Unfortunately, the service was no match for what I am accustomed to. There was no sanitiser at the entrance or anybody standing at the door. People disregarded the standard covid protocol for restaurants and stood right on top of each other. Nobody from the store even asked the patrons to practice social distance. All the tables were full and it was stepping into a pre-covid world where vivid does not exist. I was very disappointed

They let us wait for half an hour without telling us that they still cooking slyder burgers. What a bad customer service I felt. Let people know they going to wait for things they ordering rather than taking our and keeping quiet and we get surprised.

The waiting time was short so you get your food fast

My girlfriend experienced so much rudeness from the staff ladies, so early in the morning. At 9am, I mean its so early, there wasnt even anyone else in the queue, come on now.

Personally, I love Chicken Licken!!! , it never gets old! . The fact that its not oily makes it addictive. My first preference when Im craving chicken, oh!!, and not to forget the babalas rescue wings. 😋 Delicious!!

Best chicken in Silverton, always fresh I stop there sometimes twice a week to get my favorite hotwings or soul fire chicken pieces...they never disappoint!!😉Unfortunately cant say the same for customer service youll wait forever for food theyre always mixing up orders or just dont make it until your ask for your order because customers that come after you got their food before you!

Great service for a first timmer. 1st time ever having Chicken Licken. Service was great, food was hot and nice. Restaurand is very busy thow, but its lunch time on a Friday. So thats normal I think.

The wings are ALWAYS fresh! A lot of people will complain about the salt but they serve theirs with minimal salt. Their drive-through staff is very friendly and quick.

Im giving this place a low rating because of its location. Its next to a tarven which makes one so uneasy with all the drunkards around but one has to do whats gotta be done to feed that craving.Their food is always good.ADVICE: Dont go there late at night for safety reasons.
