Nicely Cleaned constantly, order took fast, burger had way too much mayonnaise, way too much. Tasted like a mayo burger instead of a Zinger burger.

This KFC is always busy. Located in the heart of the mother City it is near all the shops and public transport. Holiday periods it is extremely busy.It has an upstairs section where you can enjoy your meal and also the views and open air is the balcony seating is available.

Not bad. Went there at about 10 at night. Had a rounder and large piece. Wasnt one of the best rounder and large piece ive had. Usually kFCs i go to nail that classic seasoning and cooking. Could be better

I must commend them, they are consistent with their bad service. Rude, entitled and absolutely unfriendly bunch of employees Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering. Hit them where it matters most, the cash register, AVOID AVOID AVOID at all COST... You will be sold old chicken and old chips at best... It also feels pretty unsafe, with the semi bewildered security guy lurking by the entrance,apparently hes the security😲. Nothing to experience here... Rather go across the road to STEERS a major contrast of service

What a quicker service for such a busy restaurant, their chicken is fresh and hot as you expect it to be. Team work,. works for them

Rude lady at the counter. Ordered for All Star lunch box the Original KFC chicken was soggy, like its been fried hours ago despite having asked for a fresh batch wile ordering. When went to the counter with the sight chicken, the lady retorts saying why did i touch the chicken, how else are you supposed to show that the chicken is not fresh, they just replaced the chicken with a smaller piece from the same batch when i pointed out, they say South African Original recipe chicken is supposed to be soggy. So unless you enjoy your chicken soggy, avoid this place.

I have been there around 9 pm. The food is average as I find it more oily. I dont like oily food that why but otherwise everything is ok. The place is clean. This place is very close to the main road. The price is also good. If you dont like oily good them dont go to this place.

The facilities are not looked after. The toilets were a mess and do not seem to be looked after.Other than this, the service was acceptable.

Service was poor coz they serve people that come after me because i ask that guy what he had buy and he said a streetwise 3 which i only had 2 streetwise 2 what was the differents between that i mean its not fair

Busy restaurant. In the city centre, so parking is a problem. The staff was efficient and we received our order quickly. There is no indicator of how far ones order is in the queue. Not a bad option for an affordable snack when in the CBD.

The best fried chicken in town.. Love the chain.. A very good branch with great service and professional staff

It was in Strand Street and Long. And it was the worst zinger ever. Its not the first store. I have a store opposite my location and I dont bother with them anymore. Where is that taste I grew up with.? It seems Kfc is going down....😢

Always buy my kfc at this particular store ..... the pap is cooked well if you like the streetwise with pap and they never disappoint me

Service is normally great but today it took over 20 minutes to get a breakfast wrap and a coffee, other people who got there after me were being serviced before me. Not sure whats going on here, manager must probably not be in the office on days like today.

I am simply not a fan of KFC. If its not their mediocre flaky chicken, its your semi disgusting looking gravy. To get a good rating, improve your recipe, spicing & gravy options, stop selling the average man substandard food.

Just a ok KFC, staff to be way too busy at times to give each customer that *feel good* attention.

For some reason KFC in South Africa is far superior to KFC in the US. Much crisper, more spicy and flavorful.

I went one day during lunch time. The place was packed, but I received my food within minutes. Nothing really out of the extra ordinary, but the food was up to standard in term of what you would expect from any KFC
