Good experience and the food quality has definitely i creased.Our new favorite place to pop in even when the children only insist on milkshake occasionally.place alway clean and food served very professionally.

Went for a quick ice cream . Wanted drive through; too full. Went inside instead. The wait was not too bad at all. Overall an amiable dessert experience. Thank You Grassy Park Kfc.

Nice place to buy yourself a snack and move. Though they sometikes close the drive through way too early. But in overall its a nice atmosphere unside tje premises

Drive through was a bit small to navigate..but we made it and was rewarded with a nice meal

Was so bad because we ordered our food at as a curb side parking and added the other option because there were only 2 stands with numbers to indicate for curb side parking.A lady then came out with food to check what order it is ,was not ours so she left and never came back.We then eventually decided to go in,they then said they didnt see the car and didnt make the food.We then left to the car because it was said our food would be brought out, we asked for compensation because our time and effort were wasted and at that time the parking lot got empty for the second time.We decided to go inside again because cars are coming and leaving with their orders but we still waiting.We then got inside ,it was said again they didnt know we were outside, the manager said she looked out of the window to see if the car was there but couldnt send someone out to the car this time ? Was the worst experience we have received and nothing was even given for wasting 40 minutes of our time getting out twice to check up on a CURBSIDE PICKUP?! So disappointing because I feel the incompetence was high

Order was incorrect, quite an in convenience when you get home. Chips was half done, chicken was oily.

Whenever I buy zinger wings its never fresh. Its always hard nd dry and not spicy at all. So frustrating wasting a R60. All the time

KFC GP has the best tasting dunked wings ever. Im a lover for dunked wings,ate it at different KFC already. But KFC GP is tops. Dont ever change the way you do it

These guys seems to have upped their game. Their online ordering service is efficient, with curb side collection a definite welcome. The staff and manager are all very helpful and friendly. Will recommend as a fast food option

My sister inlaw order from grassy park via uber eats and i must say that we will never order from Grassy Park KFC again the chicken was bland and oily the chips were stale and the mash tasted burnt utterly dissapointed and disgusted ...we ended up giving most of the chips to the dogs and even they didnt want to eat it

I always pop in here when in the area and its quite relaxing just sitting there.staff is cleaning and removing from tables all the time .serving staff always friendly and try and deal with situations at hand that I noticed once before on a visit to KFC...

Wow wow wow Erefaan Mr manager you and your team managed to give us the freshest best zingers ever . Fillets was decent size lettuce fresh fillets tasty one could actually taste the hot zinger effect . I traveled through out South Africa no KFC has ever that quality , just worried about the other KFC going forward the bar was set very high now

It was the worst experience ever, its not the first time at KFC Grassy Park where Ive received the most horrific service. The staff members are running the place like a dog show, they are in no way customer centric nor do they know how to manage the operation. The worst of it all is they always get your order wrong or they out of catchup and chilli salt.

The chicken me and my wifey had was very delicious, not over fried or oily ,even the was fried perfect....Well done guys

Driving que takes too long

It was a very hot day today. Went to KFC Grassy Park and they had absolutely no ice cream in stock

Slow service, and on more than one occasion the food was served seemed to be of a day old.

No problems and good fresh food

So friendly worker and a clean room and well monitored parking

My food took over an hour to prepare and receive and the only thing I ordered was wings and a dunked buiiirger and to top it all off this is how it looked

Food was good but drive through took very,very long.

Placed on online order for the drive through, what a disappointment should have gone in-store.Was told only one person at the counter doing drive through orders hence the long queues.Staff shortages due to taxi strike,no transport for staff.Sadly this will probably lead to staff lay offs in the long run.

The worst KFC Ive experienced. I waited 15min+ in the drive through only to wait another 10min for my 21 piece bucket and 24 wings. Then to top it off, the wings had no spice. Why call it hot wings if it tastes like normal chicken....

Bought me the lunch box instead I get my food thrown in the brown paper bag without cooldrink but they still charge me full price I returned the goods their was no sense of remorse or any sort of apologetic towards me they were more angry at me then anything else. I wasnt rude in anyway just came explained my situation.

Very slow, 1 person helping at the till and she has to do other orders, shop was empty it took forever to place and order which I did online. Manager needs to be fired asap ,no organization skills with staff etc.

Waited to long for our order. Orders seems to get mixed up somehow. Theres always issues with this branch with wrong orders been given the customers and or waiting to long for your order.

I would recommend not to buy by KFC Grassy Park by using your card. Ive attempted twice to make the payment for my meal and it showed that my payment has declined.but my bank statements show that the payment has gone through. I spoke to the manager she just brushed me off with saying it always happens and there is nothing they can do about it. I was really disappointed

Probably the worst KFC in the Western Cape, and weve been all over! This KFC has no system they work from, they clean their order screen and work off whos standing closer to the counter and a receipt.Their burgers are dry with minimal sauce, their chicken fillets are smaller than the roll itself, always items missing so you need to triple check after 2 people working has already checked the order and they always take your order down incorrectly.Be prepared to wait long even though the kitchen is filled with staff, nothings happening in there anyway. The best service you get from that KFC is the car guard outside.Please do better, otherwise we wouldnt mind driving out extra R50 petrol and get our KFC at Capricorn KFC. If I could give no stars, I would!

The service and the food above the normal standard, staff were friendly and helpful and patient unlike the staff elsewhere where they create the impression that on a permanent break and you disturbed them by making enquiries or placing your order. Premises were neat and clean and fully compliant with vivid health regulations.
