I have never given a bad review but this requires some work. The front people were fabulous. Cant say the same for the person packing the order. Asked them not to give breasts like I do at other branches. Guess what? So many breasts only seen at home. Very dry and tasteless. Have received better quality at other branches.

I can only remember walking pass the shop, there was a lot of activity in and around the vicinity. Surely I saw some happy customers around thete.

So disgusted. Raw chicken, raw zinger wings that tastes like batter. Couldve just ate chicken out of the freezer. The whole meal went to the bin. Is there a zero star option?

The service is pathetic. I waited for 20min to place my order. Then I waited from 14:28 until 15: 22 for my order. When I eventually received my order they were out of the promotional 1,5 litre coke which comes with the 21 piece. I will never buy there again. I understand that you need to wait for your order but for almost an hour! Ridiculous

They never have ice cream and the service is so lax. The employees are nonchalant and unhelpful. I asked if they had milkshakes and was told yes so I stood in the line, when I finally got to the counter I was told the machine isnt working (as usual ). so disappointing.

The service was poor in some respects with no money in the tills to give my change so had to wait for it. Not checking the order properly so I had to remind ur staff Im suppose to get a cold drink with my order. I was abit disappointed in ur spicy chips but ur wrap was nice. The waiting period for the order was good.

The old lady with glasses helping customers with orders is very rude. She should at least have empathy torwards customers as she shouts. If i had realised thats her behaviour before i wouldnt have bought here. Next time i will not bother myself by visiting this shop. Being situated inside of a shopping centre doesnt make things best at times reason, its always crowded with people and always full with long queues

Service was not up too standard as it was still early as I was the only customer in the queue nd it seemed that the cashier who assisted was not interested in serving me efficiently enough as I had to wait on my order which was ready for collection

The chicken was more like chunks was so hard i literally had a small peace left on my burger after i removed all those hard peaces was over fried.... Very unhappy

They dont have customer service, they inconvenience you sometimes by wanting cash, who in this time and age still carry cash, we swipe. They need to be trained again how to friendly to customers.

KFC Vangate is one of best place to be.,but you need to be patient, sometimes , its crowded. I buy street wise two there

Queuing a problem

I am not a spur fan. We used it as a convenient meeting place. The normal corporate standard was experienced. Spur is a family restaurant and should decrease their pricing to suite the family market. Their prices are comparable to many fine dining restaurant. They have cooks/grillers, not chefs. Big difference. Spur corporate, please take note and the public, please take action.

Service is fast but the dont give your change a item cost lets say 22.90 you give R23 they keep the 10c. And thats with all the customers. I buy every second day a streetwise 1 pap and I have noticed they dont give you change. So what do they do with all those 10c pieces at the end of the day the end of the week the end of the month. Lets say for example 200 people dont get their 10c do the day KFC is stealing R20 a day or times that by 30 days R600 a month. Then when you buy a zinger wings you only get 1 part of the wing. As far as I know a wing consists of 3 parts that makes up a wing. So all I can say is KFC is a thief a robber a crook or straight forward they high in the white collar crime. Some one Gona sue them soon. Might just be me. But I still give a 1 star for speedy service speedy service to keep our eyes closed how they robbing us ordinary citizens

The chicken was dripping in oil..the meal includes a 1.5 coke cola..as advertised but my order was delivered with 4 small cups of coke.... kfc Vangate...i honestly dont knw how you still in business..

Service was very poor. We had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes for our meal. On top of that they were out of stock of most products, like coleslaw and bread loaves. When people saying they wanted a refund they gave them their meals regardless of which order was placed first. I enjoy KFC but this experience makes me think twice about kfc.

I bought 10 pieces famaly treat only when I get home I see its only 8 pieces in the bucket what a disappointment after waiting for 45 min for my order

The setup was nice, we booked ahead of time and they gave us a beautiful big table, but it was by the entrance which was extremely cold. We asked to be moved but on more than one occasion had to look for our waiter.

So strange how kfc wont deliver in townships, one must be in surbabs areas to get delivery. So township people have to physically go to stores to buy kfc. So inconvenient. I am done with kfc along with my friends and family

KFC Vangate Mall always have nice warm food and quick service. Cleanliness is on point. Not much seating space inside. Always very busy and lines can take a bit long when busy.

Ive just come from the KFC in Vangate Mall, where Ive had the most disgusting experience. Firstly, I ordered what looked like an interesting item on the menu board, unfortunately the cashier had no idea what it was nor could she find it on the menu pricing. Not being one to complain, (we all have a job to do) I settled for a brekkie wrap and coffee Toward the end of my meal I discovered a hair in my wrap (GROSS!) I gave it back to the cashier, showing what I had found (and again not being one to make a scene) went back to my coffee. The manager then called me to the kitchen side entrance, and asked me what the problem was (really!??) I showed him the hair, plain as daylight...his response was... since the hair did was not covered in sauce (Sick!!! Yuck!!!!) that it could not have come from their kitchen. WHAT happened to the customer always being RIGHT.(The offending evidence was neither the color nor the texture of my hair) Again not the type grumble, I told him i dont care just get it away from me.... At least know I know the unhygienic circumstances KFC kitchens are in.Maybe I Should complain, make a scene and grumble....will it be worth all the effort????

The KFC in Green Point should be on the Worst list. They should be one of the best because of their location but they are not. They always get the orders wrong and sabotage one with the smallest wings ever. Rather drive to the next one, dont stop at this one.

The worst KFC I have ever been too.The staff is always complaining about shifts amongst each other, and they take forever with orders and the kitchen looks dirty from the front, with fries laying on the floor.It was nearing the time to break our fast(this was in Ramadan) and they advised that they ran out of chicken and that we had to wait.Even though we came a whole hour and a half earlier before the breaking of our fast.

Greenmarket Square the best for good food and best service. Very highly recommended.

Vangate mall has no order....they have no customer service faces.....everyone looks as though they doing u a have as the customer...
