The service was slow even though the meal was nice,tables are not regularly checked or wiped

Thats the worst service Ive had in a while. No sanitisers at the door food served after 45 simple chicken and chips. I hope its just the branch not the whole brand. The food was fairly cooked though

Your quarter chicken meal is very ridiculous. The salad you claim is garden salad is not a salad...it has no onion,no feta cheese. it came with 2 cut tomatoes & lettuce. This was no meal & was definitely overpriced. I am truly disappointed. I will never buy from Galitos again. note -Galitos Bosman station Pretoria

They cook the best grilled chicken in town.. I always enjoyed it and the waitresses are friendly

The tills at that place dont work, in all the times Ive been there they didnt anyway. The service is slow I had to wait for almost 45 mins for my food and when it got there the strips I ordered were cubed instead of strips the way I like it so I was very unsatisfied with the service.
