The best chicken ever, and new nice staff

Ordered 15 piece bucket and have to wait 20 min ,although we were told to wait at least 8min.And why not inform us while we are ordering that theres no chicken available?I mean,I could have ordered something else; like burgers?Guys We are living in a dangerous time,Covid -19 is a silent invisible killer.Its like putting me and my family in the frontline of this battlefield.Making me wait in a public face like u did!

Got food from this KFC using MR Delivery and got bad food poisoning and a nice 3 day hospital stay. Wouldnt recommend getting food from here.

I never was this disappointed in KFCs food. Egg wasnt cooked properly and the chicken meat wasnt cooked through.People could get sick if chicken is cooked properly.Just have a look at that

Food is decent but they forgot the salt for the chips and no sprinkles with my sprinkle pops. Would also like to understand why they are closing at 5pm now? They refused about 10 customers while I was waiting for my order. They should change their hours on Google if theyre going to close much earlier then advertised.

Drive through is probably the worst in South Africa. They will ask you to wait back in the queue before getting to the collect order window. Then when you get your order its still wrong, then they asked me to go and park in the parking area. Waste of time...Im sure KFC had a training manual and a list of standards to follow in order to operate a franchise successfully. Im now waiting 30 minutes parked off for an order.

Service at this place hasnt changed over the years. The one calling out orders were so focused on Mr D and Uber eat, someone else came from the back to hand out in store orders while the only cashier was just chilling one side.

The twister was a bit burnedThere were little chips(orderd a large)but whats newWe didnt even get spice or a spoon for the gravyThe service was slow,we were basically 3 cars and only 2 people inside,and we legit waited 15min for the first car and the second car was about 5 min. Its the end of the month and as I could see there were a lot of staff inside,some were just standing there. And as far as I know they have maxed staff at the end of the monthBut atleast the staff were friendly

KFC is KFC we all enjoy it and go back for more, but sadly this store almost always gets my order wrong.

When Jonathan is there it runs like a well oiled machine. When he is not there things tend to take a bit long and orders are wrong. I really hope Jonathan is given credit for the running of the shop. He is one person that stands out when KFC is concerned all over the WC.

Have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through (away from the pay point) for one large Pops. Everybody piled up behind me.

We ordered online for collection, the App glitched which resulted in us being informed 20 minutes later that our order was ready. We got there in 10 minutes and the staff was eating our food assuming we were not collecting our already paid for food. We had to wait while the order was remade. When we got home, the chicken fillet was smaller then the bun and paper thin. Just pathetic.

Great ladies engageful

I was very happy with the kind and quick assistance I received FIRST! I was rather impressed, I did not wait 1 minute for my twister that I ordered it was already there. To my biggest disappointment the lettuce of the twister was wilted, but I was hungry and only had my usual breakfast. After maybe 3/4 hours I started feeling sick. I have been sick now for 2 days with a really bad stomach. That twister was definitely old! The biggest waste of R44.90 I spend. Unfortunately I will never support this specific KFC again and will not refer them to anybody.

My wife bought from them today.Disappointing. Worst mash and gravey ever. No spoons or forks in the parcel.But Im sure they wont even reply to the bad review. Lost a client for sure.

Stuck in a drive through on a quiet day with no option but to go forward. Kfc has declined in quality and service and is to be avoided. Rather go to another take away joint, unless you like waiting.

Worst meal weve had in a long time! Mash missing, chips ice cold and not even half a packet, chicken barely warm! Requested zinger and got plain! Cant even blame uber as we drove there ourselves to avoid disappointment!

I would not recommend this KFC. Chicken is extremely oily, Frontline staff are rude and you can be almost always certain that the oil will drip onto your lap while holding your food on your way to your house. Chicken is raw most of the time. Always a horric experience. I dont order food from KFC Durbanville anymore.

Never again. Absolute chaos. Ordered the new BBQ crunch burger, thank goodness I checked my food before I left. Looked nothing like the picture, in fact I thought it was a kiddie burger. There must have been 5 delivery guys waiting for their take away orders which did not help the situation. Total disaster . Does not even qualify for one star.

Always check your order especially if they are busy. The consistency of the food is not on standard. One day it is very dry and the next very oily.

Best KFC ever! Sometimes a bit on the slow side, but otherwise they always have the best service.

They were once great. Now their chicken is soaked in oil.

Team members doing great in giving customer service and keeping the place clean. Like the idea of the news papers available for customers to read. Good restaurant for those who want to enjoy their meal.

If it was possible to assign Minus Zero, I would! Poor service was experienced when using the drive-thru. I was the only customer, had to ask the ‘speaker-box’ operator for assistance by raising my voice, nothing came of it.Drove to the first window, here, the employees were having a good old chat, I had to scream and hoot for attention. - this was somewhat frustrating, and what perpetuated this frustration further was the fact the food tasted as if it was standing for a while, then heated again. This was disgusting!

I walked in today for Sunday lunch and thought shall I take the chance to get food here today I always come here but today the seating area was all dirt on the tables the floors too then I get to the counter to order then notice the front manager eating chips from the warmer tray. Which was full of premade food therefore I requested fresh made chips since the chips look like its been there all day also to not have garnish on my kids wrap but as we sat down we had garnish on the wrap witch I just took of, then to open the chips and chicken as i thought dry as it bean standing out all day in the warmer. Dont mention the mash and gravy the gravy was like water mash was fine. Im not a person to waste food so we ate it all but beware dont eat there when it looks like a mess. As I said never had a problem before.

My husband loves KFC. Im not that crazy about it. We went through the drive thru. I see there are a lot of scratches on the wall of cars that got scraped. I must say it looks like a tight squeeze at the end. We ate a family bucket. Mostly all kfcs chicken tastes a bit oily to me, as I mentioned above Im not crazy about KFC. My son loves the nuggets / pops.
