Worst experience!!they sold us old almost rotten meat for their Tuedsday special,the chicken was hard and you cold see that its old chicken and we disint get a receipt.it was disgusting!!

Poor service and management. Went thought drive payed and when i got to pick up window they did not have order ready, asked me to wait in parking lot. Waited long time, climbed out to go insite order stil not read. I had a small baby in car that is way i went through drive through. Six of their personnel hanging outside. Will not support this KFC again. Why have a drive through if it not working.

Clean and friendly service. They have a continuous problem in asking drive through customers to park on the side, defeats the whole purpose of a drive through. The staff gets angry when you tell them no and they all coming looking who refused. PLEASE STOP IT

Slow also trying to get you out of the drive through so they dont fall behind on the system and if you say no they wil probably do something to your food out of spite as a lot of KFCs do

I get that only breakfast menu is displayed, but some us really prefer full meals even for breakfast, asking for I cant see is annoying.• theres no suggestion box or anything of that sort, I guess Ill have to call the manager all the time.• I asked for a distinguished description of two different flavours in two of the same meals I bought (sweet chilli and classic), I did not get that.• Asked for hot Zinger wings, they are very mild.• other than that, the employees were very nice and friendly

Ordered dunked wings through the drive through and I was told they might take about 15minutes so I should park on the side they would bring it to me. 25 minutes later and I still hadnt gotten my order so I had to go inside to enquire and they told me they gave my order to the wrong person and I should wait further more ... basically I was very disappointed

The drive through took down the wrong order. Then I had to go inside to sort it all out, which they could not understand what the actual order is and how to fix it so I had to explain it to them a couple of times and then pay again!!

Ordered two Zinger burgers for collection and I received two dry burgers with a scrape of mayo and no zinger sauce 😕

They made a mistake with my order and when I went back to rectify the mistake I was met with such friendlyness and they helped me promptly , I commend this personel for being so helpfull and the food was fresh , thank you guys for helping me , I will always drive past the first KFC and go to this KFVC

Ive bought 3 ice creams, 2 were mixed berries and 1 was plain but to my surprise I only received only 2 icecream which is 1 plain and 1 mixed berries and the drive through is very slow, it takes you almost 35 minutes to get out of that place

I always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before someone takes my order. No one cares to even say that they’ll be with me in a few minutes, instead I am ignored — this is honestly poor service, taking into consideration that I buy from you guys at least 2 to 3 times a week. Why is there always one person in the front doing everything, taking orders and packing the food? Is this the norm? Also please give me my change whether it be a 5c or 10c...all those 5c and 10c your staff assume I don’t want can accumulate to a larger amount at the end of the day. This is honestly tiring and disappointing.

Your service and staff is bad. I was at the drive thru and there was no one at the ordering booth. I had to drive to the payment window and there was no one there as well. When I went to the collection window I was rudely told to go inside and order. Such service leaves a bad taste. Thing is this is not the first time this happened. The service and your staff is not up to par. I stay at Oaklahoma and I frequently buy there so I know what Im talking about. The bad attitude we receive is disappointing and embarrassing
