Service is always friendly and efficient. They give you a heads up if you will have to wait longer for your order so that gets a thumbs up from me.

Honestly, the food is fine... but the food court in menlyn is absolutely abysmal. They took away the tables and chairs, so forget sitting and enjoying your lunch.

Hot wings are very salty and not hot at all. They need to go easy on the salt.

There is no service. We waited for more than 30 min to get our order . They dont dispatch orders as per what was ordered first. They need to inform customers first if there is shortage of meat . We should not place orders and be told later while we complain that there is no meat .

This is my first experience eating here The whole team just stood infront having a chat while there was one man in the back preparing the meals...as if they were waiting for chicken to be delivered while everyone stood and waited for their meal. Lord knows why they looked as if they have no work...I will.... NEVER come back here again. Management need to look into this as I wasnt the only one complaining...customers would walk towards the till and the ladies wouldnt even acknowledge them.Edit: placed the order at 1955 and guess what I was right... they were waiting on chicken....and this...wasnt conveyed to us before we placed the orders!!!!!... we wouldve gone somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasting our time..when we need to watch a movie... at 2045!Edit: received our meal at 2033. #ridiculous
