This is a very special Nando’s. It one of a handful with a drive through, close to many office buildings so I often have a business lunch here. Also got to meet one of my hero’s and the world’s best batsmen AB de Villiers here once! I have never been disappointed.

I love Nandos and Ive been buying from this particular one for the past 14 or so years and its been near perfect. Mara lately your hotpot portions have been lacking. Im rating you guys 2 star, for now, up until you stop ukusincisha. When you go back to serving us the healthy portions of old I will change my review.. Promise🤞🏾

We ordered two boujie bowls and 10 winglets plus side salad.I really enjoyed the winglets 😍 I have new comfort meal.I loved how they spiced and how they grilled the wings. Not like the other fried chicken from other restaurants.That nandos unique sauce toped up the flavor that I couldnt stop liking.Nandos Menlyn is the best. I have supported a lot of nandos for over 10 years now and I have never seen such service from this restaurant.They were efficient, friendly and offered fresh quality meals. Thank you

There was noone at the order window and then it took ages to eventually get the order. But the food tasted great.

They say they open at 10am but doors opened at 10:20 on top of that they burned my meat what a bad experience I had at that place and its not the 1st time they do this.... I think they are well known for burned meat.

The food was not as great as per usual. However it might have just been due to avo beimg out if season. Great service. Best wedges in town though!!

Never been to a Drive-Thru as slow as this one yoo!

Waited over 30 min in drive thru, when I eventually got out of my car to find out, they said they were still making the chicken. No one bothered to go out to drive thru to inform the queue of what was going on. The staff wasnt bothered. When I eventually got my food, the chips were so cold, clearly they packed them in that bag waaay earlier because I has ordered online 30min b4 I got there to be told the chicken is still being cooked!

I really like this restaurant and very convenient location so I can drive thru after shopping at Menlyn, coming home from the airport or from the gym nearby. Food good. Service good.

The drive thru service is extremely slow. I hate that the place is not secure and beggars come to the cars to beg for money.

The place is very neat. The staff are very friendly. The service was quick, I did not have to wait too long for my order. The restaurant is family friendly, looks cozy and comfortable. The location is isolated but I like it. The food was really good too.

This nandos stands out above the rest. There food is always delicious and definitely a cut above. The drive through is always pretty fast and I can guarantee customer satisfaction from here 😊

Nandos is always a great place to get food from and definitely a great brand. Found my side breast slightly dry and had to wait for 10mins in the drive-thru queue to place an order and another 15mins to get food. Hope this improves as it is still a great brand.

Specifically came to update my review. This Nandos is no longer consistent. One week you may get great food, the next week old chips, limp lettuce and chewy chicken. And more often than not your chicken seems to be one level hotter than requested.They need to get their act together.

Ordered on-line... Lemon and herb Chicken strips and rice + 4 mild pitas..... Picked up and got mild to hot chicken strips and rice and pitas that were falling apart... Somebody should take responsibility for quality control here...

My go-to Nandos. I drive past Nandos Woodlands (worst Nandos franchise ever) and opt for Menlyn instead. Consistent standard of food and drinks, as you should expect.

I ordered 3 Strawberry iced juice, we waited 445 minutes at a drive through. So unprofessional, that time its hot Ive hot my two kids, had to call the manager right there and then, I am definitely not happy

Customer service is examplary. But food needs work, chips tasted old and chicken is dry and covered with sauce too much trying to hide it.

The environment is very relaxed and beautiful, the service is good and waiters very friendly

The chicken in my wrap was so tough I couldnt chew it. The staff are awesome though. Pity the food was such a disappointment.

Usually I would rate this a 5. The chicken is always tasty and tender. But yesterday I waited 15 minutes for spinach. Ive placed the order 18h20. They told me the order would be ready by 18h40. I got there around 18h45. The chicken was ready but no spinach. I had to wait until 19h00, making it a total wait of 40 minutes. Food was excellent. Just be prepared for the occasional delay.

On my wedding anniversary I ordered Nandos. Didnt get any sauce on my chicken even when asking for extra sauce. It spoilt my evening. I did send a message to Nandos via there website and got no response.

The service is the worst Ive ever seen. We ordered food on the app, the driver delivered the wrong food, we called the store and they gave us the runaround, we call the driver and he wasnt even entertaining my issue. I feel disrespected. What a waste of my money. I am never buying Nandos ever again.Horrible service, lack of care for customers.

One of the best around. Large indoor seating area and capable of handling some busy rushes.Drive through can be quite convenient but can also be slower than other drive through options.Occasionally theres a bit of a long wait for food, when its very busy, but most of the time under the same conditions they are still very quick. Everywhere has their off days and luckily here, they are few and far between. Definitely a more convenient option than going in to Menlyn.

Order not correct first time.

Waited for over 45 minutes to be served. Once ordered, arriving at the collection window I waited another 10minutes. Not a pleasant experience

Very bad service. Drive thru very slow took over 35 minutes to get my order. Serious look, no greeting, window shut on my face and no explanation or excuse given for the delay. Could see two staff members attending to various online delivery orders being picked up. When the window opened after 35 minutes thats only when she decided to greet after attending to those online orders. Whats the reason then for drive thru then 🤔 .

Average service as staff seemed to favour one group of customers over another. So they have the potential to score highly if the treated customers the same on a first come first served basis

We tend to complain and forget to compliment, I received exceptional service from driver Irvin who delivered our platter. He got lost in our business park and he still wore a smile on his face and was pleasant, the order arrived 10 minutes before the requested time which is a major plus when you have a bunch of hungry delegates.I called the call centre to rectify our address to make sure that theres clear direction for future orders, later in the day I got a call from the store manager thanking me for the compliment received from the call centre and minutes later I got a call from the humble driver thanking me for the compliment.Keep up the good work, thank you!!!
