I must say this one of the best places to dine. However, let me give my gratitude to the guy who was sanitizing people at the door and the one who served me the name Nenzhelele, he was super friendly. Keep the good job guys.

This was a surprisingly nostalgic Nandos in the middle of Hatfield. If it was there when I was at university I would have been here often for a Midnight Nandos!

Smart but the service was slow. The cashier ran the other way without explanation, leaving me standing at the till

A very good place to go and get something to eat. They make the most amazing chicken there. Esp the spicy one. They grill it to perfection.They also sell cocktails with alcohol so thats a bonus.Plus they have this artistic ambience to I as evidenced by the art on their walls.It can get packed during month ends. Unfortunately they close early at around 10pm.

Nice place but no adequate parking space

Usually I get water sauce from other nandos franchises but this one felt like the original nandos with nice big pieces of meat... I love it

Where you order one meal to sit down and the other as take away. Expect no extra source in your take away(even after emphasizing). While collecting your take away just be patient, they will take their sweet time to assist you.

I asked for a Quarter Leg with a salad. I was told they are out of salad.I then asked what dressing is used on the coleslaw, I was told its perinaise.I asked for extra sauce on my chicken.When I got home I noticed there was no extra sauce for my chicken and the coleslaw was not dressed with perinaise. It was too sweetThe service could be better.

Great staff and service. Can be busy at times

Few hours back I had lunch with my friend at Nandos in Hatfield. Their service was as amazing as their deco and their food was delicious. If you and your friends are looking for a place to eat, Nandos Hatfield is the place to go to.

Delicious food and good service

The service was very bad, we had to wait for almost 40 minutes to get our order and after we complained. I will not recommend and advice anyone to go there. They dont communicate with their customers and there was this big lady who even gave us attitude as if order was bought on credit, sis maan....you need to change your attitude or else ur employer will lose customers.

Queuing time is long

The meal was nicely prepared. However the staff were absent throughout the course of the meal. No one checked up on us, no one cleaned up the table. As we were eating, the bottle of juice given to me was licking but no one bothered to wipe the floor and instead of giving me another bottle of juice, they simply poured the remains into a jar.They were all just having their own private discussions during working hours. That was quite disappointing and unprofessional. On the positive side of things however, the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and its located in a convenient area in Hatfield, can be easily accessed by people passing by and students. Ill probably just get a takeaway in future.

Always fresh and quick to serve

The customer service couldve been better, there were only 3 customers in the restaurant but no one came to check up on us for the entire duration of our lunch.

Very bad services. It was like as if they didnt pay them thier salaries.Im sure they have cameras inside the shop and I wish them to check what Im talking about.After eating it took them more than an hour to remove the plate of five (5) people on our table.I was so angry but I kept my calm.My collegue ask for a take away to put the remaining chicken 15 minutes after eating, she gave her. She saw we are done and we have kept the plate together one site busy with the office meeting but she didnt bother to take them.I will never go to that Nandos again. Instead I will go to Bacelos next to the robot.

They are very slow and rude. Especially when waiting for food. I waited 43 minutes until I noticed that they were giving food to people who were coming to ask for their food regardless of how long they waited.And the problem with waiting that long is that you notice things. The lady preparing take aways was scratching herself and using the same hands to open the takeaway bags where she put rolls.I found that to be unhygienic. It was not the first time I went there and got that treatment. So, it seems to me they are terrible with customer service.

Coming from Canada this Nandos location is quite different in terms of portion size, sides available and the way the food is prepared. Must instruct the cook to prepare the chicken well otherwise it is quite possible to have it under cooked. The side order of fries or wedges is small in portion size. Prices are similar to Nandos north America but they could definitely use a boost in portion size. It does provide Halal chicken for Muslims.

This restaurant doesnt deserve even 1 star, i mean i placed an order via telephone cos i didnt want to wait, guess what? I had to stand on the queue and order from scratch. They didnt have my order ready. My love for nandos is fading day by day because of the treatment i always get from nandos. They really dont care about customers. I cant be treated like that when am paying.

Call center on our telephone order happened not to send our order to the store. we had to re-order again. this was so disappointing.

Ordered a takeaway today and the chicken was under cooked and dry like literally zero sauce.They didn’t even give us the sauce sachets.🙁

Did online delivery and it was not on par. The food was cold. Asked for leg quarter got the polar opposite. Chicken was dry despite asking for extra sauce. I’m honestly disappointed because Nandos is my favorite and I feel like I wasted my money 😭😭💔💔

Amazing grilled chicken!!

Well, I found my experience at this specific nandos quite fulfilling but I must say the chicken was a bit over cooked. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our experience. The service was average.

Food is always delicious, but I could never get myself to like the way they service you. After ordering at the counter, we waited 25 minutes and food was brought, never saw our waitress again.There were also now paper towels at the sink after washing my hands.The food here is great, but it comes as a cost.

Its OK. Had a disappointing experience where an order took over 2 hours to arrive at the appointed time. My next experience after lockdown was receiving rolls that were hard. I wish they wouldnt warm these up. Ever since then, I ko longer order nandos rolls.

I dont know who the chef was today, but wow! Burnt food is not ayoba! I ordered a take-away and when I get home hungry and ready to indulge, I realise that the food is burnt. I have never been soo disappointed...

I was so disappointed with my last visit at nandos Hatfield. I bought a full chicken with two sides, the order took forever to come and when it came it was a disaster. I ask for the chicken to cut on four pieces where one half is paprika and the other lemon and herb. The pieces came cut in 8 and it was evident that not from one chicken. The flavors of one half that was supposed to be lemon and herb did not match, some were hot. The chicken was so dry you could see these were old orders that people did not pick up and were just reheated for me. 😢😢😢

Bought a full chicken and sharing sides to take away,but they didnt wanna give me chilly sauce cause i didnt buy chips... found out that my chicken didnt have enough sauce!! ruined my night

Meal served is very sweet and delicious.Attracts trendy crowd and you will find alot of students here as it is situated at the heart of hatfield sandwiched between University of Pretoria and University of South Africa.Also there are many student accomodation, as a result, it is always a busy place but reservations are allowed..They accept credit cards..

Wasnt the best service like I usually recieve from nandos. The employees were literally talking and chatting in the kitchen and everyone could see that they are just not interested in serving people. One waitress literally one was busy trying to help everyone I even tipped him because he really was working. There were only two people working at the till and everytime a customer came they just told them to wait there and I didnt understand why. But the food was really good. Hoping for better service next time!

Nandos hatfield is a well located chicken food outlet with lots of other services in and around and shops as well. Its also near the University of Pretoria and in a very busy suburb. There is plenty of open parking space and other restaurants.
