The service is good and so is the chicken. There are bursts of saltiness (if thats a thing) whenever I eat Chicken Licken. Its not consistently spiced. Thats not a complaint, its an observation cause I keep going back. The drive through situation needs a rethink. Cars in the queue are always causing havoc at the traffic light.

Its awesome and beautiful and as always the chicken is never disappointing...... Although their drive through know as the Fly Through could do a little better as the last time we relaxed through more than flying through.....But in over all its a fantastic shop

Worst service ever.... We ordered hot wings via drive through, they tell us only after weve paid that well have to wait 2 minutes for them but we had to park away from the cameras, we didnt mind waiting for two minutes but wed wait right there by the window, its only 2 minutes and there werent any other cars behind us, ofcos they hated that bcos they knew why they wanted us to move, we ended up being forcefully moved from the pickup window and had to wait for exactly 12 minutes for wings and to top it all off we got 16 wings instead of 24....NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN....

The brand sells its self to say the least. Great recipe for sure, but this particular branch needs to pay more attention to the freshness of their slider buns. Bread was a bit stale. This was in the early am around opening time. Might differ around rush hours.

It was a disaster. .Had to wait at the drive thru for almost 50minutes & when we came to order we were told we should wait another 15 minutes...No chicken.The doors were closed at 8.15pm so we could not order inside.I dont understand how dont they have chicken on a Friday night.Staff on their cellphones .No urgency.Pathetic

Terrible experience at the fly-thru... waited for more than 20min without a single car moving, and I had to remove a cone n leave the cue. No sense of urgency at all.

A very long wait.... The drive thru always busy. I noticed the pieces seem to be getting smaller. Not a drumstick person but they seem to give you 2 of it in the 4 pieces.

Poor service. I gave up on calling their line. They do not take calls. I even called when I was in the shop and no one answers. Today I true again after many days and I got through and was told upon my arrival that the meat is still in the frier. I had to wait for 30min to get my order. The supervisor is horrible only speaks zulu mxm nonsense

Overall fast service, although recently some pieces of chicken were oily, so you will have a mixture of some very nice and fresh pieces of chicken and some oily ones. Staff overall friendly some more so than others. Covid measures in place, thouhg about a month ago there were no Covid measures in place on that occasion

Offering both the fly-thru and the traditional in-store experience, you will definitely have your cravings satisfied. It tends to get very busy around lunchtime so youll need to be a lil patient. Id recommend parking close to North Park so that you dont have problems getting parking on the permises . Besides that, you are always served by a wonderful staff.

This chicken licken is located on the left side of Rachel de beer st. on the corner of Burger St. The position of the chicken licken makes it difficult for traffic to pass by the turning lane and it makes it difficult to turn into Burger St. This chicken licken needs to move or be fixed.

The food is without a doubt the freshest among chicken lickens whoever theres a young lady supervisor/manager who really is out of line and should concider being more tactful when she reprimand the rest of the staff in front of customers. I found her to be rude!
