Honestly the best experience Ive had with a drive thru yet. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our day! Genuinely good service with a smile. The food takes a little longer, but it is awesome quality and worth the extra 5 or so mins wait. Keep it up guys!

Its actually a very decent place and the service is not bad. Please check your order before you leave, you dont want to drive back to collect missing items. Dont know if they serve dry meat but the pieces of meat I got where super dry with no source on them.I think its a one and done for me and the family!

Cold chicken that had definitely not seen the grill. No sauce and no flavour. Spinach serving for two was two spoon fulls. Cold chips and rice.

Service was good albeit a little slow but the food was terrible. Wedges tasted like they had been made a week ago and were cold. The pitas were ice cold and had very little in them. Very disappointed 😞. Not the standards Im accustomed to from Nandos

Genuinely good food. Just be sure to check your order is correct before you drive off, mistakes do get made. Has happened twice to me.

Poor service waited forever,also when I collected the food through the drive thru the lady asked for my slip gave it to her told her I would like it back when done she insisted it was in the parcel with the food parcel I checked and it wasnt again i said its not there,guess where it was on the floor on her side very dissappointing

Usually the service is unquestionable. However on Friday 30th July 2021 the service l got was appalling. Waited for more than 40 minutes for my order, the chips were undercooked, they were no condiments nor serviette whenl received it.Whats irritating is that the order seemed to have been misplace and l had to pester the staff to get assistance. 😬

One of the Nandos Drive Thrus. Not as many Nandos Drive Thrus are found in Pretoria. They serve a large population and they are still fast and live up to the expectations.

Only reason not 5 stars, speed of service could improve, obviously not at the cost of quality of food.

Overvooked nandos, not sure how thats possible anymore considering their cooking process. Its like getting a dry rotisserie from a convenience store. No sauce on chicken even when till slip says extra sauce. Spicy hotpot with rice was instead a rice soup. Store needs more retraining. Other locations are suggested.

Great Service, good food, sorts issues out when it happens, not a bad Nandos

I understand that this is a brand new Nandos and you still need to find your feathers. However, the wait time for food is waaaaay too long. I ordered vegetables, and I got about a tablespoons worth in the box. My chicken strips and rice was yum. We are very excited that there is finally a Nandos in our area, hope things have improved when we return!

If you are up for some less than mediocre service then this is ABSOLUTELY the place for you! I am giving it a 1 star rating as 0 stars isnt possible. Avoid at all cost.

Third time that we wait more than 2 hours for our delivery 😞

Signature Nandos chaos as the staff tried to meet the requirements of a growing line of clearly disgruntled customers. Our order was wrong as always (one chips short, as always). Chicken portions are very small (probaly well below 200g) and charred with almost zero sauce - could be any flavour wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Without Vitality discount Nandos is now way too expensive - R 390 for a basic meal for a family of 6.

The customer service from this Nando’s Drive Thru is disappointing. The lady who took my order was impatient and discourteous, unfortunately she didn’t have a name tag (13th February, 11:30am). On the til slip the name is “106 Tshegofa”.When Castle Gate had just opened the customer service was excellent and quick. This was the third time they asked me to park because my order was delayed, and today I waited for 20 minutes before my order was delivered.I am fond of this Nando’s because it’s clean, has a drive thru therefore convenient for me but I will never go back.More reasons for me to NEVER go back or even recommend this Nando’s is that I was specific with my order, I asked for “WELL DONE” wings and they were RAW, I had to throw them all out.With all that said, instead of getting all 10 wings, they were 9.Since they are so quick to tell their customers to report to customer care (as seen on the other reviews I read) I took initiative and did all that as well.

Nando’s please tell your stuff to stop selling burned chicken, it’s the second time buying at first I accepted as one of those things but I bought today the meat is burned and unfresh. It’s like they grill all the meat in the morning the once there’s a order they regrill just to warm it then end up burning it. I don’t know whether you have new or untrained stuff but this has to stop cause your meat tastes like a chicken dust from the street.

Newish Nandos. Was quite empty, but drive through busy at around 3-4 pm. Good food, but slow service. I would go back again.

We just went to the drive thru. All excited. First we didn’t get out Milkshake. When we got home we realized we have no cheese on our burgers, and we paid extra for the cheese. I tried calling. Got told to keep the slip. But they took the slip back when they forgot about the milkshake. Really expensive and to not even get my cheese on my burger. Nah dissapointed.

Absolutely terrible service never going back food was cold and waited about 15mins at the last windows of the drivethru before i had to get out of my car to stick my head through the window before i got any service.I thought maybe cause it recently opened the staff and service would be fresh and friendly.Disgusting service

Ordered Nandos. Received haloumi bits that looked like grated cheese (lets not mention what we payed for this) and the salad that was ordered wasnt even in the delivery. Was charged in full for this excuse of a meal and once we tried to get hold of this Franchise, they are too busy and cant answer.

Nandos always the yummiest, Castle gate gets a bit congested (i.e. drive thru and parking)with the other two fast food outlets in the same area.

Very poorly organised. Waited 45 minutes for a simple order which was only recieved after asking why when many people who ordered after me had received their food and left. Was shut inside the restaurant with poor ventilation after they closed orders, which was not acceptable in current COVID circumstances. Watched as no orders were packed for over 10 minutes with general chaos in the kitchen.

Nearly no waiting time

Wanted to order at drive thrue. Got to the order station with someone asking hallo what do you want then placed the order drove around and there was no person at the paystation. After short while she arrived. She asked me what I ordered and I indicated to her what. She then said I must wait as they are not open yet. I asked her what time they open and she indicated in a few minutes I asked her gain and she indicated at 10h00. This was at 10h03. I left and will not support this new Nandos again. Poor service poor attitude and soon to close...It is quite clear when looking at your ratings that this is a perfect combination for failure in a already harsh economy.

Placed my order at 18:22 and now it is 20:24 and still waiting. I had 3 uber eats drivers already picking up my order ETA is 20:40UPDATE : MY ORDER WAS JUST CANCELLED AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS. WHAT THE FLIP ARE WE GOING TO EAT TONIGHT? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT NANDOS? 20:45 NOW AND CURFEW STARTS AT 21:00? YOU ARE RIDICULOUS.

Very busy but the foods great

Was so excited for a Nandos in the area but the service is absolutely atrocious. Waited almost an hour in the drive through with only 4 cars ahead of us. Ordered extras on the wraps, that was not added. Would rather drive all the way to Menlyn than repeat this experience.

Worst tasting Nandos I have been had. I would much rather drive all the way to the Menlyn branch. Please do some more training with you cooking staff.

Opening day and the drive through was very busy. That is no excuse for short changing your customers. I ordered dinner for my family which included a full portion of chicken livers. I got home only to find that the chicken livers had not been packed ever though I had asked the attendant to make sure that it was.

Ive tried this new Nandos twice now. The first time involved a very long drive-thru wait (more than 25 mins). Quarter chicken ordered was dry with very little sauce and the burger meal we ordered was incorrect as we were given and charged for an extra side we did not ask for. Second order was completed online for collection. Still had to wait a bit for food to arrive after the estimated time (Jean Avenue Nandos always has food ready before/by estimated time). I ordered chicken pieces with extra sauce, and this time chicken had basically no sauce at all and skin was missing from breast piece. Very disappointed with the service of this Nandos as it has had two weeks to improve after opening but it hasnt.

Very bad service, made use of Uber Eats service, GPS was there at the restaurant for almost an hour, ordered my food at 18:12, received my food at 20:00, order was missing my side I paid for in my order, very disgusting service and poor quality workmanship missing my order part that I paid for.
