The food is well prepared. The staff members are friendly. Their chicken is good. If I am in the area I ll definitely go there again. Their machines are always working, which to me is a good thing..

Load shedding hit as I was going through the drive thru late in the evening. I said I only want chips, but they said they couldnt help me because their card machines werent working. Then the lady gave me a free chips with a smile. Its an act of kindness so rare these days and I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Service is good and friendly, always clean and food is fast (excuse the pun) But KFC should be ashamed for the prices it charges for their food. R43 for a glorified slider, 20 chips and some coke is not right. Seems the prices get higher and the food gets less...

As good as a KFC could be. Very efficient at peak times, which is when I usually go there.

Crushers have no taste. Basically just ice with a little bit of ice-cream. Twisters have 1 tiny pice if meat. Can get alot more for cheaper at other places.

So bad was the chicken swimming in oil . Very little coating. No salt no serviettes just bad. Thought they would have tried and rude staff.

Fast service everytime and never experienced fatty or dull food..

The sanitary spray at the door is some discussing stinking gunk, so I go to wash my hands in the bath room which smells worse than the spray, the taps are disgusting and the only one that opens is so hot it is almost boiling, food are lying around on the floor and prep areas and most of the personnel do not have their noses covered. Never again.

This was the worst experience at any KFC. I ordered food because it advertised the Showmax vouchers, when I got the pickup window, I was first greeted by a very arrogant lady that insisted I cant have coke zero instead of normal Coke. Then they told me the Showmax promotion ended, but still had the deal displayed. I was so upset with this experience. Im utterly disappointed by this service.

Normal KFC. The drive through is efficient and the quality of food is normal for KFC.

15 minutes in the queue, and I have not moved 1 meter...This seriously needs to be stepped up??Whats the point of offering a evening service, but the staffIs purposely obstructive?

Not good service. Could see food was ready but did not pack it while standing around. Did however have the time to take the number of the collect screen and take 5 minutes to pack.

Would not recommend this KFC. We stopped there to get a quick breakfast, it was 8h30am. Drive-thru looked open so waited. Eventually a lady came and pointed that we need to come into the building. So we parked and tried to enter by the main door. Only to be told by the security guard (rudely) that they are not open. They have signs up that they serve breakfast from 6am. Very frustrating.

The crusher was tasteless n the service was very poor. They got upset with me coz I wanted to order with the KFC app they took long to come to help me pay, with lots of attitude if I am add. I didnt want to be upset coz I was with my kids so I kept quiet but really did not understand all of the drama coz I wanted to order on the app... But anyway, no biggie

Most often something of the order are not given. When this is not picked up while still at the store, its a major inconvenience to call and they dont answer their phone, then you have to return to the store to complain and pick the item up

Ja not much I can say about this branch. All that I can recommend is take the time and effort and rather drive through to the KFC in eerste river. There KFC is the best. Waterstone has yet to pack my order correctly. Always something that is left or forgotten. As if they know it’s a schlep to drive back. If you decide to buy here. Triple check your order before leaving.

Often have quick meetings on the go here in their seating area. The staff are usually very helpful and the food freshly KFC.

Dont enjoy giving one star reviews, but enough is enough. Both boxes of fries were only half full, and one of the burgers had fallen apart completely inside the box because of the way the chicken breasts were packed into it. Serious improvement needed...we cant be needing to pull over after receiving our food to double-check everything is as it should be...that would defeat the point of a drive-through!

They ran out of Hot Crispy Chicken when I placed my order. It was late in the evening in their defense. Nevertheless I left disappointed that I did not get Hot Crispy Chicken which I love.
