Chicken was very dry the last time we ate there. They also forgot to give me my promo earphones. If you have eaten at 1 KFC, youve eaten at them all.They are very covid conscious and take fantastic precautions. Shop is also always very clean.

Waited 40 minutes for my order at the drive through! Placed my order and paid 19.49 left at 20.29. they claimed it was because my order was late but no one communicated to me until 20.15 that they were making the order. The security and staff got food before I did. At least it was hot, thats why they get one star at least otherwise it would be 0 stars.

One of our favorite stops. Never had a problem with quality and freshness.

Came late from work. Everyone was tired, hungry and wanted food immediately. We had quick service, the food was nice & warm & with wings was crunchy. Great food and a happy family.

They ran out of chicken at 8pm did not even say we can wait they will drop chicken. They were so busy at drive through.

Got food poisoning from the crunch burger. They forgot to add sauce to our burgers. So I not only am I sick, my burger was bad as well.

Today my son and I bought food there. The chips was hot, but not properly cooked. Like the oil was not hot enough when you put it in. It even stained the bag when some of it fell out of the pscket.

Almost always gets your order wrong, stale chips are the norm. The attitude of the staff definitely doesnt make up for it.But hey, its KFC. Not the worst place to go to if your up for a munch.

My first visit. In the morning. I ordered breakfast wrap box thingy. It was nice but what stood out was the piece of chicken with the wrap. It was fresh, crisp, tasty and warm.

Ive been to horrible Kfcs before but this one takes the number 1 spot, never before have I seen mash and oil being served... They called it gravy, it was gross, the chicken, no taste, very slimey and tasted like boiled chicken with a coating, we spent over 200rand on this meal, literally one bite of everything and we felt sick, we wasted everything, then drove to Mcdonalds and had the most satisfying meal and service. KFC, what are you guys doing? Surely this owners franchise should be stripped, hes not competent to own a branch.

Ordered a AM brekkie box, chips were cold carboard, they couldnt be bothered making me a cappuccino, so they just gave me black coffee with a dirty lid. They just let the phone ring off the hook, no one answers the call.

Warm fresh and lovely.Havnt had a good KFC meal in awhile this was great...Only complaint is that the two meals i bough was stuffed into a small bag and the boxes got crushed my burger looked abit deformed but was still good.But overall was a good dinner. 🍗🍟🍔

Food was good, staff werent friendly and our sodas werent filled. The cups were literally halfway full, which is ridiculous and apparently company policy because of the cup size being incorrect. (Apparently these already small cups were a medium)

Did an online order using their app and youre supposed to check-in via the app 2 minutes before you collect your order via Drive Through or in-store. I live about 5mins away. I checked in at home, drove there and still had to wait at least 10mins for my order. One of the ladies behind the counter said she doesnt like this online app order. she had to get the manager to assist her and he was also having trouble. Im not an impatient guy and I didnt mind waiting, its just that the system needs to be more fluent. This is not the first KFC I have had this problem with. The app works brilliantly, but its not well integrated like, for example Debonairs app

Bad Customer Service & Stale Food.We ordered from KFC Strand via MrD. We had items missing from our order that were paid for and the Crunch Burgers were so stale that it chipped my partners tooth!When following up regarding this matter, the phone got put down in my ear because employee on the phone did not know what I was talking about.
