Service not to bad. But got a twister there with no chicken in and my kids had to eat their icecream with a fork. Because they had no spoons.

The food was very good but your systems need polishing, i ended up staying 15min longer than i should have because your system for food order collections doesnt work, it displays numbers but doesnt update. The teller only told me once she was concerned i was there for too long. Otherwise, everything else was in tip top shape

Horrible gave me food poisoning!!!! Dont get the dunked burger or (zinger burger with extra dunk sauce!!! Landed up in hospital

We were told they had no chips after we had payed for 2 meals including chips, we asked what alternatives to chips they had, we were just shrugged at.. after receiving the meal were told theres no napkins and the chicken is extremely oily so a napkin wouldve been nice.

Likewise , sanitize at the door n keep social distance. The food is well cooked (at least the ones I bought) , they dont take forever to call out your order. Great service

Tried the new Dunked twisted box meal, but at KFC Kolonnade, Chilli spice for the chips is not a standard. Its optional extra as the drive-thru dispatch lady explained to me rudly. Weierd as at ANY OTHER kfc is standard...

Went to buy ice cream. No chocolate flavour or Berry flavour for sundaes. No cups for the crushers. Not very happy.

The drive is always busy but the staff make sure that they deliver fast.

Worst KFC ever. They leave out items when you do drive through. Many times they ask you to park as they will bring the food. Then they give the wrong food. Then you have to go back inside. Juat horrible service

We were waiting in drive through for our order. Of course, Needless to say, just as I thought. Wonderful Crisp Chicken. The pap and Sauce, well! The grounds are beautifully kept. I order a box meal through Uber eats and specifically asked for a centre breast and I received a leg. No sauces and chilly spice included with the meal. Very disappointed

Poor customer service at its best. This my second experience with KFC.I guess one of the days I will be shown a menu when asking for clarity because their staff (some) are easily irritated nor short tempered. The survey code on the slip just seems formality, done that twice already.

I waited 40 minutes at drive thru ,because staff was waiting for Chicken! This was after work,so one would expect a KFC to have chicken. I actually made a video of this as just after I arrived and was not yet stuck in drive thru ,I was told that they are currently only serving drive thru clients as they dont have enough chicken to serve clients in shop. The worse part is that they take your order at drive thru and DONT tell clients that they have no chicken. Once in drive thru you are stuck behind others cars and CANT LEAVE. Shocking experience!!

The service was very very bad, i went there yesterday around 19:00, i ordered a meal at that tym before takealot ppl enter the restaurant but they were served before me and others two guys came 30 minutes after me but they were served before me because they know them, i asked how they work, they just called my order without saying sorry even laughing, the lady i came before her even asked for refund and left the restaurant, their service is very very poor, i dnt think i will ever buy food there ever again, wen i leave my food was very very cold around 21:10,KFC kollonate mall😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
