Quick service, we went through the drive-through

The place is not neat. The drive through is complicated.

Theres always a que,lazy stuff..better than the other KFC in silverton(Pretoria road) that one is worse

THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE CHICKEN SOOOOO FRESH.

This is one of the worse kfc Ive went to everytime you just get disappointed. Went on 31January2021 and due to covid and restrictions they gave written closing at 19h30,I was at the door exactly 19h00 after waiting 45min on the drive through way on the main street and was told they are closed already,I must walk you the drive window to buy while the cars que us even blocking the main road causing unnecessary traffic....We should have an option of half star

KFC service was fast and friendly and the food was really nice enjoyed my meal yesterday.

I bought dunked wings, I was so dissapointed, they were like I bought normal wings with sauce, its wasnt chilli n gingerish the way dunked are, thinking my reason to drive all the way it was heart breaking n regretable

The service is bad during late hours, I went there around 20:30 and left around 21:42 on a drive through. The meal was cold so I dont know what they were doing all along

The products i.e. chicken pieces displayed on the menu, differ from the actually order. For an example street wise two pap does not have wings but the order will include wings.

Nothing more to say than the food is not great. It tastes old and has a lot of sticky fat.

I waited on drive thru for about 1 hour 15 min when it was my turn to ordere the cashier just casually tells me that there is no food ..after waiting fo a long time i had to wait again for about 5 cars in front if me to collect their orders which took about another 45mines..i asked to see the manager but no body was willing to assist me..i even send my complaints via email.with no response..i will never go back to that store again..i was treated so bad

It was absolute rubbish. The staff was very unprofessional. We waited at the drive through for more than 3omins before we could place our order and another 30-40mins before we could get our food because we were told that they were closed yet they let us order and took our money. When we tried to get answers as to why the wait was sooo long without anything being said to us the staff on the inside was not bothered to come to the door to explain, instead they just carried on with their conversation with no care about what we were saying. It totally unacceptable that we were subjected to that unprofessionalism

KFC Silverton is a great place for a quick stop to get your hands (stomach) on some greasy fast-food. Clean store, friendly and helpful staff.It can get really busy here sometimes so the wait might be a bit longer than anticipated but still a good place all the same.

Hated it meat wasnt even fried. wasted my money on a whole bucket of chicken that tasted raw

The experience at KFC Silverton was not appreciated due to my age of 64yrs with hip pain couldnt sit down for 15mnts yet there was someone occupying the sitting area alone eating NANDOS inside KFC sitting but customers couldnt sit whilst waiting for their orders.

Every time we order same thing and every time the topings on twister are different and taste old

We waited on the drive thru with our engines on for more than 10mins. Nobody cared to tell us than the meet was not ready so that we just switch off our cars until one motorist got inside.2. And i bought streetwise 5 with 2 large chips and i got one large chips only realised it at home and was around 21:00 to go back

The drive thru service is ridiculously slow. The lady who takes the orders at the first window has good customer service but after that??... They have to do something about it.

Watch out for two poles when you exit the drive-through. Got my car damaged here. They replaced the short black ones with longer ones that are painted yellow, probably for visibility. Tried their insurance but could not succeed. I never use their drive-through anymore. just awkward at the exit.

We had to wait 10 min for the chicken to be cooked. And then they forgot the fries. And very lazy and bored looking staff (leaning on the bars at the drive through while not even greeting)

Great service. Good timing. I would have given it a 5star, but I can never have a twister because it is not available at after certain hours... not only this KFC. Can that be looked at? As as Ice cream availability is a problem at certain hours?

The place was extremely dirty. I cleaned my own table to sit down and eat. Ive been going to this branch for many years and are disappointed of the condition I found it in. Upon asking the cashier why does it look so horrific she slowly said we are too busy but it surely wasnt busy the time I walked in. I am convinced that the branch is under new management.

Rotten food when returning it the staff made a big ordeal about it.
