I usually get good service, but Thursday evening The lady packing the chicken just through the chicken and burger in the bag, when I open the bag everything was a mess..... poor service. I heard she had an argument with her colleague, but it doesnt mean she had to take it out on my food I paid for.

KFC Rocklands service has been great and food has been of great quality since the first time we bought there. I prefer driving to Rocklands when I want to purchase KFC, even though I pass 2 other franchises to get to them.Thanks guys, keep up the great work 🤗

Hi.. I was in store for an hour and the manager couldnt set up the app for me to order the 50/50 Sunday delivery special.. So I didnt get anything af spending an hour there... They couldnt assist me nor make any acception for me... So I am not impressed with the service I received

Had a bad experience at this store the past weekend.The person who takes the orders over the microphone at the drive-through was so rude and her behaviour was so unacceptable whilst taking our order.This KFC is just around the corner from my house so its more convenient for me to go there, but if the service rendered there is this pathetic, then I would gladly travel to another KFC.

This wonderful lady who took our order decided on our behalf that we would want to Add hope R2 at least 3 times on my order - she did this without asking. I requested a drumstick with my slider meal and received a breast. My husband never even received his piece of chicken with his meal. Not the first time I have this experience with KFC Rocklands. Definitely my last time there.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to & will never buy from this branch again, the staff dont know about greeting back & you will wish you never entered there drive through, rather go to a other KFC especially if you buying @night.

Waited 45mjnutes for an online order..whats the point of using the app and trying to avoid being in contact with other people, if the wait is this long...I am not impressed at all! To top it all the burgers and chips were stone cold...1star for the piping hot and fresh chicken.

Staff at this KFC is not very friendly, especially the management their. If they get your order wrong, they are more annoyed and upset then you as the customer. I was just there and got the wrong order at the drive through and the supervisor was more annoyed with me then anything else and not ready to resolve the problem but instead just kept wanting to brush me off. And this is not the first time. I am a regular Customer and it has happened countless of times. The only reason I keep going back is because Its on my way to and from home.

Food is average.... Staff isnt always friendly. There service is horrible to say the least. Always making mistakes and non apologetic. The area manager has no customer service etiquette. If you complain to him about the branch all he says is SORRY. disgusted with the service they are rendering to the public. 👎👎👎

1st purchase of KFC after lockdown, expected fresh fried chicken but deeply disappointed as chicken tasted as it was fried hours before purchasing,chips dried and bit hard,not what expected from a KFC.

It pains me to say this but unfortunately this was the worse KFC I had ever visited. The service was terrible as the lady kept speaking over me to her friend and ignoring my query. Once my order was complete, I was happy to get out there. Only to find the wrong order. After calling, i was put through to the HO who advised that they would sms my redeemable voucher for my correct order. I returned to the place only to be told that I have to go to a different place. Forget it.

Hi all Im staying at the back of the drive thru and apart from all the comaints about the very very loud music coming from cars in the drivethru nothing has been done since except small signs that was put up in the drive thru which nobody is taking notice of obviously. This music is being played anytime of day or night .. 2..3 oclock in the morning being woken up with our windows vibrating and to top it all they never asked our permission to put the drivethru there . If this was in a white area I dont think they would even be able to put KFC so close to houses... Complete nuisance wish they can just close it down from Friday to Sunday full blown party at the back of us .. So frustrating... Not cool at all...

We bought a wrap for our vegetarian daughter and asked them to not put the chicken on the wrap. The wrap came with chicken and all. I had a wrapsta box. My wrapsta was soggy and wrapped up like a sandwich.

Some staff have attitude, please if you dont wanted to work there, dont get irrogant with clients and body language. And on top of it then they talk on their language. English is our first business language.

They never have chicken after 11 its always a drag or a 20 minutes wait to get chicken. Its KFC C stands for chicken. You try calling them before you leave your destination the phone just rings and and you get there to face dissapointment.

KFC, fast foods and drive thru... all around friendly staff. Under pressure most of the times... from short staff to late or short deliveries from suppliers. Thumbs up to KFC for finally bringing a outlet to the Rocklands area. And now they have realised what a gold mine the store has become.

Most horrible KFC ever, no service, the food order is always messed up worst of all they say they want feedback and when you do give it then they do absolutely nothing about it. Please do not go here

HiIf there was a minus star i could give.. I would.. Really appalled and dissapointed in the service at KFC Rocklands which just recently opened and the behavior of the kitchen staff was unacceptable.. I was there yesterday afternoon (Sunday).. And the kitchen staff refused to fry food as per the lady infront taking orders. She was running back and forth telling to get done with orders but they were just nonchalant.. The place was getting full as well as drive thru but customers had to wait long for orders.. Unfortunately you will not be seeing me again there, I will drive to Westridge or Pelican Park in future.. Really dissapointed...
