I simply loved the fast service,Fresh food, friendly faces of the staff and the food was well packaged.

I had to wait while counter hands scurried around to help Mr. Delivery and another bolt driver that just came after me and they hurriedly threw my meals together. When I got home, I was upset because I had literally 4 chips in my order and there was no sauce or spice which nobody apologized or told me about,but I could not take it back, because it was raining very hard. I was extremely unhappy!

The drive thru is quite quick and the staff are helpful and friendly. However, what does become a problem is while waiting to order and you are approached by people asking for money.

The Drive through is always slow here , more so at night there is always a waiting period for chicken which is normally 15-20minutes

I only go to KFC Athlone for the superb service at the drive-through. It can take as little as only five minutes to make a purchase and one goes on ones way.Great service guys!

I used the kfc app to order my food I never received the complete order I paid for called the customer service line they told me they would get hold of the store manager and the person would call me back I never received a call or notification I tried calling the store but no one answers this is worst experience I have ever had with you guys I feel robbed and no one has given me a refund or anything

Hi guys, I wasnt to happy about the fact that I had to go back to KFC for my receipt.Thats traveling from Rondebosch Medical Centre to this location because they dont give receipts.Just by the way, I drive a 2litre turbo car, and petrol in South Africa is not cheap.The food obviously didnt go down well, as you can imagine.

Best customer service Ive experienced at a KFC branch, the employees are very respectful and theres little to No waiting period for food.

Not a good place to go through the drive through. Due to fast processing more often than not something is missing in your order. I would advise to check your order before leaving.

Food was okay, service was bad, When I got to the order window the lady screams to me to reverse and scream my order, because she has a timer tracking her speed? This should never impact customer experience. After ignoring that request and proceeding to pull up to the window and order, I get rushed to move along after getting my food. Then would you believe it, they messed my order up! Never going back.

The food was a waste of money. Its way too oily and it taste like the chicken was old and served cold food. I dont recomend anyone to go there

Extended waiting period at drive through.Never have ice creme available.

This branch is always quite busy especially the drive thru as its the only kfc with a drive thru within the Athlone area. So be prepared to wait a while when you want to order

Drive through area is a bit tight but service is quick and food is consistent with KFC norms

I just bought a nugget meal of R49.90. Everything was old, the chips seems like yesterday and the nuggets look blue as if they were also fried yesterday. The crunch burger was drowned in the sause and I couldnt even sèe the burger. Horrible !If I could rate you a zero I would!!!

What an amazing surprise, the best customer service i have ever experienced at ant kfc branch. To the owners, Asanda and her team are truly ambassadores for the brand, she went above and beyond, curteous, efficient and friendly. I would recommend kfc Athlone branch to anyone.

I was so surprised cos I received excellent service even though I had to wait 7 minutes more after I arrived at the store to collect my order. Yet the staff were friendly, hospitable & extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that my wait was stress & trouble -free. On the food-side, the new masala crunch is so good!

Very long wait for drive through. The zinger wings were tasteless (no zing) and just over crispy.They also did not have everything we asked for.Huge overall disappointment compared to Vangate Mall.
