Last week they didnt have big burgers available. Today I ordered a streetwise 2 and requested 2 drumsticks... Only to find 2 wings in the box. Another time I wanted mash and gravy and they didnt have any. Lady wanted to sell me a bowl of gravy for the same price as mash and gravy. Eish... What more can I say???

Of you are looking for the worst Zinger wings, this is the place. They have thee most awful zinger wings. Both dunked and normal. I really give up. The zinger dont have seasoning, week in, week out. Sometimes the meat is stale and the only things edible are the nuggets. The staff is however amazing and the drive thru very swift.

Very good service, we dont usually eat the chips of KFC because its always dry or taste less. But this chips was worth it, it was very tasty. The Zinger nuggets was delicious.Order num 582

Orderd a zinger boks meal and instead of zinger wings i got a half raw cheeken drumstick.

The chicken was fine but the Coleslaw is terrible. Definitaly not kfcs originiol recipe, tastes like vaseline and the texture is awfully rough. I will be sending this complain to head office for it is the second time.

Service is very poor, their meat is not nice at all. The last time I went there, I waited for more than an hour on their drive through, I eventually paid for my meal and on the collection window I was told that the chicken is finished and I had to wait more minutes

Worst service ever for a Fast Food restaurant . I had to wait for 17min for a mere Streetwise 2. To make matters worse, 2 customers that placed big orders after me were given their food first. I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone. Rather go other KFC stores. Lesson learnt!!

They had the order all wrong and we only noticed when we were 10 km away. Also no salt packets in the bag. Not very friendly either.

I have mixed fellings, although its convenient, there is something wrong literally everytime i go there, except for the super slow service that a given, they almost always supply the order wrong, or they forget something, or they dont have stock of something ( which they only tell you after you paid ), staff is hardly friendly if you can call ot that

Very poor services. The lady taking orders does not talk properly. Does not listern to the order being placed. Go to Van Der Hoff street. Menu is better drive in is faster people listern to the order and you receive what you ask for.

Pathetic service as per usual. Only told us that they couldnt complete our order and needed to change it AFTER we already paid.This kfc is an excuse of a fast food stop and always has been. Useless.We ordered a streetwise two with the rest of our food and they call this sad piece a streetwise 2 chips.

First I would have rated a 0 but unfortunately I cant .... thus the 1 ....Im a regular , but the last few months the service went down to zero ....It looks like there is a lack in personal ....Nobody at drive through ......One or two cashiers on busy times ....And the cherry on the cake .... again today ....I had to reverse out of drive through ....Waited 45m + .....for my order ..... once again one cashiers available .....Maybe a new management team ....Area manager and provincial manager .... please have a look into this ....This cant go on like this or close it please .....Junction is much better at this stage ....Ive have to ride further , but its worth it ....

WE WERE NEARLY ROBBED INSIDE THIS KFC TONIGHT. WE WERE SITTING AND WE WERE BUSY EATING WHEN AN UNKNOWN PERSON TRIED TO ROB US OF OUR CELL PHONES. OUR COOL DRINKS AND FOOD WERE THROWN KN THE FLOOR AND ALL OVER OUR TABLE. THERE IS NO SECURITY HERE AND WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS AS WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST SIMILAR INCIDENT. NO ONE IS SAFE HERE, SOME OF THE OTHER PATRONS ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THE POOR SECURITY. WE WERE TRAUMATIZED AND WE RECEIVED NO ASSISTANCE FROM THE MANAGEMENT AS THEY SHOWED NO CONCERN FOR OUR SITUATION. MY ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS KFC.

Absolutely the WORST KFC branch Ive ever encountered. On one occasion I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my order and last night I waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS. One of the managers refused to follow up on my order and eventually just walked away from me refusing to assist me Any further.

Worst service ever, waiting 45 min for the food just to get the wrong order and incomplete, got an attitude when I asked for refund and only walked out with half the order, very disappointed...!!!

This is overall the Beat KFC around my area although it is a bit out of my way. However the New Crunch sliders is a rip off and total false advertising. I cant believe i wasted my time, money and petrol to go and buy this. See my picture with the advertisement compared to what I got. Ridiculous to say the very least.

The Chicken was hot and fresh. Food was great but the airconditioner was not working or off. Very stuffy and hot inside the store.
