I just bought an all star box meal and the chicken is very raw il never be abel to buy anything at this place i did take pictures to have my proof its bad........

They got my order wrong 3 times. I had to explain what goes into a meal because the person helping me didnt even know. The customer service was horrendous because instead of fixing the issue and apologizing, the person helped 4 other people and had conversations with her colleagues and kept insisting that everything is there. I had to unpack the order and group it, to show her that I was missing half of the sides and even a meal.

All the staff were friendly and capable; and supplied me with the items I ordered.Very good service; on my drive through order!

Standing in line for 15min just to get to the front, so they can tell me they are closing! Not impressed at all. Are the was a line behind me of about 5 people, if you want to close at 8 close the doors at 7, not so difficult to understand

It use to be good, I went there on 22/9/2921. There were nobody in the que, wait for 5 min no service. 4 others were waiting for their orders. The workers was looking at me, so I turned around and leave. On 24/9/2021 I went there again same story, this time 3 more persons walked out without ordering after 10min standing in the que waiting to be helped. This is the last time for me. The service sucks.

Very slow queues, seems to be under staffed. Service was not bad, do have to wait some time to receive your order. I would recommend you use Mr D or Uber Eats when ordering from this location.

Very slow moving queue at the drive through. Went in to the KFC with almost no people inside, and also had to wait long for my order of mash and pops. The quality of the food was not too bad, though.

Last experience was great. Food was goodWould be awesome if they can fix their drive thru though, hasnt been working for over a year, surely you have the funds to sort it out.

This place always seem to be busy, this is not the situation. I found the level of service here completely lacking. The employees feel that the word owe them and they are doing the clients visiting the KFC here a favour to serve them.

Hands down the best KFC in Pretoria. Extremely busy and sometimes slow, but the chicken and fries are always hot and fresh.To cut the queue just order on the app and collect when youre there.

Abnormal waiting time for a drive-thru. Slow service. Waited 15 min to get to the cashier only to be told no mash and gravy, no pops, so basically nothing on our order available.Real problem is that its been more than two weeks with the same excuse being, the strike.Really poor service.

Ordering speaker not working on the drive through takeaway queue, making for a very very long wait in the queue. BUT, here is the good part- the staff is friendly and the food fresh and beautifully prepared making this KFC one of the few I actually like. Just fix that damn speaker man we wait forever in the queue.

Place is clean but their roof seems to be falling in though and nothing seems to be done about the beggars at the drive thru.Also waited for about 15minutes for my order just to find half my order waiting on the edge of the counter. This when it wasnt even busy🤔

Nice KFC.Parking is limited to a few bays.Next to a garage, lots of traffic and difficult to get in and out of the space.Drive through entrance lane goes through exit of garage.Quick service and nice food otherwise

Drive thru service was great

I send my kids for ice cream and they were the only customers inside while others were on drive through, my kids took more than 30 min to be served while they served customers from drive through.

After standing in the queue for about 15 minutes the cashier informs me that they only taking cash. When I left 20 minutes later, they were still informing customers upon ordering that the swiping machine is out of order. Clearly a lot of people were very irritated.

You always wait ages to place an order and and you need to wait ages to receive it at the drive through. We had guests from overseas and we only ordered ice-cream, we waited 7 min. There was no cars in front of us and no staff in front of the shop or at the tills. To add there is a beggar sitting there 24/7 pestering you so much that you need to close your window.

This is by far the most consistently bad KFC there is, I live within two km of this KFC and I drive past it to one thats at least 8km further.They have 24 hour open sign outside, they are not a 24 hour KFC, they are always out of chicken and, when they do have it, the chicken is greasy and not even close to crispy.I dont know whats worse about this KFC, the lack of friendly service, and I am not even coming close to describing how bad the service is, you can go into this KFC with the best of intentions and the best mood youll ever be in and theyll find to make you unhappy. The management of this branch looks absolutely absent, no leadership, no organisation, no order.I walk into a McDonalds, order a massive meal, and its in front of me within 10min...how is that possible when they have to do more than a KFC.BAD KFC, VERY BAD.

Well it is a usual KFC but I feel like they should improve their service and maintain the restaurant.The intercom where you order by the drive through hasnt been working for months now and theres always something out of stock on their menu

I just bought street wise pap. All i got in the box was only Pap and two gravy. No meat at all. Now i have waste my 1.8 killos of my car milage and drive all the way back to demand my money back. Im so disapointed!

Why, oh why wont they take orders through the intercom, and only at the window. The intercom works well enough to tell you to drive through to the next window. Take orders at the intercom, and the whole process will speed up by 50%. I cant grasp why they will let you wait 10 minutes in a que, just to order.By far the worst service of any drive through I have ever had. Bad people skills, never have the right order, and always takes 20 minutes to get your order. Its a drive through, its supposed to be fast.
