Horrible service. Asked for a strawberry sunrise, this is more like a Sprite surprise. Also specifically asked for extra sauce on my Sunday treat (and paid for it) yet I received less sauce on it as I would have gotten in a Alberton Sunday treat with no extra sauce

They always have some sort of issue.After the building was renovated, they have shown some improvements on services and quality.However, this has now fallen away again and they have returned to poor customer service.Staff are unfriendly and cannot meet customer needs.I will definitely not be supporting this KFC again soon.

Order time used to be quick and friendly.Time to order is like order a 5 course meal but only getting chips.Management needs to be aware that things are falling apart. Maybe if they stuck around to know.Things are difficult but management should be a key point in late hours, we are all working late and require a functioning system.My comments while waiting 34(as of now) minutes waiting in line just to order.

This is my favorite KFP in Pretoria East.The staff is very professional and the place is tidy. The WiFi actually works.I do not have to wait 30 min for take away food.Kudos

Waiting 20 minutes just to order while Im in front of the line, is absolutely unacceptable.. This is also not the first time. Worst KFC in South Africa. Rather take the time to drive to a different KFC or a different restaurant entirely.

Disgusting experience! We came during the evening as we were entered there were muggers waiting outside ready to take what you have may it be your phone or food you just ordered. Drive through is blocked by a car and a dustbin. No meal containers everything comes in little packets. Security does absolutely nothing about the people ready to rob you right outside the door. One guy violently tried to harass me all the way to my car for my drink and wouldnt leave me alone.

Trash. Closed 20 minutes earlier than they said they would (on the operating hours sign in the door). Had to try to walk through the drive thru at which, depending on whos at the window, you might get sent away for not having a car (as we did). Also, how do they not have a generator (for loadshedding) but pizza del forno does??? Shocking.

I ordered food for 101,80 today morning , but to my surprise in the street wise with pap they was no chip . Can I get explanation, Im a regular I wont spend a week without ordering twice or three times . Please whats going on . No thoses salts at all

Decent food. With moderately paced service, and unfortunately not a great veggie option. But otherwise, a regular KFC.

Came in at 22:25 yet was told by Trevor Manager that the place was closed , even though it clearly stipulates that on Saturdays it closes at 11:00 . Had to opt for Nandos instead . KFC should fine such stores that refuse to feed the hungry . My R2 support all these years left me hungry instead.....no more

The service is very slow. They have a habit of running out of chicken. They sometimes have a tendency of over spicing the chicken. Horrible customer service at times.

Great confusion of orders - many customers were given the wrong things. One customer left with his food and came back later because it was all wrong. The bag was then unpacked and put back on the rack to give to someone else...

To purchase a cup coffee and a majito the wait was unacceptable especially when there was only two customers in front of you and one had to literally wait over 8 minutes to get served

Not overly impressed. I used the drive through and there is a extractor fan of some sorts that blows directly into your cars window. Furthermore, it been raining and they had been stacking the product selection posters in the light boxes which, because they got wet showed the images and prices of all the stacked posters on top of each other making it impossible to identify which is which.Update 7 August 2018Clearly nothing has changed much. They have one person serving customers at the till that not only doesnt understand the english speaking customers but also gets the orders wrong and then argues with customers when it is pointed out to him.His clothes are also dirty which fits in with the rest of the customer areas. I went to sit in a cubicle and it stank to the point that I could smell it clearly over my food. It doesnt seem like the place has had a thorough clean in a while as all the little corners were visibly dirty.This will have been the last time I come here. Not impressed at all.Note on the attached photo how much cold drink you get when you buy some.

The renovations are top notch. Nice place for a quick meal.

Weve used the drive-thru several times now and for most of those times we got told to wait in the parking area because they were still making the wings or the nuggets or something. People make use of drive-thrus because they are in a rush and do not wish to queue and wait for their food.

The food isnt nice at all. We bought boxmaster and some new wrap with old lettuce. I will never visit them again

This branch is Always leaving out items when using drive trough this has happened too many times to be ignored .They need to double check with the customer... And they NEVER give condiments unless you explicitly remind them.I have had to drive all the way back to present my receipt to get the missing items more than once.

Always an outing to come to KFC Hillcrest 😁 they are always busy, but still you recieve fresh hot food in such little time !I love coming here ! The food is freshly prepared and the facilities are clean ad neat 💪

I arrived there at 2201hrs and noticed the poster about the free piece for every R50 you use between 2200-0500hrs. I then proceeded to place my order looking forward to my extra pieces of chicken and all the KFC(Hillcrest) staff working at the front refused to give me the extra pieces blatantly. To top it off their reason for refusing was because it was before 2300hrs...

Ive been at Tuks for 4 years now and in that time their Ice Cream machine has always been “Broken”I hoped this would have changed after their renovation but tonight i was deeply disappointed you find out its still the same

Yesterday l ordered my food and the sales attendant at the drive through working night shift was very rude to me and my colleague, we would ask questions about meals for example box meals and she didnt answer, we asked for specific pieces but she gave us what she wanted, she rang the wrong order and started blaming us for it and calling us names, This was highly inappropriate and we expect measures to be taken.... We cant look stupid when spending money, we need friendly and smiling staff

Top location and no waiting on meals.

Have been visiting this KFC for the past 8 years. Had more unpleasant than great experiences here. Most of the time they dont have ice cream or crushers or the machine is broken. Or you ask for a crusher, pay for a crusher and at the receiving window you are told that they dont have crushers. The queue at the drive through is always long and takes for ever. I would not recommend this KFC.

Closed before the time stipulated on the website. This happened on more than one occasion. So disappointed.

The best KFC by far, i give them 4 stars for sometimes closing their doors too early and forcing everyone to go to the drive through.

This specific KFC has saved my life on various occasions and I know that many young people like myself will agree completely. The drive thru is always open, which means that students will be found walking through it on many a Friday night - so drivers, please be careful and patient. Its parking lot is a great place to have a meaningful conversation over an all star box meal or their new nuggets, which are delicious. Its also a good place to catch an Uber. The staff are kind and helpful regardless of how many difficult customers they have to deal with. Gotta love it.

Basic. Food is fine, otherwise if you want your order done right, this one isnt quite the one. Literally get the order wrong each time and if maybe they have some delays, trust youll wait for a good 15 mins with nobody even saying sorry its taking longer than expected. Brush up on quality and customer service and we wont have to go cause youre the closest but rather because youre good.

The drive through staff leave a lot to be desired.
