The cup of cool drinks were more empty than full. Emma the assistant was very unhelpful

They are quick especially when you place orders with the app.

Not particularly bad, but I must say I was a little disappointed. I always get fresh hot meals whenever I go there. This time around, it wasn’t just cold, it also wasn’t the usual standard. But I must say, some of the staff there are very pleasant.

The staff member are too comfortable and their one cash till opened and still taking online orders from the same till which I found very inconvenient for the people standing on the line outside on the raining day. I hope the staff can have the right attitude toward the customers and behave like they doing us a fervour.

I sent my daughter this morning after 10am to buy 3 twisters & streetwise 5, she only brought streetwise because at the store they were still awaiting for the truck to deliver ingredients to make the twisters...Their meal was a disaster it was tasteless, I will never ever buy at KFC Nonkqubela again...never!

Good evening How does this thing of ordering and paying online works? I ordered streetwise 3 in KFC Nonkqubela BP Garage with ref.: Siphe1211020. The order was accepted and my last money was debited from my account, when I got to the store I was told they closed at 21h00 and they even done cleaning. Worse part is not being refunded my money to atleast go buy eggs and bread, instead to be told to come tomorrow to collect my order. In other words I had to sleep with cereals tonight because of your inconvenience.Im very disappointed with your poor service.
