Almost never have ice cream... you have to check your order before leaving cause mistakes often happen. Many a times u have to wait in parking as they still preparing chicken

I have no complain with KFC but outside why there is no security its not safe my phone was almost gone in front of the Restaurant

Good eveningI would just like to say how disappointed I am that I never got my order as I ordered it 19:40pm today 8th August 2021,the lady at the cash desk firstly took extremely long with a vehicle infront of mine, I didnt mind cause usually I just come and get the order but she was telling me that they closing at 8pm the time limit given to me for pick up was 20:30pm so I was there 20 to 25min there before besides waiting to be helped I would just like to say that give the correct time this would of never been a issue.RegardsBrent George Johnston.

The outlet and staff itself are superb with their service. Security however needs to be strengthen around the outlet and its drive-through to keep customers from being interfered with and harassed by beggersand vagrants from the surrounding areas. Their presence is quite intimidating and scary to customers.

The drive through customer services is appalling, the cashier was nice but the person who gave me my order no manners. No one told you to get up and come to work. We all have bad days but to come to work and have no customer etiquette and be front line, Get new staff that doesnt have houdings when helping customers.

5 minutes agoI have ordered 2 street wise two via uber eatsOn the arrival of the food the chicken came unprepared there is no taste in the chicken and its wet / raw no serviets and salt tried calling the store the number doesnt exist. Honestly some one needs to take responsibility for this I waisted my money on this. How the hell can you sell raw chicken to customers and expect them to pay 100 for the foodI expect if you guys to take responsibility

I just came from the KFC at the corner of Belvenie and 35th Avenue in Elsies River. I spent 5 minutes waiting for someone to come from the back to assist me but no one came. The front of the restuarant was left completely unattended. Then after that 5 minutes someone came from the kitchen area to fetch something from the fridge. We made eye contact and I moved closer to.the counter and instead of helping me, she went back to the kitchen and I thought she was calling someone to assist me but instead I waited an even longer time to be served. I tried to make eye contact with someone in the kitchen and he looked at me then looked to the ground. Only 3 minutes after that did someone come to the counter to assist me. They definitely were not understaffed because two of them were having a lovely conversation with one of them who was standing outside the drive thru window. Management really needs to speak to the staff. To say I never want to go back there is an understatement.

Truly poor service drive thru and not the first time. I got ther a car standing long in front. Then car drives off I get to.place my order I could already see cashier irritated with other staff when they told him I had to wait 5 min for the fillet of crunch burger I said okay then I order to ice cream cones for the kids because I now had to wait they tell me there is t icecream at 4pm in afternoon. Last time they said icream machine is not clean.Like before I said cancel order I then drove to McDonalds drive thru I got everything I wanted . I also saw the same car that drove off earlier from Kfc getting McDonalds.Most disappointing
