My order was missing several things. This has happened more than once.and I have to drive back, they replace the missing items but they dont replace my wasted petrol. The food is good though.

Clean branch and friendly staff. I usually use the drive through. It can be very busy at times, especially on Friday evenings so I avoid this place then. The food is good and exactly what you would expect from KFC, never had any issues with my meals. Used them for home delivery and while it took some time, the food was hot when it arrived.

Waited so long for the meat even when they had our orders they kept piling them in the store. Had to go fetch it bt it was delicious.

Yet another horrible experience at Gift Acres KFC, they seem to always have something wrong there. If it isnt lack of promotional knowledge, it stock level or mixed up orders. Went there today just after 8 pm wanted to order but was informed they didnt have Chicken... yes Chicken of all things and Id need to wait 10 min. Thought okay little odd let me get a Boxmaster, Oh no they only have the Zinger version was like sure lets live on the edge. Ordered 2 only to be told they also dont have lettuce. Asked what do they have and after a couple minutes got a reply ONLY zinger wings. So i canceled to order but was then forced to stand in the Drive-Thru regardless because there is no I-Regret-My-Life-Choices lane to get out. Whole thing wasted a good hour of my Sunday. Really need to get their act together there.

The woman behind the counter wore a mask and a face shield ( I understand why ) BUT nobody could hear what she was saying, a frustration to place your order.... plus KFC is no longer value for money , more a rip off to be honest....they are always last on my take away list & are always a disappointment...at least they are consistent

Do yourself a favour and CHECK that you have every piece thats on the menu. Like, if its a Double Crunch burger, check that you have two mini-chicken fillets on it. Not just whether you have the burger.Count yourself lucky if you have a serviette and one tomato sauce packet per menu item ordered.

Had to stop outside for 20min they had no chicken ready so when my food arrived box master and the rest of the food and chips was ice cold

Not a pleasant experience. Went through the drive through. The lady that spoke over the intercom spoke indistinctly, spoke too fast and still we battled to understand her. My friend had to drive back to place a further order to get exactly what he wanted.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I stood in line and waited 15 minutes to order. I ordered a streertwise 2 and had to wait 45 minutes to receive it. One cashier who also had to give people their orders in-between. Slowest workers ever.

The chicken pieces in the pack of nine were mostly dry and some had a thick layer of crust that also contributed to the dryness. There was one tasty drumstick among the dry white breast pieces. It looks like you are trying to get rid of the breast pieces. I dont know what happens to all the drumsticks and thighs, but you hardly ever get them anymore.

The last two times I bought KFC here, I did not finish my second bite. The oil is a problem. Its either very cheap oil, or not fresh. The skin (my favourite part) did not taste or smell like I am used to. I think they skimp on their famous herbs and spices.

Kne of the better kfc branches around pretoria. Although the staff seems to loose track a bit when it gets extremely busy, they remain friendly.The food is good and orders are generally assembled quickly and without mistake.
