This Nandos is where my life long love affair with Nandos started. The food and service is fantastic! In fact I feel like Nandos tonight!!

The order never went through the first time. One of your consultants contacted me and let me know that she will place the order manually. She never did. I had to order again and follow up 2 times. When I got my order, my food’s sauce fell out of the container. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Please reconsider online ordering, because your service is horrible

A bit slow at night so its best you call and collect may be by the time you are there, your order is half way done or if lucky, done

Will never go here again. Under cooked cold chips, super gross. Also got the wrong order. And we were literally 2 people in the restaurant, one guy sitting at a table and me waiting for takeaways.

First Nandos I visited when I arrived in Pretoria. Their staff was friendly and the Tangy tomato, extra sauce, well done half chicken I bought was AMAZING!!! Definitely visiting again

I work part time for Mr D food delivery. A guy by the name of Vusi ( who says his the manager) insisted on not assisting me. All because I asked him if my order is ready. He plainly ignored me. I spoke to the other food delivery guys and asked if they were acknowledged they said no. I then asked VUSI to please check if my order is there He then spoke in a language I didnt understand and laughed at me, pointed to the side ( like one would point a dog) and he told me I must wait there and when his done with everyone else he will think of assisting me.It was a single wrap and sprite zero. He then told me I should just FAIL the order and not try and teach him how to do his job.I was delayed and ended up waiting an extra 30min simply because he felt so. The food was already prepared and when he saw me taking pictures of him he later changed his tune and said that the food still needed to be prepared.Extremely bad customer experience.

Always love eating here. Great place and so modern looking. Never had bad service here.

I love your food, but they always forget to add extra sauce after i have ticked the box for extra sauce, now my food is even drier than usual? Please chat with your chefs about this, cause like i said i love your food, when you get it right... and i always buy nandos when we decide on take aways. Support me so i can keep supporting you🌻❤

Last I ordered a delivery from Nandos faerie glen I was very dissatisfied! To begin with the person we called to take the order and take our address was so confused he said our address didnt exist .. called again and a lady picked up and she had no trouble with our address.. everything was good from there on until the driver arrived.. banged on my garage door twice ... Not on my door.. and got so angry he was about to leave.. mind you he wasnt at my property for more than 3 minutes I reckon.. at most 5. He seemed very irritated and angry at me which was very uncomfortable as I did nothing wrong.. as he was banging the garage door so loudly I was unlocking the front door and I saw he was about to leave.. very very dissappointed in the driver! And very unprofessional.. second.. I was sad to find that my chicken which was Moz paprika had no sauce, but what was really sad was the garlic roll was so dry it had no trace of garlic or butter.. it was a roll placed on a grill... I paid for a roll on a grill with no garlic! Imagine my surprise... It was a very strange experience.... I think that Nandos should employ decent drivers..as the service is charged extra.. the driver I got was utterly rude!

They didnt put the tomato sauce and butter in my takeaway bag. I bought a half chicken, wedges and garlic roll.

Walk in patrons are ignored in favour of Mr Delivery, Uber eats and others. Waited 25 minutes for a full chicken only.

This is the worst Nandos in Pretoria and it has been for YEARS!!!The customer service is NONE existent. They are VERY incompetent.Take take their damn time to attend to a customer while we wait for our order to be placed.When your order is ready it’s either, it’s the wrong order, or there’s a side missing.They don’t even tell you what you ordered. You have to look through your bag to make sure it’s the correct order whereas in other Nandos franchises they tell you just to make sure that it’s the correct order...I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GET TAKE AWAY FROM THIS NANDOS!!!

Im always happy with service at Nandos Faerie Glen, My order always comes exactly as I ordered. I stay next to Nandos Lynwood lane, every time I order with extra source, I find no source at all when I get home. They must improve on service or they will lose customers. They must not forget we there for the source!

My Order Nr 8217 was delivered on on time. But my Pulled Chicken, Avo & Hallomni Boujee Bowl with Lemon and Herb Sause was opened and the whole bowl was a mess and uneatable. I could not eat it.

Great service, great food and fast service. But sometimes your food my come out missing some pieces.I bought a full chicken for take out, only to find out that a piece was missing when I got home. I forgot about that really quick though, considering how friendly the service was.

Healthy, juicy and tasty chicken with crispy potato wedges topped with friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely go back! The fact that we could buy a beer to drink with the meal was an added bonus!

Nandos is my favorite takeaway restaurant, but epic fail by Faerie Glen branch this evening. Order placed at 18h30 for delivery by 19h15 - it is now 19h40, no sign of delivery and dont even try to call to follow up - the phone rings 10 times and then cuts out!

Dont order from them via Uber eats you dont get what you ordered and they also will not answer the phone when you call them or they will make you think the signal is weak and then cut you off!

Order and paid online for curbside collection.Got SMS to come collect food. After Half an hour of waiting food was still not ready. Nobody was picking up the phone. I saw customers getting their food from the deck outside. So I knocked on the door to enquire about the food. The manager flipped his lid and swearing at me. If you cant service the order do not take the order.I also contacted Nandos customer care and they made promises to provide feedback but does nothing...

Normal exceptional Nandos quality food. Decent enough sit down area and convenient access from Solomon Mahlangu drive. They offer home delivery.

The service was terrible we ordered food for delivery waited 2 hours for the food to arrive. Upon arrival some of the sauce has come out of the container and the food was cold. And when calling they just keep saying he is on his way and sorry for the dely. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed in the service tonight. After ordering for delivery at 6:40pm, the ETA being 7:30pm, I called at 7:40pm to find out about my order and spoke to a gentlemen who argued with me saying they were busy and my food was on the way. I received a call at 7:58pm saying that the delivery man had been given the wrong address and was lost and would arrive shortly. Our order finally arrived at 8:21pm. The food was ice cold and a portion of chips was missing. I attempted to call in to let them know 6 times, the phones were not answered. I eventually drove there to speak to them, the gentleman was sarcastic and half-hearted in his apology. After spending R325 on food that was ice cold, he replaced the chips that they forgot to send and gave an extra portion of chips after I had said I was going to write a complaint. Very disappointing experience.

Such a disappointing experience, we ordered our food from a lady, who had attitude. When our food came the whole order was wrong, there was not apology, nothing, the stuff members were playing in the kitchen, orders taking foever, l wonder if this Nandos has a manager or even a supervisor.

This is about as good as nandos gets. Regardless of the scores of people that were there at this outlet. My order was attended to promptly and the food came out perfect as per nandos franchise standards. The place could use a little room but on the same the breath the store is really well themed with nandos decor and dark brown colors, something nice to look at whilst you wait.
