Always have great food! Have never been disappointed with the quality and service.

I had been given hot instead of lemon and herb when I recieved my Burger. Not wanting to complain I tried eating it however my sensitive stomach didnt comply. Anyway we sent it back hoping to have a the hot piece of chicken replaced with lemon and herb, but the kitchen had made me an entirely new Burger! It was delicious, I was very impressed with the service received. Thank you!

With a manager like Edris and service women like Nandipha, for me it is the best Mochachos and will have a special place in my tastebud heart 🤤 The service was awesome and the manager appreciates feedback, so that he can always improve on customer experience 👌🏿 he goes all out to fix mistakes that occur and to learn from them.Eating there was an enjoyable experience from the Shawarmas 🥙 to the Quenchers 🧉, the only thing missing is WiFi 🛰 as I would like to enjoy my meal while doing my work from time to time, best believe that I will be a regular thereThank you Edris and and thank you Nandipha, not forgetting the kitchen staff that makes the delicious and scrumptious food

First time ever ordering from a Mochachos so I was very excited to try their food, but sadly it did not meet my expectations at all. I ordered the Rump tortilla - obviously menu states sautéed onion, green pepper and guacamole...What I received was a tortilla with some mayo sauce, a few VERY DRY pieces of meat (hopefully wont poison me) and melted cheese - thats it? For R62.00, I could make something at home for WAY WAY cheaper and more tasty. A Mc Donalds quarter pounder burger with chip and a drink is cheaper, and more tasty.Its sad because it was my first Mochachos experience and it will be my last as well. I was hoping to find good mexican food close to work.I think if you arent good at making the burritos maybe take it off the menu and focus on your other menu items? I dont know what help it would do to phone the shop, but we are around the corner from them and our company wont be ordering from them again. I see mostly all complaints are about the burritos so maybe take it off the menu if you are not going to add all the filling items that is being noted in the menu.I am not even going to mention waiting an hour for food because I really understand that you are not at full capacity yet, but the food was just not worth it. Also I cannot judge their other food because Im sure their burgers and chicken is good, but I will never know now...

This is the second time that i have eaten at this mochachoes and ive been dissapointed again. The first i did not enjoy my food at all. The burger did not taste anything like the normal ones i have from other mochachoes. Today i decided to order again and was dissapointed. The chips were old and never looked good at all and one of the chips also had some green thing on it. This is the last time i will buy from you guys becoz honestly the quality of you guys food is sad.

Great to see that i can still have my whole wing. But the favours were just dull, i ordered hot but tasted like mild. Chips had was too much spice. But overall i enjoyed my wing, taste like something i can whip up from home.

Generally enjoy the food but last couple of time Ive been dissapointed, wont be ordering anytime soon

Ordered the 2 burrito special. The menu states the following: chicken filling, sautéed onion and pepper, topped with cheddar cheese and guacamole wrapped in a soft tortilla.What I received was nothing like described. 2 pieces of chicken so drenched in mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce that the tortilla was falling apart. No onion, no pepper, no guacamole. This is fraudulent advertising. I did not want mayonnaise or sweet chilli sauce, otherwise I would have ordered it.

Bought a full chicken and chips/fries they were both dry. The chicken was charcoal flavored, fries were so dry i didnt even get any sources(sachets)... The food was not to my expectation!

I am a huge Mochachos fan. Even though this has not been the best Mochachos, Ive had worse.The staff are friendly, but do not follow Covid regulations adequately.The chips I had seemed like it was reheated in the microwave and not fresh.However, the burger was delicious and nothing less than expected from a Mochachos.Good, but could still improve.

After reading reviews I see the owner responds and tries to rectify hence my generous 4 star rating - However I’m not very happy at all. Ordered off uber eats, food was cold chips were cold.. I asked for side Mayo which was obviously ignored. I’m a big machochos fan and happy it’s finally arrived in Hatfield. It won’t be my last time but hopefully it’s better next time...

I was so optimistic for the quality of food this place might have and its overall potential.Hatfield needs a unique cultural cuisine like Mexican food but Mochachos is not delivering.Tried that wrap they call a burrito...it tasted okay but boy was i disappointed by the size of it.I bought two.The chicken and rump one.Youd hope that for 84 bucks and R95 respectively,youd be getting a decent size portion but its smaller than a KFC twister wrap.Chips were filling but overspiced.I get using spicy spices but they over did it with how much they put on.Coke was cold,cant ask for more.I was let down.Im not typically critical of customer service but they gave good service.But man was i disappointed.Experience summation:I couldve had a whole Triple Decker for less than what i paid for that day.One of the more prominent regrets of my life.

Great tasting burger meal .

Chips was dry and over cooked. The chicken strips are just as bad and very dry. Maybe the cook at this branch must be retrained. The lady at the counter was at least very friendly. She can get 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Great food but long waiting periods

Not punctual. I ordered my food 45 minutes before for the time when I was breaking my fast. When I got here my food had still not been prepared yet and I had to wait another 20 minutes until it was done. Very disappointed .

After requesting no tomato on my very first first visit, and they added tomatoes which ofcourse my husband is allergic to. Here I am now sitting in Netcare casualty as my husband face is swollen Im taking this bloody food back tomorrow morning. Fist and Last visit from myself and family

Good atmosphere, great food!Upate 26/01/2020 : Chicken is becoming undercooked and served more raw each subsequent time I get it. :( I am afraid that I will have to go further to get my fix again. Soo dissapointed
