The service is very good that I received from the cashier. However the streetwise 5 was disappointing. I dont think it was prepared fresh as it was dry and cold. Before I even paid for the food it was done, which was already an indicator that something is off. Please look into this as its disappointing for a KFC to deliver such service in a very good establishment.

I expected more from KFC in Tygervalley.We ordered food and the lady who took our order seemed to be in her own world. We then had to repeat our order 3 times.Our order was prepared nice and fast, however when we got home we were very disappointed.Our chicken was so dry and hardly any sauce on the Dunked wings!We had to put our own sauce on the crunch burgers so we wouldnt choke on the dryness.When it came to the chips, It tasted good however very little was given.We are very disappointed in the drop in quality and quantity.

The KFC chicken is always superb no matter which KFC is. Tyger valley kfc has two billing counters and sometimes only one person will be there to take bills. Fridays you can see a lengthy queue at noon for lunch. But whatever we will get good food as always we get from KFC except the additional oil added.

My daughter and her friends visited KFC Tygervalley on Saturday 2 November around 8pm. They loved their meal, the restaurant was super busy and with the girls excitement of having fun, she left her handbag, with 2 wallets inside at the counter. We didnt realise the bag was missing until Sunday. Today, I collected the bag, with everything inside.Thank you to the honest staff at your branch. You have restored my faith in SA peeps. I was speechless when Charne told me it was handed in by 1 of their staff members and keep safely in the safe.THANK YOU. You have valuable staff. I had a bad experience the chicken was still raw didnt taste like KFC, the chips was and tasted like burn. Didnt enjoy it threw almost everything away

Great customer service

Dont order thier zinger wings.Worst zinger wings ever. Oily and tasted old. Not crispy or fresh. Just made me sad. What a waste. And this is not the first time. I tried them a fee months ago and the same thing. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt but i was wrong.

EXTREMELY disappointed in this store. Cashier was in her own world and we had to give her our order 3 times before she placed it. After she eventually placed the order the food arrived VERY quickly so the wait was no problem at all. When arriving at home we quickly dished up as we were hungry as well as our child and it was supper time. The food was so dry and not the quality we are accustomed to. The dunked wings barely had sauce on it and I couldnt even taste the flavour of it. Since alwe already sat in traffic and had already dished up we decided to make the most of it by adding our own sauce to help the dryness and then to write to KFC and inform them, we also requested a refund or the exact same meal with the expected quality. We were told we had to bring the food back to the restaurant to be checked and to see if it is worth replacing.SERIOUSLY? We sat in traffic and they expected us to drive back hungry and sit in traffic using our fuel and our time for simetsome that was not our fault at all.How is this fair?Who compensates us for petrol miney, time and also the fact that we have to remain hungry until they get it right???Totally disappointed and utterly disgusted by KFC Tygervalley.First time I have experienced this with them.Still with for Alice Radebe to answer me as she is avoiding 95% of my questions!

Poor service.Cashier took order correctly but the pick up section took long . Gave the wrong order and kept forgetting items on the order.

We received terrible service at this KFC and waited 20 minutes for our food and there was nobody else in the que. The cashier was talking on her private cellphone while we were waiting and our food was laying there, she ignored us. Some of the food she served was old. The oil that they used to fry the chicken was old and dirty. The food was disgusting. From placing the order, this was a frustration,! to eating the food was a complete disaster. Will never support this KFC again.
