Every single time I visit this store, they ruin my order.I am not exaggerating here, the last FIVE times in a row, they have left out parts of my order or given me someone elses order.If you do visit this store, I strongly recommend writing a checklist and handing it to the staff as well as checking your order yourself.Really get in there and open the meal boxes because you might find a snack burger where your Wrapsta is supposed to be....Frankly, the quality of service is so terrible it feels like visiting an informal shebeen.I have never encountered such disgusting incompetence at any othr fast food place. this store is unique.As I said, FIVE TIMES IN A ROW!!! They are literally incapable of doing their jobs.Its as though there is no staff vetting for hiring or something. the woman who takes the orders can neither speek English nor Afrikaans properly.Its a joke, an offensive one. Its also daylight robbery.The next time I get home to realise they have underseved my order Im going to take this SCAM to a higher authority. Who is actually in charge of that squatter camp of a restaurant?

Make sure you check your oderder. Today i was accused of being both a liar and a thief by the manager when returning for a street wiser 2 that was missing in my drive through order. He promtly replaced the missing street wise but told me he saw it in there with his own eyes. I had to repeat my order 3 times when ordering and now that i sit down to eat, not even a grain of salt or tomato sauce in the box... Will not be back. Disgusted

Its a very convenient place to quickly get a delicious bite to eat. Dissapointed that they dont serve breakfast like all the others... I mean, what is up with that? Losing potential there guys. And the beggars make it awkward.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. 90% of the time something is missing from your order. This happens with online, drive-thru and orders at the counter

Not only did we have to wait more than a half hour for our food but the chips have an inedible disgusting taste and were certainly NOT freshly fried neither was the tough, rubbery (half-sized) zinger burger fillets! Would not recommend this kfc outlet to anyone!

Lady by the door made me wait outside for five minutes despite there only being three people inside waiting for their order.Funnily enough when I waited for my order there were way more people inside and she let more people inside.To top it off my Streetwise 2 was measly, with a tiny piece of chicken that looked like an off cut.Chicken tasted like cardboard.Worst KFC I’ve had

Consistently delicious.

My utmost respect to the Lady at KFC as I was walking out the door with my meal the packet tore (which is the only bad thing I can say is that the smaller packets are super thin and tear easily) and all was dropped onto the tarmac. The lady was at my side immediately and replaced most of the meal I had bought and placed it in a stronger packet. That is what is called super and efficient service. Well done KFC lady Sunvalley. Pity I could get your name.

Had a great time with my partners family here... However their air-conditioning was not working and it was uncomfortable hot inside

The worst KFC Ive ever encountered. The food is ALWAYS stale, unless you order right before closing time, then its actually inedible. If you live in the valley, commuting to Fish Hoek KFC would be worth the trouble

Arrived at your store just before 10pm was unsure of your closing hours. However your chain across your drive threw nearly decapitated my car and passenger because you failed to display the necessary signage indicating that your drive threw was closed. This could have been a serious incident had I not have been alert to the chain. Seriously guys Im in the industry and these factors are essential. Put signage on your chsins

Floor wasnt cleaned. Squashed fries on the floor at the table downstairs. The table are rectangular but the narrow section is positioned at the bench? How does someone get this wrong. The long section of the table should run parallel to the bench. Awkward seating position with this table position. Staff helpful and friendly.

30th December 2019. We had the worst experience in our lives at a restaurant.No one spoke to us at the mic. Then the drive throw guy totally ignored us. We just drove away.That place does not deserve a star at all.

Good service...a quick meal to boost Your energy.

Tried the drive through a couple of times.Food was always good and often fast. Some delays at times, though. Also, they get very busy at peak times with a long queue forming at the drive through.

The best thing about KFC is the consistency......or atleast I always thought KFC was consistent until I went to sunvalley KFC. Unfortunately it was the only option on a late night in Noordhoek and literally spoilt my night. The chicken or lack thereof on my zinger burger left me chewing on an unappetizing roll of mayo and zinger crumbs.....very unsatisfying and off putting, will definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone. The colonel would not be pleased!!!!!

The service was full of smiles , I personally found the prices absorbatent. On arriving home found the chicken pieces soaked in oil and not the least bit crunchy. I feel that those chicken pieces were standing to long , and what crunch it might have had the oil spoilt.

KFC drive through fail.!! Waited 15 mins for a manager to void something on the till. She did not bother to communicate with us just walked away... My elderly uncles car broke down yesterday ( 27 May) in Kommetjie Rd. A Big Issue vendor standing at the traffic light, helped push his car to a parking space outside KFC, Sunvalley.He had to wait for 4 long hours for the tow truck to arrive. In that time, despite being very busy, the staff at KFC kept an eye on him, offered him something to eat and a place to sit inside.Although he politely refused all their kind offers, their concern for his well-being did much to keep him calm as he waited.Thanks to all the Friday lunchtime staff at KFC. Their kindness is much appreciated.

Cant order from the machine where you meant to order from the sign there says order from the window. Drive to the first window and no one there now move on to window number 2 and get told sorry you must go back to first window.. how do I do this with a car behind me. Other than that the food is always old and tasteless. Really disappointing would give it a zero stars if it was a option. Wont be back and urge everyone to rather use a different KFC if in the mood for KFC..

There hasnt been one day that we got our orders correct. Every time we order food our is wrong. I never had a gud experience. There were days we find no chips or no singer wingz then have to turn back again. Staff are friendly no problems with the way they serve customers but please get the orders right.

Couple of years ago I had a very bad experience in this KFC but something must of happened since then because now the food and Customer service is awesome...totally recommend this place..

This was the worse experiences I ever had.The teller could not understand that I wanted to use the rest of the points on my ucount card and then pay the difference in cash. After explaining it twice then she left and gave sale to someone else.We asked for plates from lady that was cleaning and she told use to fetch down stairs.Also you have promotion with Coca cola then I asked for cups because we were eating in then we were told to pay R2 per cup now how can you have a sit down mean and have to pay for your cups.?Pathetic service.Then we asked them to clean the upstairs eating section twice.Then the rest rooms did not have toilet paper and we had to go down again to fetch paper then they gave use serviets to use in the toilet and to compound it the toilet it just running everytime you flush.The handle does not go up so water is just running away and we already have water restriction.So overall I would say 0 star for that experience.

Best chicken Ive had at any KFC. One thing I dont like is that its not actually 24 hours. They lock the door at night.

Personally just a cramp little dangerous place. I never liked the drive though when you walk to the door impatient drivers can hit you and they look at you while you eat. Hahahahaha. But food as good as normal.

Friendly fast service. Sometimes card machine isnt working. They get the order right most of the time.

No Stars. Placed an ordered and staff never offered the full order with the special cooldrink. When asked for the cooldrink with the special it was told that the transaction could not be voided or canceled and transaction must be authorized from head office and no manager on duty to reverse the transaction. After the whole debate the transaction was reversed and the ordered could be reversed without head office approval cause the staff was just to lazy to reverse transaction and add the full special to the price.

Sies, this place is really pathetic. I made my order, was referred to the pick up booth. I picked up the food and had to check the amount of food and after that had to ask for tissues because I couldnt mind any in the bag then got home only to realise that there wasnt any salt in the bag. I wonder what else they missed in this food if they cant salt right

We could barely understand Pearl. S and was so unfriendly I felt ashamed for KFC in general since they usually offer quite a noce experience. NOT this one...

Took my order and paid for two softserve icecreams. They then immediatly filled the machine with a new batch of mix. Had to ask for money back or wait half an hour for it to freeze. Reallly annoying. If they knew it needed to be refilled then communicate to the cashier so as not to waste customers time.

Sat in the drive through for half an hour before I could place my order, then when I could eventually place my order I was told that they were out of chicken. I was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes before a new batch was ready, I waited since I knew it would be fresh but had to wait another half an hour before I finally received my meal and it wasnt even good (had much better from the Fish Hoek KFC)
