Quality of food has become better facilities need upgrading place need more cleaning

Hi there,I have purchased on two separate occasions Zinger Burger Meals and on both occasions my orders were wrong, I received colonel sauce on a Zinger burger.Does that even make any sense for someone to purchase a Zinger Burger, but wants colonel sauce on it, if there is a colonel burger available, it make no sense, the cashiers that assisted me on both occasions did not ask me if I wanted Zinger sauce or Colonel sauce all they ask is R2 for Hope!!This is not the first time Im having issues with this branch Ive previously had on multiple occasions where I would order food and something would always be wrong with my order somehow either something is missing or I get a slight different order, I have ordered online as well and still they even get my orders incorrect and this is just plain ridiculous because I cant get the same result each time with incorrect orders.The Bishop Lavis Branch team definitely needs to work on there customer service and how they process an order because they cant do this each and every time. I did not confront the situation before but I can not say anything each time because I this is plain ridiculous to prepare the incorrect order if the order is in front of you on a screen in full detail.Kfc really needs to stop asking R2 for Hope and actually start getting the orders correct first.I spoke to Asanda Cilo, telephonically and she advised me that on my next visit to the branch I need to get in touch with her to resolve this issue.I am awaiting on a responseKing regards

They cant even make a proper oreo krusher it taste waterish. I ordered a dunked twister and they didnt have so they took a classic twister and dipped it in the dunk soy sauce and on top that I had to pay Extra 5 for the sauce. Chicken is always overfried you buy zinger wings but then its not even strong.. 🥺

They say there is no waiting period...but u wait more than half an hour just for food to be finished...thank after the waiting period they still get your order wrong....

Prompt service from friendly staff

On the 23rd of December after 8:30 I entered. I was standing in queue for some time as it was busy. Eventually when it was my turn the lady at the counter informed me that theres no chicken and they not going to make as its closing time. Before I was helped 2 ladies was checking how many people was in queue. There was no sign saying theres no chicken. The worsted ever service received at KFC Bishop Lavis.

The service was fast and the food was hot just the salad is watery.

I never experience KFC so bad 9 piece was really not nice im not intend to disgrace the staff as im a regular KFC buyer but not today

Was there just now. Very unfriendly people. No communication. Like robots. After waiting 20min for my food they had no coke and gave coke lite. When i said no plz refund me she went back in and came back ice cold coke.No sorry. Nothing just handed the drink. Kfc plz stop appointimg unfriendly black people. You have customers from other races that knows how to greet and have willingness to help.

Its ok for the residents of Bishop Lavis but i wouldnt frequent it under normal circumstances

ALWAYS SORT ON ORDER,having to waste petrol everytime and not getting proper customer service for their mistake,place has chips and chicken laying on the floor,the staff has no gloves and the scratch their mouth,hair n face and not washing their hands after,Ive been to another KFC and they dont have these problems so where is the leadership, management not cover these issues the staff isnt friendly and the service is bad if another team can replace the including management we waste our money I think KFC should be replaced or close down because they unreliable.we pay tax so atleast people can be stricter at their jobs to make service proper.and lastly they look like they dont want to be there,so they can replace that people with workers that actually want to WORK after being employed.

Chicken always has an after taste and the cashier dont ask how you want your food the app allows you to choose your chick pieces with the box meals....burgers always dry too little sauce....hot wings not nice at all...placoe is filled with flies its so difficult to sit down and enjoy a meal there without chasing flies. Dont come close to kfc Goodwood.

I just love the taste of their duncked zinger wings. It tastes better then most of the other KFCs. KFC is situated on Lavis drive rd. Parking is secure n safe with standby security wich makes your experience and time spent worthwhile. The employees often get abusive language towards them Bcos of the industry and work but they do put a smile on your tastebuds that would last forever.

Had my last ever KFC chicken meal... was famished and bought a boxed meal... ended up giving it away instead. Put me off KFC completely.

Horrible waited 25 minutes in the Drive Thru for 5 pieces of chicken without any explanation.When asked to speak with the manager to ask what the problem was another lady came to front to say .....its because the cashier didnt communiate with the cooks 🙄🙄🙄
