I ordered ORIGINAL Coke with my meal, which costs more than the Coke ZERO, but the Uber Eats guy brought Coke ZERO. He said he cant return it and I have to sort it out with KFC as they gave it to him like that. Typical passing the buck to one another. Im not interested in a refund, but also I wont order from Uber Eats nor KFC Hatfield again. Bye Felicia.

The service is very, very and I mean very slow and poor... the food served is pretty much awful unlike that of other KFC branches. Example, I once bought a wrapsta box, in it there were like 5 chips, and the wrapsta was somewhat wet, and messy. When I complained, I was told to give them my contact details and theyll get back to me, but that was it, nothing happened afterwards. The other time I ordered a sparkling crusher, instead I got a very minty drink with ice being in dominance, literally like I just ordered ice. I love KFC but the Hatfield one is trash!

It had the worst customer service I had ever experienced at a KFC. I waited for 15 minutes and no one tried to take my order. They looked at me and continued to talk to each other, and only helped the Uber eats and Mr D people.

First of all, the waiter over charged us and luckily we noticed earlier and asked him to change it. He charged us R125 instead of R116, that was so dodgy! Secondly, the gave us burnt twisters are you can see in the image supplied. When we took them back, the whole staff ridiculed us including the manager. Told us that my friends twister was only burnt one side! What kind of craziness is that?? We were so disgusted about such a bad service!

They are always open, which is convenient for late night hunger. They always run some kind of a special. For example spend x amount and receive a free piece of chicken. That definitely stretches the buck 🤑

Situated at Hatfield along Burnett Street this KFC is supposed to be making very good business. However, some of the staff are not that friendly to customers. I got into the shop to buy ice cream for my wife but was told off because she thought I was coming to collect a food order for delivery as I often deed. So when this staff member told me off my wife and I were so disappointed that I could only be served if I was collecting orders made inline but I could not buy anything there for my wife. However not every staff member was rude. They however served good food. And have ample sitting space.

The queue was way too long and I had my doubts about placing an order seeing that there was only 1 Cashier who also packed orders, the guy (Sicelo) was multi-tasking nje 😆 I placed an order and expected to wait for it for about an hour but within 15 minutes it was ready for collection. The service was top-notch 👌🏿

The operating system they use is Kak! They dont call us by our order number no more, they just call you by recognition and look at your slip and then check if the order is out yet or what. 🤦🏿‍♂️. Bought Streetwise 2 and Nuggets the other day and I didnt get my ketchup and dip for my Nuggets. 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ You can imagine the choke I got from all the dryness. 😢

Slow service and the cashier, Rose was not friendly at all! We didnt even have something to wipe our hands after we ate. No to mention the card machine declined my standard bank card and all Rose said to explain was a cheeky thats no my problem I will never set foot again !

No man the people there must take us serious. We cannot be treated like we are there to offer them services while its the other way round. And they always do this. They literally stand and not help when you want to buy. Today I waited literally more than 10 minutes for them to sell to me. And I was second in line. AND THE SYSTEM WAS JUST FINE.

The food takes long and the burgers are stale. I ordered a Colonel burger and it didn’t taste good. Last night I bought the 8 piece and the buns were stale and they were one day away from expiring

Its never clean. I always have to clean the table before having a meal, the floor is forever filthy and they tend to force themselves onto our phones, rating THEMSELVES on some surveys. Food is good but eating there is unpleasant.

They sell burgers but the dont have burger buns at 10:30 on a Saturday morning...! At least the cashier was really nice and apologetic about it. She should be promoted to manager since the manager clearly doesnt know how to do their job.

The service here is below average. Im not sure if its because they serve a younger clientele or what but the staff really needs to pull up their socks and at least try and be friendlier and more helpful. They must also update their menu because the item I wanted to buy was advertised but discontinued.
