Had to place my order three times be I got all that was ordered stated in drive through then had to in cause items missing waiting 25 mins for additional items that were not given. Be carfule when going through drive through seems to happen alot

A KFC as one would expect. We went inside as it was at peak time and drive through was busy. Staff where very friendly and helpful... quick service. When youre rating a franchise, you know what the standard is and what to expect. Here the pieces where fresh, chips were well done and nice and the ice cream good. The toilets were also clean and well kept.

The service, Food and store has improved substantially. Keep it up. Tks

Needs a to be organized when it comes to answering to services..service take a bit to long,hate waiting in the parking so long especially at nite

Their wait time is ridiculous the staff are slow , I stood and waited to ordered they never helped me I had to drive up to the drive thru window where two woman were conversating instead of helping customers I again then waited another 10 minutes for them to finish first and then still got unsatisfactory service

The order takers from the drive through are always smiling. The staff is friendly and always helpful with your order.It doesnt get very full. So the service is quick.

Food is always terrific and cooked well. Did have a very long wait though. The times on the door says close at 10 but by 9 were turning customers away.

Self Service machine does not have all the current promotions and is not friendly to changes or add ons to your order, So its a bit difficult to customize your order to suit your needs like you would when ordering at the till or drive through, Other then that the food was reasonably okay quality wise and wait time was a bit long

Spice in the chicken is different to other stores

Staff are okay, not too great, I ordered online, and waited 20 minutes for them to print out a paper and just make a sundae. They didnt apologize nor have any respect. In my opinion staff should be trained to respect the customer, even if its a fast food place like kfc.

Tables were dirty, bathrooms dirty, cashiers dont have product knowledge. The aircon was on very low despite the cold weather.

Unfortunately very poor managment that shows. Although great food.Security guard sending some customers away as early as 7:30 but then lets later customers enter as store clears up. I waited to try and get in and had seen it happening and still the security guard refused to let me enter. Seems like this is to make sure he gets to bad on time. Causing alot of inconvenience as the website times say they will close at 8:00

Amazing we go the for ice cream food is amazing if you by ice cream and food like the pops you have to wait, if u buy 2-3 sprinkle pops its about a 15-30min wait

Lots of disgruntled customers were in the line.. orders taking too long to get made... Staff not trained to manage clients expectation. Not even an apology for the delay...

The worst service I have ever received at take away. They made me wait over 15 minutes at the till before even taking my order. Theres one person behind the counter taking orders and packing them while 4 customers are waiting for her to take orders.

Visited the store today at about 12H15.I was having my meal in the seating area.It was disappointing to overhear a discussion between HR and an employee whereby the employee was being dismissed due to hygiene reasons.It is sad that the HR practices in KFC ensure that staff are dismissed in public areas.Also, the employee has 3 days to request their UIF documents, why is not standard practice to issue the UIF documents by default.A sad day indeed, when the HR staff have so low values.

Cashiers are very rude 😒

Staff place the Combo order in piece parts costing more. When supervisor was called she just gave attitude when asked to correct it. Service people need to be friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile. Despite me handling the situation calmly the supervisor was aggressive.

Service that I received was very poor

Ive never received such poor service from a KFC before. I placed my order and waited. Numbers were called and people that placed their orders after me were walking out with their orders. So I questioned why my order was taking so long and neither the cashier nor the manager could get their story straight. 1st there were no zinger burgers and then no zinger wings. Nobody bothered to tell me this when I placed my order. Then all of a sudden they told me that it will be a little longer as they were still preparing the meal. And all that Nelly could do was smirk and have a laugh. Such poor form. And very poor service and very poor response to a customer complaint.

The service is appalling, drive through extremely slow and seems understaffed during peak times, already been told at the collection point, we got mash but no gravy after paying for mash and gravy, on one occasion they had no chicken only burgers. Poorly run Franchise

KFC Laudium is right at the entrance to the city and you can quickly take a turn and buy yourselves a good snacks. I visited the same on my trip to laudium to eat South Indian food at VimalRaj restaurant but my kids wanted some burgers and fries. KFC sells the cheapest fries and the ice creams and their drinks are also great. Order it using the app and you always get something from the menu free or at cheaper prices. Thanks
