raw. I dont recommend this KFC. Rather try Athlone or vangate thats closer if youre looking for a good franchise.

Dangerous place to be late at night, but the food is always fresh.

I would like to say thank you to Koliswa for her excellent service..I placed an order with Uber Eats and I called the store to make sure they read the notes I had applied..she gave me excellent help and even called me back to say that it would take 5 minutes extra for what I requested..and I was not sorry..the whole meal was hot lovely and fresh..so thank you Koliswa for your service..

You people are pathetic. I placed an order on the app and then got to store and you people didnt even get it and it was over charged and the wrong order. I will never ever order from you people ever again.Disgusting service.

What a disgusting way to present and serve customers.Thanks wrap was cold and without sauce. When asked about it the staff responded by saying that they will ask it. Opened my wrap and took it to the back where they did who knows what and basically threw it back at me.

They dont listen to instructions at all I asked for zinger sauce but they gave white sauce and service is horrible

Myself and my wife enjoy this kfc store purely because every time we order food, its freshly made and hot. You can taste its not the food that was made a while back and just laying in a warmer. I would rate 5 stars but recently whenever I want to order ice-cream Im told there is none and this I only find out when I get to the till

Bad service waited very long for my over cooked chicken

Discussed...I went to sit and wait for my order, while waiting my dress got wet from the dirty wet floor.tables were dirty,we had to call someone to come clean floor and table. On top of that I didnt receive my full order..I had to walk thrice to the front for three different things..not happy at all.

Poor service , they are so rude. You wait in a que for more than 1 hour to collect your food. I have never received a bad service like this ever since in my life

I have ordered a few times from kfc gatesville via uber eats and every time I ordered they either give me the incorrect cold drink or my food order is wrong.This is very upsetting and annoying because you tell them exactly what you want when ordering online even put it in the comments and guess what its never what you order. I dont understand how you can get it wrong every single time , its so simple to read.And you cant send it back because the driver dosent care If you food is incorrect and there is no other way of letting them know.Terrible service wont be ordering online again !

Would not be my 1st choice for take out, it was a late night visit, before midnight, they are supposedly 24hr, but I ordered the last wrapsta meal, my friends had to settle for chicken only as they also didnt have burgers!!!! Not impressed by this.

The staff at the counter was not helpful. She will she the customer struggling with the card machine and just stares challengly. Sad.. Only 1 cashier on duty, whilst there was a line of customers waiting to be served. Place is unkempt. Papers on the table. Clearly no costumer eccentric or service conscious.

It was a week ago and what I recall about my KFC Rylands the smell of burning oil in the store. Thus the the chicken didnt taste like the usual kfc. The service was normal, placing an order and getting what I ordered...

Ive been calling this outlet for at least an hour with no answer. Im from the Lutheran Youth Centre in Belgravia and have 42 guests. I wanted to place an order for lunch for them. how is it that such an establishment does not answer their business line for so long?
