Small and cozy outlet that is conveniently located, with ample parking. The meat is good too and standard KFC. Just cut it out with the cold aircon during winter...it was colder inside than outside when I last visited.

The service is poor in the drive thru. Its faster in the store. I cant deal with them. Even if you order online, chances of you getting hot food are slim. Better service guys please.

Service is good and always friendly. It does not happen often that youll have to wait for your order to be prepared. Never had the disappointment of missing items when buying in drive thru. Get this at some branches. I never drive back to correct it, but rather skip the particular KFC and drive to the next one.

I went for a drive thru and they were quick and still gave out a satisfying order.

Service at the drive through was appalling. So terrible that I spent 5 mins at the window unattended, generally didnt take care of the drive through customers.

It was not very pleasant. I wanted to use ths drive through but after waiting for a while i was told that the machine to swipe does not work. Then I had to go inside the shop to order. It was full, but they helped me faster than the ladies at drive through.

The most pathetic store I have ever visited. Its dirty and no room for improvement. I received the worst service the last time I visited and I had to drive to a other KFC restaurant to order. I waited 7 mins to be attended after calling for attendance whereby the kitchen staff just looked at me, they couldnt even say we will be with you, Eunicengave an excuse that she was preparing food for an uber eats driver who has not even arrived but Ive been standing at the counter waiting for assistance. Everytime I visit the restaurant hoping it will improve, either there is no item on the menu or they are just not interested in servicing you. For the restaurant to improve, it needs to be closed, employees who really need to work be allowed to be there. During this time, there is no time to be sloppy as business are closing due to staff incompetence.

Their zinger wings were bad ,no spice only flour I couldnt take them back since it was late already...😑

Adheres to the KFC franchising rules. i.e great and quick service from the staff, menu similar to other outlets, plenty of space to sit in an eat, the drive through is quick and not that busy even though its located in a very busy main road.
