Exceptional service, friendly staff, and great food.My new favourite Nandos and would recommend if you are looking to get out of the office and just grab a quick lunch.

Sitting here waiting for my food, three workers are having their lunch. They are social distancing, but shouting over the tables to have a conversation. Firstly taking up all the available tables, and secondly how unprofessional is that. And thirdly very dangerous as their spit particles are all over the place, isn’t it a pandemic? Very disappointed

Expensive and a server at the till that needs :- (1) Lessons in how to focus on the client. (2) Lessons in how to pay attention to what the customer orders (3) Learn to repeat the order back to the customer to ensure he got it right. ... Management get your training and QA under control before putting people into the front line.

I did not like the fact that there is advertised on the operational hours of the company on the front door and then its not honoured.I rock up at 10.00 and then the employee shouts at me thrue the glass door that they open at 11.00 only.I am not satisfied with this way of communication at all.

My wife and I have never had a correct order, charges extra for half a slice of processed samwich cheese and they call it healthy eating, this place is a joke will never eat from them again and will definitely tell other people not to either 👍

First time I went to Nandos Edward Street and I have no complaints.Food was awesome 👌🏾

The large liver portion really lack any sauce like the small portion!

Not over crowded, covid protocol followed, service was quick, the cashier was friendly, and my Grade 1 learner whom I thought in 2012 was so happy that I took her out. We truelly enjoyed our time there... Looking like sisters ❤️❤️

High quality eatery with very friendly staff

I ordered pick-up from this branch last week and was satisfied with my meal. I, however, now received a call from a random person, thinking I am the owner of the Nandos, offering transportation services for my staff. Apparently this branch deems it appropriate to hand out till slips with their customers contact details on it and instructing random persons to phone their clients.

Great service, professional covid 19 control. The most tender nandos Ive ever had. Will recommend.

Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful. Our order was done correctly including all the extra sauces etc. Waiting time to place the order took long as there was only one till open on a friday night. Although there wasnt a lot of people our food still took 14min to prepare. So if you are looking for a fast meal, this is not it. But it was delicious and fresh.

I ordered the lemon & herb prego which was delicious.

Always good, menu has more budget friendly options which is nice to see.

Terrible service!! I double checked with the guy at the till that the cheesy chips does not have chicken and he said no. I ordered two and got one with a small side chips and the cheesy chips had chicken in!!!!!@@😭😭😭😡😡😡😡

Visited the store and waited long to be served. Placed a takeaway order, when I got home the hot pot had rice instead of pap, there was no extra sauce as requested in the chicken.

Placed a large online order and pick up. Was told in 20 mins the order would be ready. I got there everything was ready, food was fantastic and the service was efficient and amazing. Will definitely be visiting again

Food was horrible, staff were rushing to finish orders so they could go home, they closed the doors @19:20 when the covid regulations trading times stated they close at 8pm they turned customers away who came based on their trading times, it was storming and those people probably didnt manage to get food elsewhere due to choosing to go to the nandoes. They ignored people.our wedges were hard, the rice was undercooked and hard, still raw. Chicken was cold and bearly went on the grill, no grill marks. Dont go here!

Very disappointed in the service i received. Waited 40min for my food and they still get my order wrong. The guy at the till also very slow in taking my order. Utterly disgusted with this nandos. Will not be going back there ever again.

Good old Nandos you cant beat it. We had good food, friendly service and enjoyed the funky, well maintained interior.

This Nandos branch is a perfect example of getting alot less then what you pay for. Ordered a double burger and sharing chips, chips were dry, burger wasnt worth the R110 and my bar one milkshake had so much ice it could have prevented global warming.. literally paid R35 for ice... 3 days prior, ordered the same things in Bloemfontein and it was like night and day. How people rate this place 5 stars, remains a mystery.

Food is up to standard but location is poor. Doesnt feel like a very safe area.

Anorexic chicken. Asked for extra sauce, and there was no sauce. Chicken was bland and tasteless. Very disappointing.

I have not eaten at Nandos or eaten Nandos for a little over 3 years and I must say there are many good additions like, choice of coleslaw, rice or beetroot with meals, excellent in any manner. Taste is still consistent, which is awesome. One thing though, I am very disappointed in the size of the chicken portions, the 1/4 chicken of my chicken meal I ordered, to be quite blunt, seemed to suffering from anorexia, no disrespect, its the way I feel. Other than that, nice atmosphere, staff is patient and friendly. Loads of good things at Nandos Edward Street. Please consider to upsize your portions though.

I was very happy with the service, staff was helpful and efficient and friendly. Waiting time was short. The food however, was a disappointment. I ordered the chicken strips and a sharing size chips. The chicken wasnt very tasty and it was a very small portion for the price I paid. Sharing chips is very small for the price. Its enough for 1 person, not a sharing portion in my opinion. He strips and chips were R76 together. Overpriced and not tasty.

Bad experience! Asked for a some extra perinase for my wrap and the waitress insisted on taking it to the kitchen as they cant give me some in a bowl. When she came back, it was drenched in sauce. I sent it back!

Loved That they offer curbside pickup. Only disappointment was that I initially ordered pitas, but then they called to say that the pitas were a bad quality and asked if i was okay with wraps. I appreciated though that they were upfront about the pitas and didnt just give me a dilapidated pita.

Supposed to be a fast food place. Only one person serving. Was far too slow. Walked out to go next door to the Vida where I was helped immediately. Guess Nandos just lost a regular customer.

The shop layout is good compared to some in the northern suburbs. The service was excellent because the lady said 10 mins and we got our order before 10 mins. The staff are friendly and efficient.The food is very good. While other fast food restaurants dropped its standards... Nandos kept delivering. We order either mild or lemon and herb because of the kids... The whole chicken is never dry... Sampled a few now and it is spot on every single time... The chips are now up their with the best... The spicy rice is good and the hot pot is awesome... Even the coleslaw surprised me... I think the size of the servings cannot be overlooked... In SA where others are going for the bare minimum... Nandos still provide excellent, decently priced, and good size portions... Definitely becoming a permanent fixture of our household.

Never Again will I ever step a foot here , this is the only nandos that refused to give me extra sauce with my chicken even when I was willing to pay extra for it and when we called the manager he just sent a woman to tell us that they are not allowed to give extra sauce to a customer, what kind of Nandos restaurant is this and after we asked for an extra garlic roll and they burnt it on purpose , how disgusting! All the staff including the manager are disgusting people !

Indeed their chicken isnt dry or damaged. Friendly staff, welcoming environment and comfortable seats. The place just makes you feel like you are home away from home

Ordered two pulled chicken wraps one with side wedges, (order 652) today. It was the worst pulled chicken wrap I have ever had. Oily, onions were longer than the wrap, mostly coleslaw and I had to hunt for the chicken.

Cold food. Customers should be told they must keep their masks on until their food arrives. Almost everyone around us walked in and immediately removed their masks and started speaking loudly with each other. Spittle flying everywhere! Social distancing between tables not good.

Really disappointed with this Nandos. They served us cold chicken with undercooked wedges. Staff was totally nonchalant about our complaints after waiting 40minutes to be served. They only seem to care about their delivery service.

It was so amazing

From my experience a very good Nandos. I went on Sunday, ordered full chicken and sides. They prepared the food quite quickly and it was very tasty. I went to a Nandos in Brackenfell and it horrible. The shops atmosphere is also quite nice and at the entrance there is santizer and a person to check temperature if you are worried about COVID. They could have given some extra peri peri sauce though lol. Salad was very fresh and chicken was good. Ooh I also have a YouTube channel if you are interested 😂.

No diversity and ridiculously slow service with only one runner assisting the whole store during lunch hour
