We received very poor service. We started eating almost to finish without our drinks to such an extent I go to the teller to request for our drinks.The most disgusting is the teller to demand the mask instead of addressing my concern. Your staff has a big problem that needs to be addressed.

Mixed bag... sometimes the food is excellent... sometimes borders on edible or not!

Nothing worth clucking about😏1 cashier to serve a queue of customers. We had winglets which came ice cold to the table and sent it back, sent the strips and rice back for the additional sauce we asked for. New tear and share bread nice just needs more garlic butter. PeriTato salad also new addition to the menu

The chicken is not fresh and lacks taste, dirty tables left for too long you wouldnt even know where you can sit, nandos is actually my fave because they serve fresh food, but not Menlyn nandos, even the nandos sauce they served on the chicken is not the same as other outlets, theirs is the same as the nandos sauce you can buy in the supermarket

I must say they take poor service to whole new level of poor! I’m currently waiting now almost 2 hours for food to be delivered from me my to Brooklyn literally 3,2km away. I called the branch and they keep saying drivers in his way. And now they not answering my calls! Not the first time they have taken exceptionally long with delivering food. Worse part is I know when I eventually get my food, that’s if hunger hasn’t overpowered me, the order will most probably be wrong and the food will be cold! It’s a pity its the only halal nandos in the area otherwise I would never ever eat at nandos menlyn mall every again!

Nandos is the best, local fast-food restaurant. Food, interior decor all round atmosphere makes for a great place to dine. Whether formal or casual occasion, its just great!

I am extremely disappointed at the service received. We placed a single item order and after 40 minutes of waiting, with all the walk-in customers before and after us having received their orders, the staff scurried around looking for our non-prepared order. The only saving grace was the cashier that served us, who showed compassion and prepared our order herself. I will most definitely not visit again.

Good Food as usual, just disappointed with spicy rice it was too dry. Peri Peri Chicken and Livers were excellent.

Worst Nandos iv ever been to... weve always had issues at this nandos.. we love nandos and have eaten at some great nandos resturants... but to say the least this is the worst halaal nandos ive been to ever. The service sucks... despite complaints about the staff to management there has been no improvement at all.. the food always comes in cold.. livers 80% of the time burnt and when we ask to reheat the chicken that has been waiting a considerable time to get to us.. we are told it was microwaved... this is my final attempt in trying to redeem a good eat in at this place.. owners should take more responsibility and actually try to make a difference before u loose all clientel...word of mouth.

Will never uber eats from Nandos menlyn again. Waited 90 mins for order because it our food was given to someone else. When it finally came it was the wrong order. Chips looked like it was a week old and salad even worse. When i phoned to speak to the manager the just kept me on the line. Will NEVER eat Nandos again
