I enjoyed my meal so so much..Credit card is accepted..It is situated in a very safe area, there is large space of parking..Provisions are made for wheelchair users, the view is beautiful..There is an outdoor sitting..Pricing is fair enough..Customer service is perfect..There isnt much wait..They allow reservations as well...

Was Friday night so was very busy! Felt the staff were really on the ball and great team work getting everyones orders out as quickly as possible!

Food takeaway good. Had to wait more than 30 for a small simple order though - in the middle of the day. There were LOT of take- away scooters waiting across the road, which I did not see at first... This was probably due to Covid. Quite a number of the takeaway delivery scooter drivers going into the shop for collections were not that perturbed about the Covid protocols though...

Good service under current circumstances

Always a horrible instore experience. Place closes at 22h00 but cant seem to accept orders at 21h00 and youre simple told were closing already. If you buy on the app, dont use the kerbside, its as bad as the instore walking, and theyll struggle to find your order. Rather use the app to buy for delivery - thats the best.

The restroom at this place is disgusting. The Bar One milkshake is flavored milk/ice, not ice cream based. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Nandos Woodhill is really convenient for the surrounding areas in Mooikloof. There standards of food is pretty exceptional. The staff are friendly although they seem to fumble under pressure. Overall not bad at all.

There is no other Nandos in the area and thats the only reason I have been here. I can confirm that this place delivers, consistently, the worst Nandos experience ever. Food is below expectation from this brand. Service is poor. The staff can not be bothered and often ignore waiting customers. If you are lucky to order, the staff often get you order wrong. The overall ambience is quite unsettling. Customers waiting to order or collect and food delivery staff are all crammed into a cold, dark and flithy store front. Rather drive to Menlyn Mall Nandos, youll get your order sooner and have a better overall experience. I do not recommend this particular Nandos outlet.

I absolutely love the mozambique paprika flavour. My standing order is 2 pitas with this flavour. However, tonight, yet again the pitas arrived with barely any sauce even though I selected extra sauce on the order. Orders are not consistent. I hope you can improve on this, as I would love to keep ordering from you.

Absolutely terrible quality of food. My order was delivered ice cold, the Carnival Cheese burgers that I ordered did not have a drop of cheese sauce on it, my wedges were ice cold and soggy, the sauces that I ordered and paid for were not included in my order, I specifically asked for them to please include utensils and my request was completely ignored. It was as if I received someones canceled order. I was so hungry I ate half of the burger and a few wedges and couldnt finish due to the terrible quality. I filed a complaint on the app and phoned Nandos Woodhill Boulevard to speak to a manager, to my surprise it was the manager speaking. I informed him that I had filed a complaint and explained to him what the situation was and all he did was give me some half-ars#d insincere apology and informed me it would not happen again. After which I completely lost it, I mean am I supposed to just accept this kind of service? After my obviously livid response, and threat to report them to Hello Peter, any other site I could find online AND Nandos head office, the manager informed me that he would send a driver to collect the half eaten meals and deliver proper quality meals which I appreciate. But why does a loyal Nandos customer need to throw such a fit just to receive a decent service and decent food? Oh and by the way, I received my proper order in the exact same condition as the first order was except for the fact that the wedges were actually warm this time. Not a thing was other than that was rectified, no sauce on my burger and my sauces were once again excluded from my take away. I do not recommend Nandos Woodhill Boulevard at all, and should you ever order from them despite reading this, be sure to expect the absolute worst service and quality of food.

Extremely poor and chaotic. Called to place an order. Was told I had to go to the store.Get to store told me special for day is finished. Place an order for a hotpot. Told it will be ready in 15 minutes. Sit there watching a single person trying to pack the orders. Total chaos. 45 minutes later she is still packing orders 20 numbers prior mine. I go to cancel my order. The lady at the till finds my hotpot , which is cold by then. Get home, to find all the pulled chicken pieces charred and bitter. Had I not tried to cancel my order, I would have been waiting another two hours. Cant say I have enjoyed any meal there,but its the only one in the vicinity. I rather go to Barcellos .Food is tastier, less expensive and service better.

Terrible delivery service! Don’t lie and say my order will be delivered at 20:20, it’s an hour late!! Rather advise the client to better collect because delivery is an hour, (and who knows how much longer I have to wait), behind. Very disappointed 😤

Worst Nandos!!! Ive order twice for delivery both times items missing from delivery. Today I go in no one at the counter lots of staff bustling in the kitchen keep trying to get their attention they see me hear me but ignore me. Well if you dont want the business there is an awesome Indian food place next door.

Good day NandosI have placed an order from the Nandos Parkview restaurant at 18:20. It is now 19:30 I still have not received delivery of my food. I am a loyal customer and this is unacceptable.When I phoned just now I demanded to speak to the manager (Mike). He informs me that my order has not yet been made and to make things worse he informs me an hour later that there is no cheese at the restaurant.How can they accept my order more than an hour earlier with cheese and now all of a sudden there is no cheese available?Well done Nandos. This kind of service will lose me as a customer indefinitely.

To be honest, I do not wish to give you any stars. My experience was absolutely terrible. After paying R25 for delivery, I did not receive the drinks which was supposed to come with the meal. Your employee advised that he would return shortly with the drinks...guess what.. almost 3 hours later...no drinks. About the quality of your food. Im shocked Nandos lets you serve the food you do. It was the worst I have ever experienced from any Nandos. I requested extra sauce on my chicken, but alas, this was me being wishful as the chicken did not even much seasoning to begin with. As far as I am concerned that chicken could be from anywhere. I recieved peri chip not chips, since only 2 or 3 chips had seasoning on it. Your bread was stale and you gave me only tomato sauce not nandos sauce. After the dismal service... I tried to call you... guess what...no answer. Utterly disgusted.

Ordered online and only received the food an hour and fourty minutes later. But only after I phoned and enquired about the delay. When they arrived, their card machine wasnt working and their driver didnt have any change... Thus I was basically forced to pay a very large tip.

Took them two hours to deliver a simple meal ,I only live 4blocks away. And when I called in to order the person on the phone could barely speak English. How can they take my order down if they can not spell..
