Had the All the one feast lastnight....family fed & all happy ✔️😉

Went via the drive thru and it was bumper to bumper, however it went quick about +/- 10 mins. Had a KitKat Sundae, the wafer and chocolate bits crunch like nuts and the sauce was yummy. Overall, could taste the KitKat along with the vanilla ice cream.

Curb Side Pickup - this amazing bunch of KFC staff will pack your order and simply let the food get cold on the shelf. They will not bring it to the Curb Side Bay. I had to go into the store to get my order. Their response - Sorry for the inconvenience...

3 stars for effort. Absolute nightmare. Understand when you guys are busy, but as a customer trying to get to counter through about 20 Uber eat drivers with no regard for other people waiting for take aways. What about making a separate collection area for them to get there parcels?? And to top it off getting to the car with stuff missing that I paid for.

Well had a bit of a bad experience with our meals not being cooked well. I call in to the store and was attended by a staff member Linda. I have to say that I was pleased with her response and politeness in ensuring I was satisfied and also added a few extra. I have to say that her excellent service outweighed the bad experience. Well done Linda!!!😇

Sorry guys not for me,,starting from the front at the drive in,you must shout and explain nicely and then when your order is ready,,hmmm wrong wrong and the lady ask you for your slip....she looks at it and gives you your order, going home ,not what you ordered and then you must go back...please be more careful and professional,,Sorry thus has happened to me more then once.

The young lady who took my order this evening, was really fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable, fast, yet not rushed, I was amazed by her professionalism. Well done. The meal ordered was of great quality too.

So far the WORST service I have ever experienced. After ordering on Mr D food, my order arrived with 2 missing items at 16:55 but by then the driver already left. I then called KFC Tokai at 17:00 to resolve the issue and after admitting that they did forget to put in the 2 missing items, the person speaking to me on the phone assured me that they would send another driver ASAP to deliver the missing items. At 17:35, I still hadnt received the missing items thats when i called again with the person claiming they still hadnt found a driver and that they would call me back as soon as they did find one. So i waited a bit longer, but soon my patience ran out and at 17:50, I called a third time demanding they deliver my order ASAP, only then all of a sudden was a driver available and I received the rest of my order.This service was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, not only for the long wait and recieving no apology for the inconvenience but also for the bad attitude of the staff that I called to fix the problem and on top of that the food was not even that good. I dont recommend you order from this place, IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Open till late. Convenient drive in . Staff are professional. I have never been disappointed. My family loves and enjoys the meals. Im a pensioner, and the R29.99 chicken meal is one of my favorites. Thankyou KFC

Tonight my experience at KFC Tokai, was utterly disappointing, This is the worst fast food experience Ive ever had, Firstly I went inside because the drive through was very full, I ended up waiting for an hour an 40mins for an All star meal and a streetwise 2..because there was only one cashier doing the till and packing the orders, The manager was nowhere in site and there was about 15 customers waiting on there order for as long as Ive been, There Focus was more on the drive through and completely forgot about the inside of the store and to top it off I got home to find that my burger is half made, no cheese and Lettuce an the roll was just smeared with sauce, My All star box looks nothing like advertised, Hopefully theyll take note of this review and improve the quality of their service

Absolutely horrible service.Ordered zinger wings, waited 30mins in the drive thru 🙈. Had about 6 cars behind me also waiting.Asked to speak to the manager, just to find out he was the guy dancing around joking. He told me that I will have to wait on the wings. I ended leaving without the wings.My issue is not that I had to wait, its the fact that I was not told that there would be a waiting period when I ordered otherwise I would have gotten something else as I was in a rush.How that place runs still is shocking 🤯.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH.I REPEAT, STAY AWAY.- Ive tried ordering so many times via Uber Eats and ended up having to wait 1 hour + before eventually cancelling the order.- Food is often cold, stale and salads are always wilting.- Staff do not give a damn, so good luck trying to sort that out.By far, the worst KFC branch Ive ever dealt with.

Service is very very bad, have never received service worst than that in my life. I bought a wicked zinger box meal and they had no mash and gravy, I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken and when I got home I found a piece of toilet paper inside the bag.

The quality is ok. Not what it used to be.

Ordered 2 zinger meals with zinger source. The chicken was nice, no zinger source, only saw when I got home. I asked for a fanta and got a sprite. The drive through screen doesnt work and the chips wasnt good. Im disappointed. Waiting time was hardly a wait so Id give it a 2 star instead of 1

Crunch burgers were delicious, however chips were cold and stale and we were not provided with a any salt or sauces as well as no straw

When a store is busy you would expect Hot Food not the case and no communication to tell a customer that you might have to wait due to what ever reason,they just make you order and wait close to an hour while packed orders pile up on the counter waiting for pick up-(mr delivery) and you that ordered in store stand waiting

Bad service, chicken looks old and one has to wait so long for the food to get to you service from workers is done with the worst attitude, and they never have spice to add to order. I thought after the lock down the service would be better but hell NO still the same. This will definitely be the last that KFC tokia will be seeing me and Ive always, always bought from them up to 3 times a month and not small orders
