If you buy at this kfc the drive tru staff will treat you like a dog and i will not recommend this kfc to anyone after this third attemp to buy a single order of 10 wings later taking 31min

Advertised product dont match real product at all, Service also.match pictures. chicken wasnt even crunchy. instead soggy & stringy.

There wasnt alot of people so i made my oder and it was done in no time

There was a man from the street who arrange the cars in the Q waiting to order.The costumer in front of me did not order in time. as the microphone pass her by.....that man ask me and the cars behind to reverse so that the customer in front of me could get to the microphone...I do not like this guys hanging around at KFC and managed what happened outside. The place outside is a bit messy.The service inside was good.

A very detailed space with aesthetics,the staff is kind and the environment is refreshing, the food is fresh. Its very clean with good hygiene followed. I loved it

Only used the drive-through, which is fast. Also, good customer service, I forgot some items ordering but I managed to add at the paying point. Every customer would like that.

We waited forever for our order. We did the drive thru but had to go wait in the parking lot. Waited so long I had to go ask whats going on. And then had to wait some more. Really not ideal for a drive thru. Mom seemed to enjoy her twister at the end of it. By the time we got our food I had lost my appetite 😒

Ordered a all in one. After tap and pay the price and order was for an all in one plus. +R30. When at collection window the lady braught my order which she thaught was a chocolate sunday. Had to provide my slip to have them make up my order. Clearly not satisfied with this service.

This brand new store has been renovated and now has a generator for load shedding they are very clean and sanitary the service is fast and it is placed close to Major shopping outlets light shoprite fruit and veg and choppies it is also close to the banks and the operating hours are reasonable

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC AT ALL. I bought in pieces on Tuesday , used the drive thru cause was in a hurry. When I arrived home the chicken was oily so much so that the oil was leaking through the box. They took advantage that I was using the drive thru & probably would not be coming back. Very useless and inconsiderate. I HATE THEM.

I placed my small order & waited too long for my order! Other bigger orders came after me were processed! When I complained to the manager on duty, Itumeleng & all she said was sorry as they were waiting for firstly the chips then secondly it changed to the mash & gravy. I was standing right there n chips and the gravy were placed in the other orders! I will not buy from this KFC outlet again!
