First time weve been here in a long while. We had the Chicken Milanese with Pepper sauce & stir fry Fettuccine Oh.My.Word, it was fantastic. Service from Rose our waitress, just made the experience extra special.

Was turned away before the restaurant was closed...people were stilled seated waiting for food and an others waiting for service. Even my daughter of 11years raised the same questions to which the lady at the entrance couldnt answer.

Today was my bday and me being a stage4 cancer patient it was one of my of days but there was this amazing waitress that maid my day so special not knowing what Im going thru and surprise me with ice cream as hubby and I was about to leave I forgot her name I burst out in tears the first time I got such amazing service ever really 😀😘

Awesome place for family snacks and supper. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Food is Pizza n Pasta or Steak on a plate. Its a Pizza place so buy pizzas and pastas.

Always good to have a bite here especially the brekkie pizza. Good pizzas in general. Coffe can maybe see some improvement but its not the worse. Friendly staff and good service as it should be.

Food and service was amazing! Our waiter, Rudi, was practically telepathic, and super efficient. Waffle and chicken with mushrooms+Avo, were delicious. Hubby had Chicken Snitzel with salad. I also had my very first pasta straw, in their effort to cut out plastic straws and even balloons. My new personal favourite.

I would like to Thank Donovan at Panarottis Cape gate for his great customer service. I had a bad experience but I can honestly say that his friendly and efficient service in addressing my issue has been a great experience. I truly appreciate you help and the new pizza. It was amazing and tasted delicious. Definitely the standard Im accustomed to from Panarottis Cape Gate.I ordered a pizza from them this evening via Mr Delivery. Its a pizza I normally have when I eat there. It looked and tasted horrible. There were hardly any toppings on the pizza and Im sure it was not the heat option I ordered. Couldnt even eat more than 2 slices and that was forced as I spent a lot of money. Not to mention it was cold when it arrived. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my one treat for the month being such a let down.

The food was terrible cold cheese griller was cut in half and sold as 2 cheese grillers.

Panarottis never disappoints! They also doing their part in reducing plastic waste in the form of straws, as they use pasta as straws. Pizza was delicious, however service was a little slow.

This location is The worst experience of my life, from management to wait staff, they are disrespectful, dishonest, and undermine people, as well as providing poor customer service.

The food is delicious and filling. The staff is funny and friendly 😁 My brother and I went for breakfast and the gentleman took us to a nice and wheelchair friendly table. I heard my brother screaming loud, but I thought he was screaming at the table size because it was quite long, only to find out that he was screaming at a Rat. He told me that he saw a huge rat, I really thought he was joking until I asked the gentleman whoYour food is delicious and filling. Worst customer care. Every number I have tried does not exsist when trying to contact or get ahold of someone. We have been waiting more than an hour and a half after doing an online order with no way contacting anyway.

This is what a kiddies nugget meal look like when served, Only five chips was eaten before photo was taken. Pizzas was nice though!!!!

Waitress didnt know what the dough for kids was. Pizza was average. Waitress didnt clean our table. Chicken bones and old dough left under table, not swept before we arrived. No avo on California pizza was put on.

Coffee is questionable, but the experience is right where you expect. Clean tables, seats & store in general. Awesome and friendly staff that does not waste time & puts the customer first. Breakfast has always been flawless and my definite go-to right off the bat. Well done guys for doing it right!!

Probably the best Panarottis of all in the group. The owner is normally around and service is sharp and quick. This place can get very busy, but they cope with this very well. Any issues if ever identified is corrected and resolved. Very good team at this Panarottis... Need to go visit again at some point in the future.

Pannarottis Cape Gate is the absolute best. The staff is always jacked up and the service brilliant. We love eating there as a family. The food is out of this world and we never over all these years had an evening that we can say did not match up to our expectations.A great big thank you to Danie and all his staff for going out of their way for us.

My waitress Gina was amazing. So sweet! I sat at the section close to the kitchen tonight ..its my usual spot when I dine alone. Not again! Every last word out of the MANAGERS mouth was F this and F that. How do you allow MANAGERS to behave in such an unprofessional manner when you have guests sitting so close to your kitchen. The waitress moved me to another table but I lost my appetite along with wanting to ever eat at this Panarottis.

We have at all times found the staff to be pleasant, courteous & friendly & most important they take the time to listen properly to any special requirements you need with your meal. There is also always a wonderful family atmosphere. A great place to take the children to as well.

They have the best damn pizzas around, and their pizzas stand out even above the other Panarottis branches. I enjoy coming here on a bi-weekly or monthly bases to come enjoy their pizzas. The only down side is that their Tuesday special has downgrade... That was really a selling point for me to go there.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Its been a while since Ive been to Panarottis, and ... was I pleasantly surprised. The newer menu (compare to a few years ago) is very interesting with great options. The pasta dishes are crazy nice, with flavour and love oozing out of it. Pizzas were delightful ... who can resist the option of a Duo Combo pizza. Biggest surprize was the fact that the hot beverages had an option of a bigger mug, and the fact that youre offered cream or milk for your latte was extremely welcoming, just like the staff. Will be popping in again real soon!

We havent been here in a while, but i can honestly say that we have so far experienced very good service delivery from this establishment. Their pizzas are great and staff are very helpful. Well worth a visit if you dont feel like cooking tonight or any other night for that matter :-)

Kids eat free on a Sunday still apply to this store. Food was good but I feel the size of the pizzas are smaller than before. Milkshakes too milky and one must probably order the extra thick at an extra cost to get a proper milkshake experience.

Service was good, the pizzas not. Why did all the old favourites disappear off the menu? And why put sauces on just about every pizza. In my opinion sauces belong on steaks, not on pizzas. I am never going back there.

Once again today Im at Cape Gate Panarottis. The atmosphere here is great, good safe family vibe. If you in the area, Id recommend you make a turn here.The foods good, the right temperature and most importantly well presented and clean.

Panarottis Cape Gate always serve inspiring food with excellent flavour!! The service can be somewhat disappointing at times when it comes to takeaways. Other than that, one of my favourites. I especially enjoy their Alfredo pasta!

The service was good and fast. The food not so much. Both pizzas were dry and fairly tasteless....way too expensive for what we got.

We were served by a waitress in training (I wish I could remember her name)... service was brilliant, all you can eat pizza was ok (plenty of repeats of the same pizzas though).. all in all a good experience

Their food is tops.

Waiters refused to take our order. While they where standing having a nice chat. The reason being they can not service us because its not one of their tables. After the floor hostess asked them to come to our order. They still refused. We decided to leave. Then they wanted to come help us.

Even at busy times, the service is sharp and the food as expected. Once there was a mistake on our order and it was immediately corrected. Better than some other restaurants in the same chain.

Food was good. Kiddies area is redone and now is just an arcade. Nothing for a 2 year old to do other than coloring-in at the table, its a real pity.

Food was excellent. We had a trainee waiter but there were very few blunders. His polite attitude and demeanor made up for it.

Most pizzas couldnt be ordered due to stock running out... Otherwise service was great and pizzas were lovely except for my sons pizza who had too little cheese and dry chicken on it.

Theyve improved their service since my last reveiw.

Pizzas were delivered more than a hour after order was placed and was cold. We live less than 1km from this specific Panarottis.

We ordered the smoked salmon breakfast of which they didnt have fresh avo and they offered Guacamole instead and refused to reduce the price, which they then charged us for yet we never ordered it. The manager then refused to give us his surname. He was so arrogant and the service was pathetic.

Im giving four stars, from my last three stars. Definitely not the best greeting, at the entrance...but our waiter, Ockie , made up for it with friendly, excellent service. The new improved play area is not what were used too, but seeing Cape Gate Mall has taken the gaming arcade away, my kids enjoyed it. I can see management trying, and therefore they get the extra star. Oh, food...very nice.Edit: finally Panarottis gets 5 full stars. The manager Tanya, went the extra mile when we had a little hick up.

The food is great. The service is good. Arrive early between 6 and 7pm on a Tuesday as it gets full quickly because of the special they run. When its full, waiting time is between 15-30 mins.

Sad sad day.... indoor play area replaced with outdated tech + screentime... great to see Tyger Valley still has an indoor play area where kids can play.

Our waiter was really good and the games kept our son busy whilst we waited on our order which was a very good pizza.

There pizzas are delicious. I recommend there pizzas.

Good (but not excellent) pizza and pasta. The pulled pork pizza or pasta is particularly good, as are their special milkshakes (Nutella, salted caramel, and two others which I dont recall at the moment).

Always love my panarottis experience. Loved my cup of cappuccino, needed that this morning
