The customer service is great and there is a welcoming atmosphere apon entering as you are warmly greeted and escorted to your table...The wait after placing your order is an unexpected relaxing experience considering that you are in the heart of the citys CBD...

The food was delicious but they forgot to put in fork and knife as well as butter since I bought full chicken with 4 sites

I rate Nandos 10 out of 10.Their Service is very professional and they speak well with customers. Their food tastes great.

The food is great, but the customer service is horrible. The system they use for take outs is not working well for them. On two occasions I had to go and check how far my food is only to find out that the food has been out for a while, so I had to eat cold food. Then there is the milkshake issue they wait till you ask why they are taking time to give you your food then a waiter will be assigned to do the milkshake which takes them 10 minutes to do

It s okay but I experienced a certain behavior in the shop. The teller was taking my order and another employee hopped in and started talking to the teller without any excuse. I had to wait for them to finish then continued with my order.I did raise the issue with the last and she walked away without saying a word. She came back later and apologized...

Love the place and food

Had such gr8 fun the food was good,great music its very cosy and u can relax. The booths provide privacy. Love their cocktails I am edging everyone to try them and the waitress was very helpful I would come here any time of the day keep up the good service
