Definitely deserves an upgrade to a 5 star.This well positioned food place is like a heaven send for Bachelor, LoveBirds 🌺 and Families alike looking for a quick bite.Really well kept and super tidy.The convenience of this KFC is beyond and words nor explanation. Simply the best.

Drive throgh is very slow. Snail pase. If you have too much time to kill.

Help your self by not going to this restaurant. We used the drive through, they took their time to help us, as if that wasnt enough our food was terribly and poorly packaged, the staff had bad attitude. If you do want to enjoy your meal and want your appetite intact, dont go there.They dont even deserve a star.

Environment was clean, staff very friendly. Has been before to this branch and must admit that the service was always of a high standard.Please keep it like this and if clients are root just take their photo and put it up on a shame and tell wall, but please dont let it have a negative impact on the staff.

It was not congested when I got there. Staff were friendly and helpful. They served me within the allocated time. A few people were having their meals sitted in the restaurant. I would go back again to enjoy the good service standard.

Was able to get a Street Wise three with chips ,and ice cream cone for that moment, also paid an extra R2 for the kids home .Planning to have the meal for lunch on Saturday (02Oct21) by the workplace (CPSA DINWIDDIE) .

Twister had small dry chicken breasts. Seems like the chicken breasts were over 2 days old.

Go through the drive through get told the card machine doesnt work and I must come inside. Went inside placed my order and guess what that card machine also does not work. No alternative card machines were tried just we are offline. Your employees do not care for your customers!

I visited their branch yesterday it was very quiet though for a Friday night so we use the drive - thru , we ordered zinger wings & chips and 2 x zinger burgers with zinger sauce with a 1.5 liter coke zero.When we got to the next window to collect our food the burgers were not ready to my surpise they give me a buddy coke(440ml) I said to the lady I ordered a 1.5 liter coke not a buddy since were two which they rectified I had to wait in front of the store for my burgers for another 5 minutes. When we got home their was white sauce on my zinger burgers and not zinger sauce very disappointed!What is the purpose of a drive - thru if you have to wait for your food and still get your orders wrong . This is a terrible branch of KFC I must say if they dont get your orders wrong youll end up with a runny stomach from their food because thats all I got from the food I was served.

You can get them open at 06h00 in the mornings.Lots of parking and very clean. Have a ramp for disable people.Very nice and friendly service for the family.Toilets are clean and modern.Fast service.

Bad service received. I ordered and paid for order and upon my arrival at home I realized that my order is not complete 😞 and meat portions that I have asked for is not there. To make matters worse I waited for my order for about 27minutes.

After waiting 30 minutes in a drive through i had to be told, THEY DONT HAVE LETTUCE!! Such a disservice and demeaning attitude of this branch. This is a wrongful practice and an illegal bait marketing. Customers are left with no choice but to take an incomplete meal sold under false pretence. Let me advise you now: meet your drive through customers with this info. Before they could be stuck in a que they cant exit. This is wrong business practice

Typical fast food outlet. Quick service, friendly personnel. Tables are however dirty and needed cleaning.

Probably the worst run KFC in Gauteng. Consistently having problems with their card machine, needing cash only on drive through, which in restaurant terms is the biggest red flag on high volume all of a sudden cash only, either the owner or Yum SA being ripped off....or both. Service and willingness to address is bad. Lunch time drive through never fast. Should KSC Kentucky Slow chicken. Previous incidents is range from having to wait 45 min to get a order on walk-in. Drive through was the 3rd time this week where no service could be provided unless cash. Wonder if Yum should not remove owner and appoint new franchisee that wants to promote brand, wonder if refurb to new spec would be a bigger damage to the new KFC look.

The food is always fresh here! Sometimes they dont have certain things in stock, though, and if you go inside instead of through the drive-thru, service can be a bit slow. The staff are usually friendly, at least, and Id rather go to this branch than the one closer to me because of the quality of the food.

I love this KFC mainly because I never find a queue with more than 4 people there so the service is quick. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the paper straw they gave me with my crusher, it was terrible and collapsed before I finished my beverage 👎.

How in 2019 can you put staff in from 06h00 till 22h00 ie 16 hours. That is how long the cashier has to work. Come on Resturaunt and Fast food joints.. I say no more. That reduced my star rating to 2 out of 5 and just for that I wont eat KFC again!
