Slow service. doesnt look like they know how to run a font counter. Lots of meal already prepared in the rack and people waiting and they do not know what to give to who.I ordered a twister and waited long for it. It was burned with little to no sauce and filling on it. See photos

I was yesterday 3 May at KFC i greet the cashier she was not very friendly at all. i want to order Krushers the cashier told me no krusher. I want to start a conversation with her and said that the other KFC also dont have that is their a problem she didnt answer me i ask again she only lift her shoulders. You must always be friendly and helpfull with customers no matter if you are in a bad mood. I was very disappointed

The chicken was over fried. Really not Impressed with that. Wasted my money. It was kentucky dry chicken.

There ordering and preparing system is messed up, our order went from being next in line, disappeared of the system and ten to last. When we eventually got our order. The wraps of the twisters were burned. Will never ever make use of that branch again

The lady who was sanitizing people at the door on Sunday 4th October 2020 around 13h30 is very rude. First there was some liquid inside a spray bottle that I and few more customers assumed is sanitizer and used it. She let us use it and then came with sanitizer to now spray us. I asked what the first liquid was and she refused to explain further and just said its not sanitizer. I was very worried and asked to wash my hands and she said there is no water in the store and refused to entertain my requests further.

Lol where to begin.This place was recently refurbished, that combined with its prime location should make it a gold mine. The problem is evident. Lack of management, leadership and ownership.Security: the parking is quite tight but manageable and most parking spots should give you some visibility of your car. There are parking guardse on sight but since its located right before the highway no access control is available.Staff: there is no nice way to say this but the staff is terrible. No customer service, no communication between the front and the kitchen. With this being said I dont blame the staff at all as they seem to be responsible nice people but I will blame lack of training and management.Environment: I dont understand how they renovated and made the front space smaller, it is very squashed when ordering. This being said the place is reasonably clean but the amount of flies make me question what is happening at the backFood: the reason a gave two stars instead of one.

The service from the staff is excellent but the music was so loud that the lady could not hear me. Went to sit upstairs trying to enjoy my lunch and you can hardly think so loud is the music.Was not an enjoyable meal.

I waited first inline to buy a meal while their frontline employee looked at me without any concern and carried on about her business until a colleague of hers came from the food prep area to give me service. Never heard of a KFC running out of their mini loaves lol! And the msasala stuff was also out of stock. On the same day only cash was acceptable for payment that was a serious inconvinience and a risk to use ATM due to a dodgy setting surely looking over the should even at the parking area. Please use this KFC with caution!!

Dont stop here if you need to get some KFC quickly. Staff are not friendly and having only one teller to help all the people in the store makes it a pain rather than a pleasure. Food was rushed and not very tasty.

The store has been recently revamped but its still the same kfc @ gateway , with long waits and very oily chicken.I visited this KFC once again as it is conveniently positioned and quick to access when leaving pretoria but to my disappointment they didnt have lettuce , tomato thus they could not sell burgers or what I initially wanted , a fully loaded box meal. So I ordered a streetwise three with large chips, the order was fulfilled without tomato sauce or servettes because they were out and there was no coke so I happily bought it from the garage. The chips tasted old and they looked very brown.A disappointing experience for a KFC that has so much potential for great business due to its location.I experienced the staff as friendly

We this morning for breakfast and the cashiers Elizabeth gave such horrible service that people started leaving to go to McDonalds. That is a damn shame. She was angry and not bothered that people want to order

Poor service.. I really dont understand why your staff dont prioritize Mr D and uber drivers. Bear in mind that the restuarant get the order 15 min before the order gets to Mr D driver. Thabang talks too much, she doesnt even see the important things. You must to something with online orders. Online purchase is growing. Please do something.

Like any other KFC, good value for money fast food. Service was prompt.
