KFC in Bothasig, I must say has good consistency and always nice and clean. Its so important to keep clean as you go along preparing food for people. Ive been to a few kfcs and not alway clean, but the Bothasig is always a good experience. One thing I hate is the Drive through narrow driveway, but I guess if I was driving a Atos it would be better to drive without touch the pavement. Overall great KFC service in Bothasig

Service was very fast and I was asked which pieces of chicken I would like. I prefer the breast and the leg so was happy to be given the choice. Perfectly cooked. Definitely worth going back to.

Wanted to pay online order. Had to wait in a que in the rain 10 mins. Order wrong when i got home again...

Went through the drive through - fast and efficient service. However they were out of stock of what i wanted to order.

No real complaints regarding the food. The drive through at this branch tends to take a bit longer than other branches. Havent figured that out, but this morning the drive-through was super fast and the brekkie wrap was perfect and warm.

Best KFC Ive been to, other than one or two mix ups with orders their food is always good and service. I prefer going there than the the other two branches closer to me.

Service always on the slow side, few times were items were missing. Especially when it comes to the breakfast menu, either the egg oŕ hashbrown missing.

We keep getting misleading messages and specials then when we try to order we are told its for delivery only. But KFC Bothasig then doesnt deliver. This is advertising fraud. As such this restaurant deserves 1 star for misleading advertising.Evenon the comments from the owner it states delivery is either through them or MR Delivery. Now KFC doesnt deliver. Its clearly a lie.

KFC bothasig... I generally think all KFCs are the same. They lack a basic customer service base. Sometimes the food is ok and other times is not. I ordered pops this time round and they were fresh and good. Services was nonexistent. It felt like it was an effort for the cashier to take my order and answer my questions. I was barely acknowledged when collecting my food at the next window. What I find strange is that the building was upgraded and made to look pretty but the outside area is found to be lacking. That could use a decent upgrade as well. At least give the people the illusion that the place can offer good customer service.

Tills not working today.... sat in the queue for over 20 mins and they got the order wrong!

Not sure what it is about this branch of KFC but the quality of the food is below par.

Went through the drive-thru, and although we had a very simple order and there was no queue, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. When we got our order, one of our three drinks was wrong and one was missing. In addition, when we got home, we discovered that there were no chips or any other side with the Streetwise 2 we had ordered.However, I ran inside to order something extra and received quick and friendly service from inside the shop, which is why Id give three stars instead of two.

Cant get food in drive through

It always seems a problem that their icecream machine is ALWAYS BROKEN... really

Food is always good, had an issue once with wrong order but the guy actually ran out of the building to look for me, so that he can rectify the order.

Way too many people in store, Covid regulations not adhered to, staff wearing flimsy gloves and online orders not well organized at all with multiple staff scratching through takeaway packages looking for orders.

Food is good, but there is a serious lack in knowledge/training in how to communicate with clients.

Absolutely disappointing.i had to wait 30 minutes for an online drive through order. 25 minutes after placing my order.a staff member came out to ask me what my order was.after I recieved my order I asked if my order was correct. It wasnt.... when I got home my order was all wrong. Then tried phoning and they dont answer.... so I will stay far away from this disappointing establishment

Chicken was extremely oily and made my family sick. Its as though the chicken was fried and immediately placed in the kfc container/ bucket without letting removing the excess oil.

Very disappointed I love KFC cold slaw. I bought three large and to my disappointment it was just shredded cabbabe with nothing else. No vinegarette sauce. Dry cabbage.

They make the better dunk wings compared to the neighbouring KFC nice and spicy

One of the worst around Cape Town. Always getting orders wrong and the manager has no control over staff. They always talking to each other and dont sometimes hear your order properly.I rather drive to the Platterkloof one, very friendly and very good service

I love to pop in at this KFC for a very berry crusher. The staff is friendly and eager to assist customers. The ice cream machine is never out of order as I have encountered many a time at other KFC branches.

Staff at the till was friendly.. But the fact that they had no customers before me and I waited 15min before my small order arrived.. Even after I told them my daughter had to make a competition.. But hey we all have our delayed days.. That was just the staff in the kitchen taking their time with a simple wrap. No rush⌚🌮🍗

Had a strange experience tonight, and yes I do frequent this place. Bought a take-away, changed my mind on an item and then at ordering station was told itll be credited. Moved on to the paying station and after some quick math realised (upon receiving receipt) the item I asked to be removed showed a credit on slip but my total I paid included it (debit card payment). Then went into store to get it sorted out. How does this happen nowadays with so much automation in place? Not sure where it went wrong but hell, thats a very simple use case? How many people have been robbed like this?Person that seemed like the manager told me it is because its manual card payment? Huh?

Apart from the really bad systems they have in place here, the sooner wine were disappointing. It didnt even taste like KFC... Or look like wings. I ended up throwing it all away.

Total rip off, baugt a 15 piece bucket, got home and found 9pieces the size of nuggets

Upon ordering our burgers I asked the cashier if the fillets would be fresh, because it has happened before that they give you the nights before. She assured me everything is fresh. Low and behold our food arrives and our fillets are so dry, can see it was reheated. Went to her with the burgers and she still try to assure us its fresh and her colleague agrees. We insisted on her calling the manager which she did. Manager came and all my husband said do you think the Colonel would be impress with this burger.🙈She told us there would be a 5 minute wait for fresh fillets. Why do we have to complain first to get fresh food. We want to support our area food places but with this quality of food you have to wonder. Very disappointed with Bothasig KFC
