I bought the bucket of 9pc of R124. 90 which on the KFC website says you get 1 piece extra. When I check my pieces home it was 9 pieces no extra piece. I bought this at KFC Claremont

Nice service & great staff attitude

Their chicken was so bad, brown instead of golden colour, fool of cooking oil and I think their cooking oil was dirty that is why the chicken was brown. Didnt even finish it, I gave it to my dog

The food is wack, especially when you order like 1hour before they close. Never going back there again, Id rather die of hunger. They either reheat food or give you cold food.

The sanitisation process was well done. The service of the staff was excellent. The order was on par as I wanted. I will recommend that branch to anyone.

On 16 December we ordered food from KFC. We missed the driver and called him. He then said he would bring the food back. We then called almost an hour later only for him to say hes in Salt River.I phoned the store and your head office. Head Office said they would call the driver and get back to me. Hours passed and I didnt hear back! The food should have been taken back to the restaurant NOT taken by the driver and sitting with him. We could have went and just fetched it from the KFC instead the store told us it was already with the driver and we needed to contact Head Office.To date I have called probably over 10 times and sent about 15 emails. This is possibly more than what the food is actually worth. Lebo and Naledi said they would get back to me as well as other representatives however nothing has happened and noone has gotten back to me to date. Including the person who sold me dreams last week saying I will take responsibility and promise to get back to you I didnt get my refund or the food which was STOLEN by the driver and now KFC is avoiding the problem! I will never buy a single thing from you. Dishonest liars.

I ordered two Zinger Burgers and a Large Cup of Fanta, instead of telling me that they dont have large cups they gave me regular & small cup that I gave to somebody. When I get to work thinking Ill enjoy my ZINGER BURGER...it was a NORMAL BURGER NOT not HOT PERI- PERIED.

Disgusting chicken with pieces of plastic fried into it. Also this branch NEVER gives me the requested pieces. If this was America I would have won my law suit by now.

The food is good. During lunchtime its very busy and you can wait a long time for your food. Best to order inline for collection to speed it up.

Literally one of the most terrible KFC stores Ive been to. The lady behind the till was extremely uninterested in what she was doing. As we have our order she yawned and was putting her hand under her shirt and holding her shoulder and neck. The food toll long to come and our wings looked to old to eat. Head office needs to do something about this. We will not go to KFC anymore, this brand has lost its appeal and quality in every way.

Service was terrible. Had to beg staff for a clothe so I could wipe my own table. Did it begrudgingly like what I was asking for was out of line.

We rushed in 20 minutes before closing the other night, and they were still willing to cook something for us as they had no more stock readily available. The service was an absolute delight, and the lady who served us knew what customer service was about. Well done KFC Claremont.

Neat and quick

- KFC Claremont CBD has a very good location as it is situated along the ever-busy Main Road.- Another nice thing about it is that it is also commodious as it can accommodate up to 100 seated people.- It is wheelchair friendly and has a section for babies.- They are open everyday of the week including public holidays.- Although they do have bathrooms but Im not too sure if they are for the public or staff. I will find out next time.

Service is perfect the approach is excellent when I was asked to add hope for R2 I donated it with pleasure,also the restaurant is under renovations still you get served to perfection, environment is fair and clean for a place under renovations Salute to kfc team. Keep up the good work.

Extremely slow service

The service today was just pathetic and slow but the restaurant is empty. Apart from that, the cashier was extremely uninformed. That was very frustrating when she keep offering me meals when all want is a single item. She didnt know the price or where to find it on the cash register. Please invest in proper training of the new staff because unsatisfied customer dont return again. Even when you order on the phone or via app for collection, you still have to wait 10 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!

Well all KFCs Ive been to so far as I travelled all of them taste the same but in Claremont by this one, I recommend that you go there they are truly this best KFC in Cape Town 👍👍🖒🖒

Their zinger wings options and chicken box meal are my favourite. gets full quite a lot because it is that good of a kfc but the service isnt bad and the food is always fresh too.

Got the delivery order wrong, package was unsealed upon arrival, and the crispy part of the skin was missing in places. Crying myself to sleep brb

Ordered a zinger burger which used to be a favourite of mine but no longer. It was dry and lacked sufficient source. It seems to gone a lot smaller too. Really not worth the price anymore

Most of the times the place has long ques and there is two cashiers serving. Please try to put more staff on shift so that customers dont spend more time in the que than they should. It will also ensure fast service

The service is really good but listening skills are really poor or maybe its the kitchen staff who dont listen . Last Sunday I ordered classic twister and I instructed clearly no tomata as I am allergic to tomato but to my surprise there was tomato in the twister and spoiled everything .

The door says it closes at 9pm and we got here at 8pm as they were locking the doors? They said we could come and order but only a selected few items that they still had left. We ordered and it took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. I understand it was a public holiday but then they need to change their business hours. Pathetic service.

Most horrible KFC Ive ever been to. I work in Claremont and its the only KFC there. The food is great, however the staff is horrible! You ask for something simple and they dont do it. Every single time I go there I want a wrapsta box with zinger sauce on the wrapsta and every single time I have to send my wrapsta back because theres no zinger sauce. When i order the same thing at a different KFC, I get what I asked for. Also they never have mini rolls, chilli salt, spoons, tomato sauce. If they do have, you need to ask for it before you get it!

Long cues ,staff speak louder to each other while customers waiting for their orders especially lunch time. I think they need to organize them selves better at pick times .

The food and service is good, its busy so you have to be really patient. The queues can be hectic as its in the main road but overally its good.
