Probably one of the worst food experiences Ive ever had. I ordered through a delivery service whos service was great. From KFC, I did not receive everything I ordered. There was missing a piece of chicken and there was no gravy for the pap. And the items that I did receive was... words are failing me at this moment. The chicken was over cooked, the large mash and gravy looked like a regular mash and gravy that was put in a large container and it tasted like either the mash or the gravy was burnt as some point, the menu stated the box master has an original chicken fillet but I was given a very spicy one without asking for it. It was so spicy, I think I lost all hearing in my left eye. I will never order from this specific branch ever again! I would rather wait a little bit longer for good quality food and get everything I paid for!

They always get the order wrong. They will always have something missing in the order. Like you never leave with a full order. If its not the condiments thats missing, its a part/ portion of your order. Its ridiculous

Although I bought a takeaway quickly, I was welcome by a friendly lady wearing mask and having a thermometer on the other hand. We were screened and directed to the correct qeueu with safe following distance. The service was very fast although there were few customers. Nice and cozy place.

Food was rather lovely... dunked wings were truly delicious. Ii got them just as they came out of the ovens. Compliments to the Chef.

Good food. But I wasnt happy with the cashier, she seems dodgy. My order came out wrong ,she was shaking, didnt give me my slip. I asked for it and she gave me a lame excuse.

Everything is well, the food on point the only problem is the people working there.. each people who can write their review it will be different based on how the are treated but in general restaurant with only women working the have bad attitude towards constomers...

I have eaten at this place twice already, and Im still disappointed. The service is hopeless. They cook the meat like they dont want to and it ends up being too soggy and not cooked enough at the same time. I dont know how they did that. The staff is even worse, with their bad attitudes. Still convenient for people who visit the Southern Sun Hotel across the road.

Very clean, staff are friendly and gave me the exact pieces I requested. Didnt have to ask for ketchup, chilli salt, spoon or serviettes. Order was ready in less than 3min.

They had no masala thighs. Ive been drinking, and all I wanted was something spicy. Good service though

I dont know the meal. Every time I pay R2 extra, but I still see street kids begging for food inside the shop while I was eating. I expect KFC should take care of them.

At times customer service is extremely slow and sometimes the cashiers forget that there are people waiting for their orders. No drive through aa well but all in all who doesnt love kfc right.

Out of all the KFCs I have been to this one is on point in terms of service delivery. Always clean and the staff friendly. Keep up the good work Dankie.

Always run here when i need a quick snack before class.. they never disappoint

The staff were friendly. The lady re-checked if the ice cream machine was working after she told us it was not working and it was. Would have loved a drive-thru since its a because its hard to find parking around or next to it.

Lots of construction currently (October/November 2020) happening at and around this site, access is at the moment hindered a bit...otherwise hopefully once this is out of the way, the shop will be back to normal

Friendly ladies and fast service. Place not very clean inside but good to use as a take a way when hungry. Area not to safe to be in.

Bad experience, the manager didnt even care. She personally said that mu safety means nothing to her as ai, tilf her that the bathroom had no security and no tissues.Her name was hangwani or something like that. Im never going back there abf will make sure to tell my friends about it too..

Normal KFC, nothing special. Only complaint is beggars in the store, making it an uncomfortable experience. Had the bucket for 1, loved it.

The cashiers were having their own conversation and not giving much attention to customers.

We placed an order and waited for over an hour in a full restaurant and when we went to check our order they told us theres no meat, they just put it on the stove. At that time the restaurant was empty, even people who came after us had gotten their orders and left.Non of the staff members could take responsibility for the missing order.The manager was telling me that it could because employees didnt come to work.That was disgusting service from KFC Arcadia

Waited an hour in the drive thru. Staff taking order looked like they were on something strong.. Only sprite and no other drinks. No mash and gravy can be order but get to the collection window and there 3 piles of it then get told its not for now, so it it for later when they done with shift so they can eat it?? Worst KFC experience EVER. Would not suggest going here unless you want to wait long for a very select choice.

The service is horrible. I bought a Krusher and not all ingredients were added. My Krusher tastes so bad and its so hard it won’t even pass through the straw. Waste of money.

Always great service and the meat is properly cook. They will cheat you like hell when it comes to the relish on the wraps though

Ordered food from them through Uber Eats, they got the order completely wrong. I received Fanta grape instead of sprite, one piece meat instead of 4 zinger wings, zinger boxmaster instead of normal boxmaster. The only thing they got right was fries. Very disappointing.

Its chilled, every body around grabs a quick bite there! a nice one not to forget!

This place was a disaster. The service was terrible and the food presented was not presented. There were no serviattes given to us. There was a chubby fair light skinned lady who gave us a very pathetic service. I am disappointed in KFC. This is bad. I will never go to this KFC.

The order system makes no sense. Instead of using order numbers, they call out the contents of your order so someone can easily take what you ordered if its the same thing because there is no order. This is just terrible. They need to improve.

Rude staff who switch off the point of sale and tell you the speedpoints are not working and hence you must carry cash all the time. Orders are given to the kitchen by word of mouth and if you ask why that is happening they will give you a mouthful

Coffee tasted like dishwashing water. The chips tasted like previous night leftovers. Was not impressed at all.

This kfc their service is very slow i dont know why dont they have screen like other kfc that shows your meal is being prepared and you can come collect, we always queue with our receipt waiting for our meal to be prepared, the staff is very slow I dont know what are they lacking but something is not right in this Kingsley center kfc I wouldnt recommend to come when an in a hurry.

The staff members were quarreling in front of customers. It was a bad experience for me to sit in and eat with that noise. The delivery guy came and caused chaos with the cashiers asking for petrol money. The whole shop was not organised. I didnt even enjoy my dunked burger.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star has I have no other rating. This outlet dont even deserve a 1 star from my rating, service is always bad, a very unprofessional staff that looks they were forced to go work and serve customers. Its a such a disgrace, service slow, food not always so good, I think KFC should do something particular to this outlet. I myself have numerous complains from this outlet. Needs a lot if improvement and change.
