Cozy little kfc offering a drive thru, take away and dining on two floors.

Went through the drive through just so that they can ask me to wait in the parking lot for my food, if I wanted to park and wait I would have and then gone inside to place an order. Some of the food choices I wanted in my order was also not available and it was 11h00 in the morning. The chicken also tasted like it was prepared in old oil. This is not the first time that this has happened and I would not recommend this KFC until they changed their way of everything basically.

If you love raw chicken meat and a drive trough that takes longer than a row at home afairs. This is the best place to be

Food was good proportion and didnt have to wait long to receive our food. Good service

Their meat wasnt cooked well & the zinger wings are just raw...I dont like kfc meat & I can only try zinger wings but I puked after eating their wings🤮🤮🤮. The twisters we bought were soo halfly done with a very thick unchewable breast.

Ordered a double crunch burger but only had 1 piece chicken? Phoned and they corrected it immediately. Now that is great service.

Drive thru line is not moving. 20 minutes passed and only one car got their order. I always have to double check my order also.

Edit: I changed my rating to 1 star due to the fact that they now take 45min on average for over the counter orders. And the orders were for 2 people that usually take 10min tops!Original post: Though they are generally fast and efficient, there are the odd days that they are a bit slack and have to be reminded about simple things like sanitizing hands after handling money before moving to the next customer.

Had the worst treatment ever from their drive thru cashier. She was moody and impatient with us. She even went to a length of rolling her eyes when we changed the order and said we should make up our minds.i was ordering 4 oreo crusher and 4 strawberry crusher but changed to 3 oreo.she was so annoyed.never again will I bother spending my money there until they are taken for customer service training.

Service was little slow and I had to wait for my food at the end of the drive through, but they were busy with afternoon rush....The only thing is I had to eat my salad and mash with my fingers as no fork or spoon was provided

The service was slow in terms of me receiving my order but I was happy to see that the workers were giving their best effort.

Very slow with delivery, I want my food or my money back. Thanks to their bad deliver service I wont buy KFC again, Ill rather wait for Mandys, much quicker service and deliver is always on time, already waiting 20 min for my deliver

The worst KFC i have ever seen. The order is incomplete and you are on the road.Poor service.Staff and manager have a very bad attitude. They do not take responsibility for mistakes.I will not recommend that branch of KFC.

I’ve been waiting for my order for 3 hours+ now. Very hungry even going sick. Bad service. This is not the first time this happens. This shop needs serious management skills.

The queue at the drive-thru is normally long, especially on Fridays. The staff memebers do try to make the wait short by coming out and taking orders before you reach the window. The food is usually good, no stake taste.

I went there to ask for directions, wasnt buying anything but the lady infront & a guy who was busy with paper work at the back officedidnt check their name were so kind and told me the street name opposite the SHELL garage is (Bremer). Thank you for your customer service.

Oky this KFC is just too buzzy always and the chikken is having alot of oil also

Used drive thru, had to confirm my order three times just to have it messed up anyway (this after she repeated my order to me) . Then already late because I was in a hurry they want me to go park, walk into the store and swipe my card again for the hot chocolate that they neglected to add. Then when I told them to leave the hot chocolate my wife can have the one they made. They wasted even more of my time trying to convince me to go inside the store and pay for an extra one.Was really disgusted with level of service received today. Doubt Ill go back there again.Update 25th Feb :for some reason went back there again today and received friendly service and the freshest chicken Ive had from any of the KFC franchise. Well done guys extreme improvement.

Clean n quick service

The entrance door is facing the sun and since only minimum persons are allowed inside, the sun burns those outside the restaurant. Other than that the service is fine.

I just never learn my lesson , but i like kfc , but these guys they just must rob you of something every time , ask if you want extra cheese , pay for it but you never see it , if its not the cheese then its the coldrink and last night it was 4 pieces of chicken , paid for it but never recieved it , done with these guys , bunch of crooks

The staff let you park a few metres from the drive thru window so that the timer dont pick up that there is a customer and then you wait very long.

Ordered 4 meals online, driver delivered the food and only two of the meals was complete. Driver returned to KFC and then he phoned me to say my order was correct. Will not order anything again from KFC Hercules again.

Staff is not the friendliest bunch out there. The KFC is normally fresh.

Service is slow and the way they talk to customers is just wrong.Waiting time for food is long, inside and drive thru.the entrance is dangerous,causing cars to stand still in a busy road and creating opportunities for accidents,i have witnessed more than one.By FAR the worst kfc I have been to.

Like the other KFC s always nice to visit. All problem is the drive through is difficult to turn with any SUV.

Me and my sister bought a kentucky for 2 this afternoon and Shimangarise assist us in a swift and friendly manner. She makes the customers feel so welcome. Because of her I will most definitely order take aways from KFC Hercules again.

Verry disappointed chips has no spice and no spice in the bag aswell, i ordered mash and gravy when i opend the bad the gravy was all over the food and none left in die mash tub and the burgers looked like it was thrown into the boxes verry disappointed especially knowing that kfc was once a nice place to eat or order from
