We ordered a Colonal Burger Meal, and A Zinger Burger Meal. The Colonal Burger order had one slice of Cheese, and two slices of cheese was requested and paid for.On my Zinger Burger Meal I requested the Zinger sauce and instead I got the white sauce.And whys Kentucky Fried Chicken so stingy with the chips?

I am a big kfc fan but they dropping the ball as of recent and hungry lion is the better choice, hungry lion is by no means better but kfc is not worth the extra money

I order online and always have to be told when I collect my order inside that it hasnt been made, the receipt prints at a machine that is not manned on 2 occasions now. I dont have this problem at the Westridge branch.

Why is there no delivery service for the Portlands area in Mitchells Plain. Promenade dont deliver to Portlands neither does Westridge so what now. Drivers say they dont deliver here so where do they deliver 🤔...

Pathetic, because I had to stand in danger for my order. And its a drive thru? 25min later my order arrived while waiting in the parking arrear.

For convenience yes...it is a cool place but dont expect a friendly staff. Theyre just ignorant and dont take it personal.

I bought breakfast with coffee&I double checked with the person assisted if they did put sugar&starer in the packet..they said yes& asked twice,same answer.I was in the drive through &no time to check..to my surprise there was no sugar nor the starer😭

Nice to Visit especially if u sitting down cos then u get to watch the activities of other shoppers around the other stores and have a open view of the parking area... I can only speak for myself that Ive ALWAY received good service

Quick drive thru

Well, firstly I had to explain my order like 5 different times and confirm it another 5 times at the drive through. It was simple: 3 Oreo sundaes and 2 KitKat sundaes. Well okay after a few attempts the person eventually got it right. Then when I went to pay, she rang up something else which was not what I wanted and I had to again wait for something to happen. Then somebody else came to ring up the order, and confirmed the 3 Oreos and 2 KitKat Sundaes. When I went to collect I got 2 Oreos and 2 KitKat sundaes and guess what? It was on the slip too. The same order we both confirmed was not a mess. Then they wanted me to pay cash for the extra one. Which I didnt have because of money exchanging I try to limit using cash. I was told to come inside to buy another one since there card machines didnt work. But as far as I know the card machines are portable. Or they could have just rang it up at the tills since it was literally one order. But yeah. Nice going KFC

Staff service excellent chicken hot and fresh

The drive through could use some capacitation. I had to repeat my order 5 times. To top it off, when I collected it at the last window, half my order was not there.

I bought zinger burgers and discovered at home that one of the burgers had zinger sauce on which was scraped off and then the white sauce was added.

The music was a bit too loud but other than that, it was fine.

This place is good and fast

Go there alot as it close to home, but the wait is long, food not always the same an most times its the wrong things I get.

Always full around the 25th to the 31st not the best service by employees.

Was ok just that the drive-in had a problem but the customer service was good.

My order was the following a slider box the chicken on the sliders was cut in half so it basically looked like crumps on it I asked the manager she then replaced it and said the kitchen staff did cut the one piece of chicken in 2 and besides it was cold. At all the other KFCs Ive never experienced this it was always nice and yummy I also order 2 boxs with in the one box I get a burger the other a wrapper after I order 2of the same the chips was tried out and the wings not probably cooked I felt upset because this was of all the KFC places I eat I never experienced such poor quality of food

I am really impressed with KFC promenade (inside + outsides) customer service. Had some problems with my online order which they gladly sorted out, and even called me afterwards to ensure I was properly helped. Thank you Nkosi & Fundi.

The fast service you receive at the drive thru, often leads to food seeming to be thrown together where no effort is placed into presentation.

Waiting time was acceptable, limited stock at branch, customer service was satisfactory. Food was fresh and tasty.

Disgusting to queue for 40 minutes for meat looking cole. Banned meat at KFC AS Berman at 18h46. What a waste of my time.

Did had the meal I was looking at 10.30 pm looking for burger meal had to settled for wings

Most terrible service on the night 1 January 2020, the front end staff was not very good at all, the customers started yelling, swearing at the staff. Waiting time was+- 1h30 min, the food is ready on the stand but the staff member giving out the food just ignore it, at 22:00 u just want your food and leave but they dont seem to be worried. The First time in history for such a bad service, my family always enjoy the food and service as we are 8people we always in kfc but do u want to go back to that service?

Music to loud. The staff can hardly hear you speaking, taking incorrect orders.

Food is always incorrect ; chicken always smells off and staff have alot of attitude and rudeness seems to be a norm

Service is pathetic, went inside the store and was told to wait outside after 30mins of waiting, once outside I was first in line but they told the person that was last in the line to go inside and told the rest of the customers there were no more chicken left this is very unacceptable poor management too.

Service was a bit slow due to drive through having to come inside to pay and pick up but other than that it was okay

Worst service I ever experienced ordered food at 10.13 and only received my food at 10.40. No apologies... Only to find out that they were waiting on zinger wings, while other customer who ordered after me got zinger wings.. Wings were fresh while my other food that has been packed over 20 mins all got cold. Extremely disappointed in the service I received from the staff.

Always enjoy eating at this KFC as their food is fresh... But my problem is the people asking you for money while you enjoying your meal. So my suggestion would be to buy and leave
