Lunch was fresh and tasty. My son had the burger box meal special. Very nice.

The service was a bit slow but the quality of the food compared to other outlets is outstanding. We had an amazing meal! Thank you!

I got sms saying I must go claim my money at that kfc since I had payed twice for 1order when I got the manager wasnt helpful at all asked me why I came there since the order was placed at Sandow kfc kept on explaining I didnt know anything just got msge from customer care .had to drive up n down n still havent got my refund 😕

Decent KFC. A bit small. But I had no problems. Streetwise 2 was okay. Separate Mash and Gravy was good. Its pointless complaining that the chicken was Oily and that the fries were touch dry. Its like that at almost every KFC I have been to. At least the chicken wasnt dry.

I have no idea why I keep coming back here for torture. You have to double check all your orders every single time. They so lazy theyll give you pap without gravy. Ive received a krusher without a straw nor spoon... Its the pits there... However their zinger wings slap hey

Good shopping place on the myciti bus route. Has a post office, Roccamammas and pet store. Close to the Pick n Pay. Across the street from the Spar shopping center with lots of little shops around it.

This store is always untidy. Service very slow... I went here once in 2019. Back again in 2021 and still no changes. If its not the slow service then they are probably not serving what you want

Ive been to filthy KFCs in the past but this one takes the trophy... The toilets arent well ventilated and toilet paper pieces lying all over the floor felt like it wasnt cleaned the entire day... As for the dining area all tables just had left over food, bags and empty bottles...I wonder how the kitchen looks.

Today l got Tuesday special that was best ever from the previous ones l enjoyed my meal

After being told to wait for 20 minutes till y order goes through they even remove it on the board after asking what happened to my order they go ahead and burn the food on top of it. not at all impressed

2 weeks in a row I get the wrong burgers. Then u call and the phone just rings with no reply. I am sick and tired form the staff who seem like they do not care and incorrect orders for 2 weeks n a row. The area manager must take responsibility. Disgusting.

Classic KFC, Uber food and Mr D taking over and do not adhere to high levels of cleanliness expected during a pandemic. Staff should do more to enforce rules.

I am quite disgusted with this kfc they are very dishonest. They charge 12 x the 2 rand for hope which I do not want to pay was also not even asked if we wanted to pay it. Then on closer examination of the slip noticed that we were only charged for 1 mash and gravy but we ordered 3. So the company is losing money and this stupid hope place is getting money in a dishonest way. I would like feed back as to how this will be resolved as I do not want any money going to add hope

I think people working here need a little bit of training on the difference between chicken portions,especially the difference between a thigh and drumstick because whenever i request a drumstick they always give that inedible thigh and if I take it back they act like thigh and drumstick is the same thing. Now im beginning to think that perhaps they just really dont know the difference. Its annoying to always have to double check the pieces just because u may not get what u have requested.

Helpfull and fresh meat

Worst food, gave me and my roommate food poison. Bad values for money. Always cold food. Smelly and foul bathrooms! Unhealthy place as they dont clean properly there at all!! They havent done anything in 4 months about the problem. They dont even get back to me yiy if you have a problem.. Worst company. Minus 5 stars if I could.

This KFC lacks in continuity.... It seems that there is too much staff rotation and sometimes nobody knows whats going... We had recently chicken from the other KFC in parklands and that was way better.... More juicy, more crispy and faster... I think there is a definite lack of training...

Im so disappointed with KFC parklands. They tell u they are closed while u are in the store.that was 19.45 last nyt.if u are closed yo doors should be closed period. Manager whispered to cashier they are closed.very unprofessional

AWEFUL experience! Never been so disappointed - double crunch & rounder had the tiniest pieces of chicken breasts Ive ever seen, was ALL over the box (not stacked into burgers) & the buns were burnt .... this after we waited almost 15 minutes! Doesnt even deserve one star,but I cant post this without one. NEVER going back!!

Was there yesterday, got myself a 9 piece bucket of extra crunch and spicy chicken. Took my order at 18:00, on screen after 10min it shows collect your food. I went forward and they said its coming only another 8 minutes. So my order disappeared off their order screen I continued to wait another 20minutes! I received my food at 18:31! This is not the first time this has happened to me. Just do yourself a favour and go to the Sandown KFC as they are actually on time with yiur food!

Its 21h52 no one at the window to take our order. Hooted endlessly. 5 minutes later we drive to the collect and pay window only to see ALL the staff exchanging music and cell phones....Pathetic service and unfriendly people .....No apologies no smiles afterwards for all the bad service....Not a great experience.....

Service is 5 star smiles everywhere best place to grab a quick bite they are open till 10 pm which is very convenient for everyone might I add.

Dear KentuckyI hope you take the time to read & respond to the disappointments that your customers have, considering the fact that you have competition on all sides of your establishment.Today 29th April 2019 at 15:11 i came to the drive thru , and was served by a lady by the name of Ongezwa.Let me remind you that your business is highly dependant on good service as well as good food, Sadly you fail on both fronts.Ongezwa was not only rude , she is ill mannered, moans in Xhosa in front of the customers . She also is not very good at understanding the English language, which makes it extremely difficult to place orders with her as you have to repeat yourself many times.Not only does this frustrate the clients , but also causes delays in serving other clients.The food i received looked like someone slapped it together and it was cold.How do you expect clients to come back and support your establishment, if this is the type of people you hire as you first contact with your clients.People pay good money for food , so they deserve to get good food and no attitude from your staff.Please place trained, well mannered & competent staff as a first point of contact, clients dont come to Kentucky for drama shows.We come for food !
