The food is cooked nice all the time no complaints, service however is a hit and miss depends on the day you go.

To whom it may concern, for the fact that KFC is in CBD Cape Town a well known place over the world truly speaking it needs to be renovated more special the floor area i use to sit there 20 years ago the floor part is still the same anyway i was impressed with the service indeed

Oh, what a friendly and fast service they provide! Yesterday I thought it would take me days to get my meal because of the line, but I decided to give them 5 minutes and see how that went. And in that 5 minutes, my order was placed, and just a minute or 2 extra, I was sitting at their tables eating. Theyre service is very good. Thanks KFC Parade!!!

Could have given 5 star 🌟 but so disappointed I was I ordered streetwise 3 and 10 zinger wings jeeez Ive never regretted like that the streetwise was raw inside and the zingers were not properly cooked not even a drop of salt was added wished if I could return it but I live far from were there guys its good to make sure what u selling to others taste like that wasnt fair as I had to go to bad hungry

Its a short walk from the parade. Situated close to the bus terminus. I honestly expected to be harassed by the homeless people on the parade, but it was nothing like that. Seems like this KFC has some silent agreement with people around them.That might not be too far fetched since KFC has this ADD HOPE campaign which feeds thousands of hungry children daily.

Crowding regulated and social distancing enforced by staff during lunch rush hour. Staff wear PPE appropriately. Very impressed.

Quick and easy one place where there isnt much wait for you to get your for plus the upstairs gives a good view to the daily business on the market place and the bus terminal. Place is clean and the service is great and fast

Although service is efficient and staff friend, the outlet facility is a bit outdated. The upstairs seating area is in a very bad state... And worse of all, the bathroom are unhygienic.

Been to this place twice and it was around 7pm and no food,they were even discussing in the kitchen,tell them we dont anything and yet they were open,and today theyre like the chicken is finished, whats kfc without 🐓?

Popped in here actually to grab a quick bite and believe it or not make a call from my cellphone.. Never walk and talk on ur cellphone.. So going into KFC was very convenient.. Sat down had a quick streetwise 2 and used my phone.. Service was great too😁

It was about to 8 when we arrived, waiting for our order, us ladies and kids went upstairs to use restroom and also procure some seats to just sit and unwind after a long day of driving and sand eating at Maidens Cove.While sitting we were asked to move downstairs, with no seats available,as cleaning needed to commence, as the place closes at 9, with a whole hour to spare still. The food was decent but that service point choked, please be a bit more considerate.

Their food is of standard quality and is always busy. If you crave kfc, they will satisfy your craving but it not the one to look out for. They have seating upstairs in order accomodate more patrons.
